Thought it was time we had a new home, seeing as we've almost outgrown the old one. So in honour to Scorpio, Sybil, BB and toomuch (hope I didn't forget anyone ) here we are - in the company of pregnant (and cheerful) ladies

Okay so slight posting complication there, apologies for second post and as I was just about to say, hi to everyone else, hope you all enjoyed the snow!

Hi sybil DH woke me up at 6am this morning to show me the snow. It was still there at 9.30 when I went out so he wasn't my favourite person this morning

Thanks for trying to make me feel better Scorpio but I was a size 6/8 before too! DD was 8lbs 8 oz and I was hoping for a little smaller than that but to be honest I feel enormous and am concerned this baby is going to be bigger. She was 5 oz more than her big brother and I don't think I can do another 5 oz on top of her weight! I mentioned this to my mum the other day who not very helpfully replied, 'well you were 8 lbs 4 and your brother was 11lbs 8oz, mind you, he did get stuck on his way out...'

Oh good lord...

8.8 ...Pahhh!!!! . Ds was 10.5 and he was a week early! Although I wasn't a size 6/8 beforehand, was ENORMOUS with ds - don't know what people were thinking when they saw me out walking the dog...

My friend had 11lb 15oz baby last week vaginally.

I think Millie will be 8lb 4oz. Reilly was 6lb 11oz and Jamie was 8lb 1oz - hoping for a little gap, not a pound and a half like last time!!

I have a friend who a) gave up having a 'weeekend away without the child(ren)' in Feb and b) was really glad when her 3rd dd, also born in October like her other 2dd, was on time and not late, as this meant she was ONLY 12lbs!!!! (the other 2 having been later and OVER) !!!

STOP STOP STOP all this talk of huge babies - you're starting to put me off the whole idea of having any! ~Please let us naive first-timers carry on believing that everything will be perfect (for the time being anyway)

Don't worry, most people do have a manageable one!

Still pg here, had a very bad nights sleep last night, have had a little nap so feel slightly better.

PLease, please no more talk of big babies! Lets all think 'average size, average size' for our new mantra.

Scorpio, I really don't think you will have too much longer to wait, fingers crossed you will get your little girl before the weekend!

That's more like it scorpio I was 6.6 as was DH so we're hoping that our baby (when it finally comes...) will be small too.

Hello everyone.. I've just dragged myself out of bed where I have been hibernating with a viral infection for a week - feeling very sorry for myself!
