Twitching in uterus during TWW?????

Hi :)

Hoping to find others who have experienced this (and hopefully got their BFP!)

So, I have been experiencing a fluttering/twitching in my uterus pretty relentlessly for the past 5/6 days (since ovulation). I fully understand that it’s easy to become a bit obsessed with symptom spotting in the TWW, but I know for 100% certain that this is something I have never, ever felt before (and it is definitely not in my head - I can physically feel it and it will happen even if I’m not thinking about it!)

Has anyone else ever experienced this? It’s kind of like an eye twitch, no pain whatsoever. It’s driving me crazy!

Same here @TTC1992 I am supposedly 15DPO, CD69 and BFN with no sign of AF 😭😭

How long should I leave it before going to my GP? They already started doing some testing in Feb last year and referred me to the fertility clinic which I am still awaiting an appointment for. I am just so confused 😕

Good luck to all wanting BFPs! I’ve been where you are and had the weird fluttering and he’s 5 next week so everything crossed for you xx

Ok, I’m trying not to get ahead of myself, but I swear there is the faintest line this morning.. or am I just going mad??!

@TTC1992 I think I can see a shadow... 🤞🏻

Was it in the time frame?!

Noshowlomo · 10/03/2024 09:36

Yeah I can see something

BeckyPfromLeeds · 10/03/2024 09:47

I can deffo see a shadow. Eeekkkk!! 😁😁

TTC1992 · 10/03/2024 10:39

Arrrghhh, I really don’t want to get my hopes up! Either way, thank you all for at least making me feel like I’m not crazy for seeing something. I think I’ll try again in the morning because I’m not sure I’d get anything without FMU. This is going to be a long and torturous day 😅

@LateNightTalk slightly out! I left it on the side for probably about 10 mins whilst I went down to make a coffee because I was just expecting nothing again! It could just be an indent I guess, but I’ve never had a proper shadow before, so I’m hoping it means something!

@BeckyPfromLeeds so sorry, I missed your previous comment! How are you getting on today? It’s horrible when AF doesn’t show but you’re getting negatives 😔 the fact that you have been referred to the fertility clinic already though is promising. I’d maybe follow up with that and push for an appointment if it turns out this isn’t your month?

Thank you @TTC1992 I haven't tested today as I am starting to feel like maybe I didn't ovulate and all my symptoms are all due to my dodgy cycle and my body playing a nasty trick on me. It could even be the pregnacare preconception, I've been hearing a lot of bad things about it so once I've finished this pack, I might change to just the individual vits.

I am still cramping and have a full feeling in my uterus most of the time but I'm trying to ignore it, but, we still dtd this morning just in case 😂

@TTC1992 Fingers crossed you get a darker line within the time today. Good luck hun x x

TTC1992 · 10/03/2024 23:19

Well girls, it was definitely an indent because AF showed up this evening in full force 👍🏻 another month down 😞

I’m sorry @TTC1992 I may have missed it but how long have you been trying for?

TTC1992 · 11/03/2024 09:46

Thank you @Noshowlomo

Started trying in October, so around 5 months. I know that’s perfectly normal, but it just feels so long when you’re in the midst of it doesn’t it 😞

@TTC1992 yes it’s horrendous. I got pregnant when not trying but miscarried at the 5 week mark. It then took 6 months to conceive again, and my daughter was stillborn and then it took 18 months to conceive again and that resulted in my son. It’s a ride for sure, that no one tells you about. You assume you’ll just get pregnant so easy.
My advice, as cliched as it is, is relax. We also used preseed lube (think it’s called something else now) and I also did a load of exercise around the time I conceived my son. Think that helped as well, got the blood pumping!

How we all doing ladies?

Day two on holiday and AF came early!

Only positive from all of this is I can make full use of the bar!! Otherwise very deflated!

BeckyPfromLeeds · 14/03/2024 06:29

No news from me. CD74, 20DPO, BFN and no sign of AF. I had a really bad headache and nausea yesterday to the point that I had to go to bed in the afternoon. I still also have a heavy/full feeling in my uterus. So still don't know what to think.

How's everyone else doing? X x

IR123 · 04/07/2024 19:28
