Twitching in uterus during TWW?????

Hi :)

Hoping to find others who have experienced this (and hopefully got their BFP!)

So, I have been experiencing a fluttering/twitching in my uterus pretty relentlessly for the past 5/6 days (since ovulation). I fully understand that it’s easy to become a bit obsessed with symptom spotting in the TWW, but I know for 100% certain that this is something I have never, ever felt before (and it is definitely not in my head - I can physically feel it and it will happen even if I’m not thinking about it!)

Has anyone else ever experienced this? It’s kind of like an eye twitch, no pain whatsoever. It’s driving me crazy!

There's some colour to it but so hard to tell as it had dried so I'm counting it as a no go and next time I'm cutting the damn tests up!! 🤣

Potentially sounds like implantation so fingers crossed 🤞🏻

Yeah it does look like a proper line to me. Try and hold off and see what happens come Friday. It does look promising though and maybe you ovulated earlier than you thought.

I hope it's implantation but I really do not know. My Af has a habit of being all over the place and so it's just a waiting game right now.

@LateNightTalk I definitely see the line! Maybe you did ovulate earlier than you thought. Good idea to wait til Friday though as that should give it enough time to get darker if it’s your BFP 😊I really hope it is!

@Gillseybear fingers crossed for you that it’s implantation bleeding! Definitely a good chance it is if you’re still 5 days away from your period being due 😊Is it normal for you to experience spotting?

@TTC1992. I hope so to but I am not hopeful at the moment. It's just a waiting and seeing game. It's got slightly more noticeable on the tissue but still only spotting and not on my underwear.

I have always been very irregular growing up unless I was on the pill but I have never had spotting before. So I am hopeful but I guess I just need to wait and see I guess but starting to lose hope now.

@Gillseybear seriously wishing you all the luck and baby dust in the world! I think it sounds promising that it could be implantation bleeding, but yes, it’s just a waiting game now. Please keep us updated!

@TTC1992 Turns out AF decided to come early. I have woken up this morning and I am in full AF. I have no idea what's been going on this month but the cramps are being a bitch.

Oh no @Gillseybear I'm sorry to hear that.

I am 13DPO and BFN but no sign of AF either. I still have a full feeling in my uterus and odd cramps so still have a little bit of hope.

I am going to an awards event tonight and I normally drink a lot of red wine and feel I shouldn't drink as much with potentially being pg. What would you guys do? I'm generally an all or nothing person but can't not drink as they will know there is something up 😂

How are things for you @TTC1992 ?

So sorry @Gillseybear 😞 When AF comes, I like to tell myself “well this is day 1 of a potential pregnancy”. I know it doesn’t help much, but it gives me a little bit of comfort.

@BeckyPfromLeeds I’m not a huge drinker, but I’m of the opinion that I will continue to have a few drinks to unwind until I get a BFP, otherwise it is just all consuming! So enjoy yourself 😊 well I took another early response test this morning and thought I saw a vvvvvvfl, but I think it was just line eyes/wishful thinking 😓 I do this every month, I just can’t help myself!

I’ve realised that you can’t see anything whatsoever in the photo so must think I’m mad 😅 there was definitely more of a tiny hint of it in real life, but as I said, probably just wishful thinking!

@BeckyPfromLeeds it’s so upsetting every time. Let’s hope you just implanted late! I’m still only around 9DPO so I guess it’s potentially still quite early for me.

@Gillseybear so sorry AF has come and rose their head early! It's so disheartening I know but time to refocus onto the next cycle

@BeckyPfromLeeds there’s still hope! After hours of reading posts on here the saying is you’re not out until AF arrives!

But I would also say enjoy your night tonight! You can’t live of what if buts and maybes, you’re allowed to enjoy yourself even in the anxious TWW!!

@TTC1992 give it another day and test again! Cameras play tricks just like our eyes keeping everything crossed for you still! Even if we all have a bad case of line eyes!

Nothing to update from me still crampy and twingy at times. No spotting etc so feeling it may not be my month! Hard to test until the weekend as on night shifts so body just does it’s own thing!

Thanks @LateNightTalk ! I definitely think it could still too early for me, so I think I’ll try again each morning and just keep my fingers crossed. I am starting to get some cramps now but obviously hard to tell whether they’re just normal cramps leading up to AF!

Thank you all. I have had a little bit of a down day today because I managed to get my hopes up again. Oh well at least we can start again this month and see what happens

Sorry to hear that @Gillseybear 😔 it’s crushing every time! But we pick ourselves up and start a new month.

Still nothing for me. I’m starting to think I’m out… 10DPO and a BFN on another early response test. I know I’m not actually out until AF shows, but I feel like the majority of people at least get a little hint of a line on a test so sensitive at this stage 😞

@BeckyPfromLeeds and @LateNightTalk , how are you guys getting on?

I feel the same as you @TTC1992 with my BFNs. I am now 14DPO and still nothing. Although, I didn’t test this morning after my late night with a few drinks. I still have a fuzzy feeling down there so maybe there is still a chance. I just don't know.

I have read on here (and other forums that I'm on) that some people haven't tested positive until well after their AF. So, I don't feel too down about it yet. After all, it is still our first month ttc plus with me being 42 with a high bmi and suspected peri-menopause and suspected pcos, I would be amazed if we fell on our first attempt 😂😂

Fingers crossed @BeckyPfromLeeds ! I know what you mean, it feels like there’s no chance of conceiving on your first try, but you never know! Just as much chance this month as any 😊 how long til AF is due?

@TTC1992 according to my app, if I ovulated on 23rd Feb as per my peak strip, I am due today. But if I ovulated later, I might not be as many DPO.

I last tested yesterday and it was a definite BFN. I just don't know what to think, especially with the weird cramps and feelings going on down there!!

@BeckyPfromLeeds hopefully your positive is coming! Do you have some more sensitive tests? At least we will both know soon enough and this agonising wait will be over 😅

@TTC1992 I have the easy @ home tests which are 10miu.This is my test from yesterday.

Fingers crossed it is coming but I won't be too bummed if it's not to be this month x x

Hey ladies..

Still nothing from me.. Boobs are sore but do get that before AF.. I'm not due AF until mid holiday (Thursday) so planning on testing Sunday / Tuesday 🤞🏻

Only strange thing I woke up having the weirdest of dreams and in floods of tears but that could also be my nights playing on me! 😅

@LateNightTalk wow, I’ve been having really weird dreams the past few nights too! One of them was a VERY vivid dream about me learning to be a midwife, but I just put it down to babies on the brain 😆 I hope it means something more!

Of course it's negative!!! But my LH is 0.45 on my easy@home ovulation test..

Maybe I've got my dates mixed up

😞 Sorry @LateNightTalk ! I have read before that LH can rise if pg, so maybe that’s a good sign! If it’s any consolation, I’m still getting a BFN too this morning. I’m trying to remain hopeful, but I think there would be at least something there by this point as AF is due on Monday 😓
