1dpo - Anyone want to join during the two week wait?

Hi all, currently 1dpo. Hoping for a lucky month. I lost my twin boys a few months ago at 29 weeks due to TTTS. Two days before this I had a beautiful scan and two perfect babies - only 6 weeks away from c-section. And two days after my scan - our world fell apart. I had no movement and all of a sudden, I was told one of my babies had no heartbeat and then four days later, we had to remove life support from his twin brother as he was so ill. My sons were beautiful, visually perfect babies who were so unlucky. I miss them terribly.

So Here I am 1dpo and hoping for the best. Would love the support from any other hopeful ladies and in turn I'll support ye too. Much luck to us all 😀

Hope all is good with you all. I'm 7 DPO and I did want to do a sneaky test this afternoon but thought against it as it will only be negative anyway!

@MrsStormtrooper if that's normal for you then that's totally good. I just didn't realise that the tests could be so different for people that's all, like I said I don't take them from around day 7, only take them if I can feel ovulation building up by pains and bloat.

Went for reflexology today so hopefully sore better than last night. I've been cutting back my breastfeeding a lot too just to see what happens!

11DPO and got a BFP on a digital today.

I'm 11dpo but I don't have any tests in the house 😅 I may pop to town and get one tomorrow!

@MrsStormtrooper would you do your tests later like 2pm. I always do my ovulation tests after lunch as I read its higher in the afternoon. So my testing times are 2pm and 6pm.

I also think you might just be someone who doesn't have visually high peaks as your tests look good. Worst case scenario - can you do a progesterone test 7 days after ovulation with your gp.i think you are fine though.

Does anyone know if sertaline affects TTC? I'm off work sick due to all the stress of 4 miscarriages this last year & I think I need to get back on it (was on it in 2021) but don't want to take anything that will affect anything else. Will of course speak to gp but wondering peoples experiences. I really need some help, I've been suffering far to long in my own head

I just had a quick look for you on mumsnet there and there's a few threads with women who were pregnant who are taking it. If you type into Google and attach mumsnet , you'll see them.

Sore nipples but I'm only 4dpo as of today so can't be anything I'd say. What about you? Feeling normal is good. I hsd no symptims bar sore boobs with my boys. When will you test?

Thank you for your advice everyone! I’ve attached my updated OPKs and BBT. I’m wondering if I’ve got a shorter luetal phase, as my period is supposed to start in 9 days (usual 28 day cycle) as I have endometriosis and adenomyosis. I’m usually pretty on time with AF too!

I’m still not getting high numbers, but my test strips look good I’d say? God knows! I’m not feeling confident about this cycle (our second TTC)

@Ella31 that's good. I don't usually get sore boobs until I am around 2 weeks late for AF. I tested yesterday at 8 DPO but BFN. When will you start to test? It's all so consuming isn't it!! x

I’ve convinced myself I’m out this month as we only DTD once during my fertile window about 4/5days before ovulation. I won’t be testing unless AF doesn’t arrive it’s due in 3 days. I was so consumed last month convincing myself that symptoms were something so I was gutted when AF arrived. I made a deal with myself that I wouldn’t stress about it as I’m sure this wasn’t helping me conceive.

@lifeisawillow3 I’m not on it now but was taking Sertraline after having my son and was breastfeeding. It’s safe in pregnancy (and after) so I don’t think it would be affecting your TTC journey. Also don’t stop taking them as it could make you feel worse.

I'll test Friday I'll be 9dpo. Its still quite early at 8dpo so fingers crossed. It's so consuming. There's like a rush of excitement when testing bit such a low when it's bfn.

@Negangirlxx uoure right the digital ones of pretty accurate but they’re now where near as sensitive so at 8dpo I’d expect it to say negative.
when I got my BFP that unfortunately I MC I didn’t do a digital until 15DPO and the day after AF was due
