1dpo - Anyone want to join during the two week wait?

Hi all, currently 1dpo. Hoping for a lucky month. I lost my twin boys a few months ago at 29 weeks due to TTTS. Two days before this I had a beautiful scan and two perfect babies - only 6 weeks away from c-section. And two days after my scan - our world fell apart. I had no movement and all of a sudden, I was told one of my babies had no heartbeat and then four days later, we had to remove life support from his twin brother as he was so ill. My sons were beautiful, visually perfect babies who were so unlucky. I miss them terribly.

So Here I am 1dpo and hoping for the best. Would love the support from any other hopeful ladies and in turn I'll support ye too. Much luck to us all 😀

@MrsStormtrooper I’m due Tuesday but just don’t feel positive about it anymore all my symptoms stopped a couple days ago too🥲

I'm not positive about it either. Got a negative yesterday & really strong AF cramps today.
I've just been diagnosed with adenomyosis, which I doubt will make the TTC journey any easier 😢
Just finding it so hard today

sorry to hear you’ve both had BFNs, I have too.
I didnt feel massively optimistic anyway as I didn’t ovulate until CD35. I was just happy I’d managed to ovulate myself as with PCOS it’s very unpredictable.

@narwhalsarereal I'm really sorry to hear about your diagnosis and feeling down... you're not alone! Does the diagnosis help find any treatments to help with fertility? Do you mind me asking, what your adeno symptoms are and how you got a diagnosis? (I also have extremely painful AF and severe bloating currently attributed to IBS but have been wondering about endo and adeno). Fingers crossed for your next cycle!

No fertility help as far as I know right now.

My symptoms were just very heavy and painful periods, vomiting from pain with them. Very long too.

They've returned to a normal length now (I had the depo & they were 30day cycles right after that).

It was diagnosed via an ultrasound, just waiting on a follow up now.

Tested today and mine is an early positive (six days before period is due). Trying not to get too excited at this point because it's so early, in the past would have no idea for so much longer before now. But really pleased we can get pregnant, since as I mentioned we've been having some tests and some fertility problems and I recently got diagnosed with PCOS.

Sorry to hear that! I was diagnosed with adeno and endo so I can understand the fears surrounding fertility x

@narwhalsarereal i have PCOS too and my cycles can range from 33 days to 130. However since starting metformin I’ve had 2 regular cycles.

My cycles are normal now with the adenomyosis, just very painful & heavy.......so not getting pregnant each month is made worse by being in agony also, it's a kick in the teeth

Had another bfn on a cheapie this morning:( AF like cramps started last night (I don’t usually get them until the day before AF comes), and I’m now about 13dpo. Not certain on that, as it’s our first month TTC so no idea if I did the OPKs correctly. We dtd a lot around my suspected Ovulation date, it helped that we were on holiday then too!

but yeah, think I’m out to be honest. I’ve got one FRER, a clue blue digital left and loads of cheapies. Not going to use the expensive ones until I had a faint line but nope 🙃i also have an at home blood test (finger prick test) on its way today. No idea how well they work but thought I’d give it a go as it kept coming up on Amazon!

I just looked at my test again from yesterday and there’s now a VFL. I’ve pulled out my other one from the day before and that one still has nothing on it so I’m a bit confused

It’ll be an evap if it’s after the time you’re supposed to read it :( it sucks that it gets our hopes up xx

I had this yesterday, both tests taken at the same time, same pee sample, same brand but the bottom one has a second line. Read well within the time limit and the second line appeared as the dye went across too! Never had that happen before but it’s soul crushing :( another bfn this morning at roughly 13dpo!! Xx

Feeling crap today.

I keep going the loo convinced AF has arrived & no sign, same as yesterday even though I'm not due till Tuesday.
Feel like crying every 2 seconds, DP is driving me insane & I feel like killing him....🤦🏼‍♀️

Just hate my body right now.

I’m with you here. AF due Wednesday for me though! Feel very wet down there and getting AF like cramps since last night. Just miserable at this point.

Hi everyone.. I’m currently 10/11dpo .. done a test early this morning and got a faint “+” so went and bought another test and just done it and got another faint line ?? What’s everyone’s thoughts ? 2 different tests and photos taken around 3mins..

AF arrived for me today, three days early so my ovulation this month might have been earlier than I thought, first month TTC but it’s weird how much I’ve tuned into my body to notice symptoms etc over the TWW!

What vitamins does everyone take while trying? I have very low iron and border on anaemic a lot of the time so I’m wondering if that might not be helping!

AF hasn’t arrived for me yet (due Valentine’s Day 🙄) so I’m still not out yet, but I’m currently looking at different things like this to buy for next cycle as I just keep seeing BFNs :( so I’ll be waiting for which ones people suggest, which OPKs do people use?

I had my transfer on the 5th Feb 2024 and on 4dpt at around 4pm I had a positive… I tested today which is 6dpt and literally not even a faint line… I did 3 tests to confirm and nothing! The tests I used on 4dpt is the same as today! Has anyone ever experienced this? I’m feeling so deflated and trying to remain positive but how can after seeing that?
