Sadly no bloody exciting update 🙄 just been for a super walk baby's low but contractions stopped last night and haven't really started again yet. They will check me about 2.30 ish and go from there

Well, I believe I'm properly picking up @MrsJGrealish's cape for repeated potential chemicals....last month I thought I might have seen a squinter on a Clear & Easy test the day I came on and possibly a couple of days after (but not absolutely convinced it wasn't just an indent and wishful thinking...). This cycle I came on yesterday bang on time, did a Boots test in the evening for shits and giggles, thought it was negative, but stashed it away anyway and today it looks like this. Sigh. One Step HPT and OPKs I did just now look resolutely negative, as you can see. And, well, I'm having a full on visit from AF, but just feeling a bit sick of this Groundhog Day of disappointment.

@Angelselevenx I took a break from forums but af arrived today so we’re onto cycle 6. Might try and see if we can get any help soon. How are you?

@emmatcc1 I'm so sorry 😫. We're on cycle 17, 15 since the early mc 😭. Got a 5 month fertility review in July, had a full blood panel done and everything is normal bar b12, quality for IVF in February. How long have you been TTC all together now? X

@Angelselevenx We’ve been ttc for 21 cycles now, since October 2022. It’s really not making sense how we conceived while both being sick with covid.

@Angelselevenx Has your partner also had tests done?

@emmatcc1 yeah he has, all normal as well. In fact great results. Only thing with me is my progesterone is slightly low but that doesn't help you conceive, only helps to sustain a pregnancy. I'm on letrozole to help that though and still not worked as we're on cycle 4 of let.

If you're going to go for help I'd go soon just for the waits, we got referred in August 2023 and didn't get seen until February 2024 xx

@Angelselevenx What about your tubes and uterus, has it been checked? My gynecologist offers a fertility package where they do a consultation, bloods, full pelvic exam and 3d ultrasound for 150€.

@emmatcc1 yep, had my hycosy (tubes checked) all normal and clear, had full panel bloods, had cd16 and cd8 scan to check
Ovaries/lining/uterus. Again, all normal 😭

Oh sorry didn't realise you weren't in the UK, that sounds a good price though

@Angelselevenx That’s odd, no idea why it’s not happening then. I’ve heard so much about success after hycosy. Maybe it’s cervical mucus problem? I heard there’s a test that checks how many sperm are left in your mucus.

Re progesterone, the month I conceived M I was taking it from 3dpo after reading a study that showed it might have helped some women to get pregnant. Obviously I have no idea if that was the magic ingredient or if it was because I'd had the IVF chemical the month before or just luck after nothing since November the previous year.

Could be worth a shot!

@emmatcc1 have you had any testing at all done? They class it as unexplained infertility here when everything is normal, very frustrating but what can you do! I get EWCM and also taken mucinex on months to increase my cm, tried preseed and conceive plus so don't think it's that either.

@TheBirdintheCave did you get it from your clinic? The letrozole naturally boosts my progesterone, in August 2023 it was 19 mid LP, after letrozole I've had 29, 27, 35 and 43 levels mid LP so it's definitely helping but still not conceived. Doctor doesn't seem to want to prescribe it so unless I can find it online, I don't think I can get any. He thinks my ovulation isn't as effective as it should be hence the letrozole which then in turn helps my ovulation, increases my progesterone and my luteal phase etc.

I'm going to ask about a trigger shot at my next review.
