@TheBirdintheCave how's the little squidge?

I think this cycle has been another chemical 🥺. I got those squinters yesterday and then AF arrived (At 13dpo so she didn't even have the grace to be late)

@curliegirlie She is good thank you :) Marcie is a very easy baby really! She sleeps and eats well. Very much looking forward to her sleeping through though 🥱 If she's anything like her brother we have about 8-10 weeks to go 😮‍💨 Definitely our last baby 😂

I have to say, I've never seen even a smidge of a line on those Savers tests before, no matter how hard I've squinted. Silver lining: it's an indicator that something occasionally happens, I guess. Although I really do only have a couple of cycles left now, which I know I've said time and time again, but I really don't think I can do a new baby at 43 (which I'll be next July)....

@curliegirlie We're always here to cheer you on however long you decide to keep trying for ❤️ I still hope you get your miracle!

@bringmearainbow She's doing well :) Three and a half weeks old now somehow 🤯 I still can't believe she's here.

We've got a birth reflections appointment booked now so we can put a PALS complaint in about the midwife who denied me a cervical check for hours which meant I wasn't let into the delivery suite until 15 minutes before M was born 🙄 I still have so much rage over the whole situation. Can't believe history repeated itself. I keep blaming myself and thinking I should have asked for another midwife or insisted she do the check.

How are you doing?? 😬 How long to go now?

@LuckyMoonstone Yup. Her reasoning was that I could talk between contractions so I couldn't be that far along. They kept trying to get us to go home.

That's absolutely unbelievable! I remember them being reluctant to do too many checks when I went in with DD2. I was twitchy at the time as I had Group B Strep so knew I'd need to be on IV antibiotics when in the Delivery Suite proper. But 15 mins before she popped out - wow!🤯 Definitely draft something to PALS.

@curliegirlie I never actually got the check in the end. It just became very obvious that she was about to be born 😅

@TheBirdintheCave omg that's crazy 😳 surely most people can talk between contractions what a fob off reason 🙄 I'm glad all is well though that's the best news 😍how has G been?

I'm all good 36+3 today so really on the home stretch now going for a growth scan this afternoon though not for any particular reason apparently my trust does them as standard 🤷🏼‍♀️ still I'm not complaining 😂 this baby is a proper wiggle bum though think I'm in for one that's gonna keep me right on my toes. has been head down for quite a while so that's good news

@TheBirdintheCave that is absurd, I remember my doctor saying something similar to me when I had my son and I was fuming with him

Had my growth scan baby has low amniotic fluid ☹️ seeing consultant tomorrow anyway so they were happy to let me go and discuss with her but I imagine they won't want to leave baby in there too long 🤷🏼‍♀️ don't think my waters have gone but I suppose it's possible without me really noticing

@bringmearainbow Oh that's so scary! Are you prepared re hospital bag/baby items for if they decide they want baby out soon? How are you feeling about it?

G is doing well :) He seems to quite like M! 😅

@TheBirdintheCave I've just got a couple of bits to pack but was planning on doing that tonight anyway 😅 I'm in no way prepared if I need a c section though 😂which is what they usually do for low fluid might have to Amazon a few bits just incase. I feel ok a bit sad because I wanted to go natural and a c sec was like last on my list of wants but it is what it is and I just want baby here safely don't really care about my ideal birth scenario at this point 🙊

Awww I'm so glad that he likes her I'm a bit worried that DS will be like can we put it back now 😂

Induction has been booked in for 24th 😬 she was happy that baby's movements were fine, they are a good weight and placenta looks to be working fine

@bringmearainbow Eeeek omg that's so soon! 😬 I'm glad they've offered an induction instead of a c-section. That's great news! Your little one will be here before you know it! 🥳
