Well, as predicted, had my blood test yesterday and I wasn't pregnant. I knew that'd be the case, I knew it, but still spent most of yesterday in tears

Think that's it for me now, TTC officially on hold (probably permenantly). Can't afford more treatment and clearly can't cope with it emotionally either. We've been offered counselling and think we'll take up the offer in the New Year. In meantime, denial and alcohol seems to be best solution!

I know, you're so right Anniemac! At least we Hutters have each other, I don't know how we'd cope unless.

Anniemac, what you said about not wanting FTC to ruin your or DD life really hit home with me. Money aside (which is an issue, as with you), is it fair to keep putting ourselves through this misery month after month? FTC has dominated our lives for the last 3 & half years - when do you finally accept that enough is enough?

I, like you, hope for a miracle - but I've seen none so far, so no great hopes there.

Annie, I think about you a lot, i have lurked on here so many times over the last 6 months to see how things are going for you but though i'd be an insensitive shit to post but i have posted on a few of the conception threads recently and didnt want to leave you out. I thought i'd drop off my dust and glue to this post too as i dont need it any more... i know we mumsnetters don't do dust or glue or ((hugs)) but a little sprinkling can't hurt can it

My pregnancy is done and dusted now, Ds was born by emergency cs on nye at 27+5, it was a horrid nightmarish pregnancy from conception to birth but the result of it seems to be doing ok, fingers crossed it stays that way. nothing is ever easy is it.
