Sorry you feel so rubbish shreksM. It's not bad to feel biiet and sad around other people who have successful pgs. It's normal but doesn't make it any easier me saying that I know

How long ago was your MC?

I think it goes so, so deep - our feelings about reproducing and I agree it's an awful feeling, that in some way you are a failure because of bad childbirth experiences and difficulty TTC. It's a very powerful thing. Thank you for sharing your thoughts however difficult. At least it's a relief that we understand eachother a bit on here.

Yes, that horrid sadness and feeling of letting DC1 down for not being able to provide a sibling. Heart breaking isn't it

How long have you been trying?

Soz if you've already answered all this or don't want to!

yeah! Rant away - it makes us all feel good! Maybe the "weird" cycles were (hate this phrase) "chemical pgs" u know, where the egg fertilises but doesn;t implant. Did you test positive for any of them around the time of your AF? I'm guessing not, from what you said.
I think I've had a few of them over the years.

My DDs 3.5 too - proper handfuls aren't they?

Any more news anniemac?

Rant alert:
I dropped DD off at nursery a few days ago (I have picked her back up since!!) and there was another mum I knew there with ANOTHER bump. I remember chatting with the same mum about a year ago at our mums n tots when she was expecting DC#2. The group was talkign about how many kids they'd like ideally (NOT a topic I brought up and I kept v quiet). Someone eventually asked me "how many more kids would you like?" and I replied "well one more would be nice but at my age you can't take anything for granted". To which this particular mum answered "why how old are you?" and I said "39" and she said, "Well I'm 38" and then I felt bad for suggesting she was over the hill!

So not only had it never even occured to this mum that she might have trouble TTC, now she has gone and REALLY rubbed salt into the wound by having a 3RD bun in the oven. I was so bloody put out I can tell you.

It's NOT FAIR!!!!

I realise that many here may have TTC troubles that aren't related to their age. I don't mean to be insensitive but as my biological clock is ringing it's alarm bells, this really got my goat.

It IS complicated and time consuming thinking about it all isn't it shrek? And makes you feel gloomy when another month slips by.

I've just had progest. test results back saying I prob didn't ovulate last month and I don't think I have been ov.ing regularly for some time now thinking back about distinct lack of EWCM some months.

Hummmpfffff! (weary and sad icon)

Still - each month is a potential I suppose. Anyone know about specific supplements to promote ovulation? I don't like the idea of clomid but think we'll go and find out about it...

Glad things are looking good for your anniemac. What is the supplement? OK realise a boring Q for those of you who know. I will henceforth and google it...

Hmmm. My DH is a drinker too. Tough one. He's cut right back at mo so fingers crossed it lasts for a bit.

Good luck
