Morning ladies.

AF showed up yesterday 16th Oct Booooo. This is my 9th cycle. Made an apt with GP as I am over 35 and we really tried everything so now need some tests and OH to.
TTC No.2. LO is 2 this month. Was hoping for 2 under 2. But ah well...... We plan but God is the best of planners.

Please join! And hopefully we see some BFPs this month.

Came off the pill may
Went back on it for a week in September over skin frustration then realised I was being stupid lol then came back off it 👍👍

But had my last bleed 12th

Hoping this month may be the magic for me.
I'd love to pregnant by Christmas

@Sleepysheepish it is annoying isn't it. What sort of readings are you getting? My peak came out of now where and has gone back down very low again. All 3 of my high readings were from yesterday

Mine was similar! Was really low then had a day of getting slightly darker then the next day peak/high. I was testing 3 times a day at that point though to try catch it!

Anyone going in to TWW? Waiting for app to confirm but I should be 1 DPO today! Determined to not stress this month 😂 and not test early!! But we shall see! 😂

@Mama09876 I tested 3 times yesterday too. I think I'll go back to once a day until it's right back down. Because why not! Still getting used to my new cycle.
I think tomorrow I will be 1 DPO. I have never been so in tuned to what my body is saying before
I make zero promises about testing early I have loads of test. Although next Friday which is 10 DPO we have a a wedding. That's the day I got my BFP with DS will I/won't I test before the wedding

@Mama09876 I’m 1dpo today too. I had a chemical last month and I’m not feeling too optimistic about this months chances (we didn’t get to dtd loads). Told myself I wouldn’t test early this month after the disappointment last time, but I doubt I’ll last the wait!

@Mama09876 according to my app I am 1DPO today (seem to have ovulated a day earlier or got my peak a day earlier)

The longest 2 weeks arrives again! Why does it always seem forever? 😂

On the plus side - since I've stopped my pill I've actually got a sex drive back!

@Mama09876 I’m 4DPO and it’s going very slowly… 😂 My TWW is really only 11 days due to my cycle length. Last month I didn’t test and waited for AF. I’ll see how I feel but will probably do the same again this month. Hope it goes quickly for you!

@pontipinemum i was only saying the same to a friend about being in tune with my body, knowing when I’m ovulating and actually feeling the change in hormones. I know if defo ovulated at the weekend cause I’m so so tired this week and no energy which I’m guessing is the dip in oestrogen.

I’ve got a similar situation where im going away flying on 10 DPO so I kinda wanna test to see if I can drink or not 😂

@justkeepswimming2701 sorry to hear about your chemical 😔 I hope you have a successful month this month! We didn’t DTD loads either but with my first we only did it once in fertility window and once on the day I ovulated. Only takes one go!

Is anyone else still tracking their BBT? With my first I carried on doing it and it was one of the first things that made me think I was pregnant cause the temp stayed high but I kinda don’t want the pressure in this TWW. Thinking of not doing it and trying to follow the relaxed approach 😂

@pontipinemum I think my highest this month has been 0.31….last month once I got a 0.3 it rapidly rose to peak. And my Mira keeps shuffling my ovulation date because my estrogen is up and down. Ugh.

@KM8 I was so hoping I’d get a libido boost but so far all I’ve gotten is moodiness during the TWW 😅

Hello! Jumping over from the last thread. I'm currently 8DPO. Really don't feel like this month is our month but will probably test 10 and 12 DPO to make sure.

TTC #1 since Aug 2022. We have a follow up appointment at the fertility clinic next week after having initial testing done in May. We've had a big fat nada so far on our journey. Not even a squinter! Just the odd out of cycle bleed but no BFN ever so probably a few failed luteal phases. I'm 33 at the end of the year and my mum went through menopause at 38 so starting to get a bit nervy.

After moaning about being the 6th day flashing smilies, I had a hunch and took another CB OPK last night at 7pm and it was static and I could see an increase on cheap strips as well.
Managed to DTD last night.

Do you reckon I DTD again tonight or tomorrow (I don't think both would be feasible, I'm surprised OH has been as cooperative as he already has 😜!).

Cheap strip is still the same level as last night so wondering if it peaked over night or I'm still waiting on a peak.... 🤷‍♀️

I'm thinking I suggest tonight in case I miss the chance, and then tell him he can have a rest after that....?!

I've had a horrible headache since last night & paracetamol isn't shifting it, usually the only thing that helps is ibuprofen but I heard it can have an impact on implantation but as i'm not in the TWW yet (hopefully starting tomorrow / Friday) does anyone know if it's ok to take?

Thank you @MrsHousePlant, I'm on day 5 so I'm surprised it's not changed yet, easy@home is a very low 10 so I hope I haven't missed it although I am only CD11 and for the past few months (minus last month) I usually get my peak on CD12. I was hoping I'd have a longer LP this month but it doesn't seem to be happening.

@wanderlustre long journey isn't! I've been ttc since January 2022, and never had a BFP well 1 fake one from a trigger shot, since your mother had early menopause have you have your amh checked? I've been told I'll start menopause in middle 30s I'm currently 30 so will be looking into getting ivf in March

Hi ladies hoping it’s ok if I join? I’m on CD 2 and ttc baby number 2, I’m on cycle 8 so far. Really disheartened that I’m out this month but fingers crossed for November 🤞🏽

Here we go again...
On cd2 and starting my first cycle of Letrozole. I've been fairly active with no stress so I'm going to continue that and hope for the best.

I am going to try SMEP this month reading others on here it seems like it is a good thing to try - didn't do it last month as wasn't monitoring ovulation but going to see what happens in November.

@Cloclo93 I had bloods taken at my first fertility appointment in May but they didn't say what they were testing for. Have the follow up next Tuesday so will hopefully find out then. Fingers crossed your journey starts to pick up pace soon!

Would love to join this chat if that's ok! I have a DC who is a year and a half and DH and I have been talking recently about trying. Initially wanted to wait until January at the earliest to start trying again but I'm getting serious baby fever! I keep going back and forth though on whether it is the right decision as life would change a lot for us financially etc with 2 but we both definitely want a second so will hopefully make it work!

I used ovulation sticks last time successfully but going to try and see if I can get pregnant just by checking CM and other symptoms this cycle. Baby dust to all!! ❤️

CD6. AF seems to be coming to an end.

Guess now I wait (and try). I've seen people suggest Ovulation sticks from day 10, so will start testing from Sunday, and will take a few tests while I'm abroad next week.

Hopefully DC allows us space to try for sibling, we'll see.
