Oh no so sorry about the family dog @El1988 they become family members so it's so difficult to let them go. I had one for 15yrs and he's been gone now 8yrs and I still think about him and have his photos around the house. Hope you're holding up ok. But hugs

I'm ok. Testing every day to see HCG leave my bloodstream from the trigger shot. Today there is still an ever so slight line and I'm 7dpo. Will test again tomorrow and see if it's gone.
And finally got an appy for my hubby with urologist. They lost the referral and magically were able to fit us in end of next month after saying it's 3-4mos wait. So hopefully they have some ideas on how to help my hubby's swimmers.
You wanna know how crazy it's getting? Last night I poured myself a little wine and sat on the couch to enjoy it. I saw a fruit fly and tried to swat it and somehow ended up spilling the wine. My crazy brain thinks...oh maybe this is a sign you shouldn't be drinking cause you're pregnant. I laughed at myself. Like, I'm that far gone now 😂😂😂

@VixFromThe6ix I feel like we just have the same brain 😂😂 good news about your husbands appointment! hopefully you can get some answers from that 🤞🏻
when would you expect to see your tests get darker that’s not a result of the trigger shot? Sorry if that’s an insensitive way to ask I don’t want it to come across the wrong way xx

@H0pefull i see those lines too! And I’m blind as a bat. Fingers crossed this is it. I am rooting for you!! How do you feel - I know symptom spotting etc is not helpful but still. Do you feel any cramps, twinges, sore boobs etc?

11dpo here or possibly 12. Feeling… a little different. My back pain is gone, which is good. No longer temping because it makes me stressed once I’ve confirmed ovulation. AF due Thu/Fri and we have work and other distractions so will be avoiding testing until at least then. Somehow less bothered about testing this time. I think the last anovulatory cycle wasted so many tests. Sick of the bfns.
heard about an(other) pregnancy announcement in the family today which was lovely. If we are lucky enough to conceive at some point, there will be lots of similar aged cousins.

@CurlyWurly1991 thanks lovely!! Everything crossed over here 🤞🏻 I feel absolutely exhausted if I’m honest and my boobs are sore which isn’t usually an AF symptom for me. I was convinced AF was starting early this morning but that feeling has gone now so who knows 😬 we’ll see what later in the week brings!!

looks like we are due AF around the same time, fingers crossed for you that this is it 🤞🏻 glad you will be busy until then, sometimes the distraction is needed isn’t it xx

I'm 12DPO but I don't test early (unless I have a drinking event coming up 🤣). I like to extend that hopeful stage as long as possible!

@MOGMOGMOG85 I've been doing SMEP for 3 months - I can't imagine keeping it up (no pun intended) for more than a few months at a time 🥵 Can also confirm Proceive does not taste great 🤢

@ChildrenOfTheQuorn haha yeah I think that’s it - prolong the hope !! No one can take that away from me !! I have red wine on the other side if AF does turn up later this week.

@H0pefull hope you are able to take some extra rest? Those are encouraging symptoms too. Looking forward to hearing how you get on with your next tests xx 🤞

I read that HCG effects last about 10days after you take the shot. I took it night of sept 16th so today is 10days. It was so so light today so I expect there to be nothing tomorrow. At the same token, I've gotten positives at 8dpo before so if it's negative tomorrow I'm gonna pessimistically assume I'm out this month.

@El1988 so sorry to hear about your dear old doggy. You must be so sad you can't get there. However I'm sure he knows he is extremely loved and has had many ear and tummy rubs off you over the years. I think time and space become weird around death anyway so if you close your eyes and pretend you're with him and tell him you love him, I bet he will hear/feel it 💕

Well, I think I've had my peak today at CD15... we DTD last night and will try again tonight/tomorrow. Due to the restless toddler the last few days we've nowhere near replicated our SMEP efforts from the CP cycle so it is what it is. 🤷🏼‍♀️🤞🏻 Hopefully ovulation tomorrow and then into the tww...

Sending you so much love @El1988 losing a much beloved pet is utterly gutting. Dogs are like angels sent to love and heal us. They never complain, they love you unconditionally and they are always there for you. I know it seems strange to say but I do think being able to put pets down is one of the kindest things we can do for them. That way, they don’t suffer and just drift off to sleep. Your lovely doggo had an incredible innings and was clearly much loved and they will certainly know that right up until the end. Sending love to you at this utterly shit time ❤️
