Couldn’t find a thread so thought to create one and see who else will join the community!

Preparing to start TTC early October based on my cycle.

TTC: baby no.2
Age : 29
average cycle is 28 days for me 😊

I did another test this morning at 12/13 DPO (and the day my clinic recommended to test) and it was undoubtedly BFN. So just got to wait for AF now and then we start again.

For those with a DP who comes over coy when it’s time to DTD, I’m in the same position. As we are currently paying for fertility treatment however, and only get four rounds of this, I’ve finally gotten through to him that he needs to do it when he’s told, without making me feel like a rapist. We had a good chat and agreed that, for the next few months, sex is just a biological process that no one needs to enjoy! He also has the little blue pills to hand in case the pressure causes issues (you can order these online now or buy from a pharmacist so no more embarrassing conversations with the GP).

I’m really enjoying this thread and keeping up with all the updates and stories - keep ‘em coming girls!

Ignore my last message, the itching took over and I took a test, currently 11dpo and got this, the test line seems really close to the left I'm questioning if this is a clear positive or a dodgy test 😫

Realised AF arrived before I could even get a test out the packet. At least that’s confirmation. Had a little cry this morning and will move on now. Think I’m going to try a new class at the gym this month as something else to focus on alongside TTC. It’s such a rollercoaster.

I’ll entire my next fertile week still in October so I’ll hang around but will most likely see some of you in the November thread!

Wow congratulations @PurplePops I'm 12DPO and upto yesterday still testing negative.

Can I ask your opinions please?

on Thursday at 7pm, I had one drop of bright red blood and horrid cramps that eve. Presumed my period had started early. If I go by my app (I didn’t use ovulation sticks this month) I’d have been 11dpo. Anyway, since then, no more bleeding. I’ve taken two tests (yesterday afternoon (predicted 12dpo) and this morning predicted 13dpo) on a clear blue early test and there was a vvvfl. My worry is it could be an indent, and/or hasn’t got any darker between the two tests.

I’ve attached a pic of today’s test to see if you can see anything. Just wanted to see a nice clear line, not a confusing one/one that makes me question it!

I had my first scan of the month today, and have another one on Monday. My Dr has started me on Estradiol. Has anyone used this before? It's supposed to help with implantation.

It's hard. 💜 we're here for you. Great idea to start a new class, it'll take your mind off of this. I've noticed that when people let go of reading all the parameters and they have no expectations they tend to see a positive result.
We've got to get off the rollercoaster ride and take a leisure walk..
Easier said than done but still!

@bumptobean thank you everyone! I went out and got a digital because I was in denial and couldn't wait to use FMU tomorrow and confirmed my BFP so happy!!

I'm so sorry to those that have had a BFN this month, I hope next month is yours and I've got everything crossed we see more BFP coming in over the next few days/weeks! 💕💕

It was my first cycle after coming off the pill so wasn't really in tune with my cycles tbh. I tracked ovulation and according to premom app I am 11 dpo, expected period on Tuesday xx

So happy to see a pregnancy this month and fingers crossed for some more too. I’m 1dpo… ridiculous to even say this early but I’m not feeling lucky this cycle despite going for it every other day. We’ve agreed to give it a month or two after this to have a rest so feeling a bit sad.

@DoloresOnTheDottedLine yes exactly-makes me feel like I’m coercing him. Even though we’ve agreed what needs to be done in advance. Sometimes I just feel so frustrated I want to just go back on the pill and forget it 😅

my temp dropped again and I’m like 95% certain my period just started, so fingers crossed for next ovulation
