Preparing to start TTC early October based on my cycle.

TTC: baby no.2
Age : 29
average cycle is 28 days for me 😊

Hello, I’m 7dpo and TTC this month. I’ve been having quite strong symptoms and I took two tests yesterday as well as today and they’re very faint. I’m holding onto hope as we’ve been trying for our first for 7-months. If we don’t this month I’ve found a private clinic as NHS have not been useful.

I definitely see a vvvvfpl there! Maybe test again with FMU?

Looks like an early positive to me @Jee95, this was mine at 8dpo! Mine was barely there but I knew it was and it developed nicely. At 9dpo got ‘pregnant’ on CB digital :)

@Anotheranxiousone That’s amazing! Congratulations 🎉. I’m currently 8dpo now. I took a CB yesterday but was negative, so really not sure. I’ve just taken another this morning and waiting. Do you have any symptoms?

@Jee95 well I’m 8 weeks tomorrow so yes but back then, at 8dpo, I had a couple of symptoms in the days before my test which is what made me do the test. My breasts were tingling a lot, and I had definite implantation cramps at 6/7DPo (I’ve been pregnant twice before so recognise this). After that the main symptoms that continued were the sore breasts, though everything comes and goes a bit since week 6 and I get nausea off and on as well x

its probably too early at 7DPo for a digital, mine didn’t pick it up until 9dpo x

@Anotheranxiousone this is really reassuring. I’ve had sore breast since 4 dpo and at one point I couldn’t lay on them, been having weird dizzy spells too - I’m not doing anything and all of a sudden my head spins. I’ve also been having really vivid dreams.

it’s so exciting for you! Have you told your children, or are they too young to understand?

Currently 7dpo. I know its really early but you cant help yourself when on this wild ttc journey.
Had a negative test so feeling very demotivated.

@tlw14 my test was so so faint at 8DPo as you can see above, no way anything would have shown at 7DPO and many wouldn’t have been able to see the line on my test above. Even at 9dpo is was pretty faint!

@Anotheranxiousone You know when it all just feels like time is taking forever to pass and the obsession of testing just isn't shifting.
I really wanted to wait until AF was due but just cant help it. Going to do another test on Sunday now i think.. would be 9dpo by then

Hi - I was wondering if anyone could give me some feedback on my OPK and chart - I had a peak OPK result but think the earlier result in day 18 looks darker?

I haven’t had a temp rise, on fertility friend, so am wondering if I need to keep going with temps too. My chart is there.

Thanks all - if anyone is good at trying to interpret - I’m a bit stuck and would like to try and steer clear of google if possible.

Hi ladies, how is everyone doing? Currently 7dpo today.. had some interesting symptoms this TWW but today I just feel emotional & have a headache & blocked nose. I haven't tested as I know it's too soon - trying to hold out as long as possible. My partner just called me obsessed with the whole thing and it made me cry 🤣 wanker x

We are similar I think! I had positive ovulation strip on Sunday so I guess I'm about 6 or maybe 5 DPO. Going to try not to obsess this month as I went crazy last month and did 4 tests even though I knew deep down I wasn't pregnant!
Time will tell this month. Knowing me though, I will probably test next weekend!

Hey all.

I'm TTC number 2. My DS turned 2 this month. This is our 2nd month trying. I'm about 8 dpo. Been feeling lots of cramps since Thursday. With my 1st there were no symptoms until literally the day before I was due on. Trying not to over think but the cramps remind me of how I felt when I was in my 1st trimester.

Last month my breasts were so sore I was convinced I was pregnant but no joy.

Keeping everything crossed.

Can anyone recommend any cheap but reliable tests. I may test early 🙈

@KM8 I think either 11 or 12, I did a CB Digital yesterday and got BFN but an Easy@Home and the CB Early Detection were both positive so I was sure it was wrong.

Ive had very wet CM for the past few days, so much so I’ve been convinced AF arrived multiple times & my boobs are on FIRE today, other than that I’ve felt completely normal.

@TTCnewbies got everything crossed for you, sending baby dust 😊 I really fancy a drink tonight but I'm restraining - terrified I might hinder my chances 🤣 I've had lots of yellow CM the past 2 days after wiping, unsure if this is a sign 🤔 feeling more positive than the past 10 months anyway 🤞

@TTCnewbies I had my surge on Monday so we’re a day apart again. Thinking of you and sending eggy thoughts. I’ve stepped back a bit this month as well after basically going insane last month and spending hours and hours a day googling TTC related nonsense. There were two weeks of the month (no prizes for guessing which two!) where I did almost no work - it was definitely noticed and no one was impressed…. Trying to go with the flow a bit more this time and just about succeeding…

In which vein, I’m having a glass of wine right now @MissSB18 if that makes you feel any better - I went teetotal last month and it made not a bit of difference so I’m letting myself have a glass it I fancy one. Also, if I AM pregnant now, then eggy is still just floating around in my pelvis somewhere so cant see damage I can really do (that’s obviously not science!).

@DoloresOnTheDottedLine after making myself teetotal the last couple of TWWs I’ve also enjoyed a couple of glasses this week. I’m trying to have the mantra that I can’t deny myself everything just in case. If it’s going to happen it will. No need to make myself miserable and miss out!

I agree @MrsHousePlant we've been away this weekend and I've had some prosecco. Just a small glass each evening. I'm not a big drinker these days anyway but do like a glass occasionally and don't want to feel like I'm depriving.

I am 8 days DPO and caved and did a test, surprisingly a BFN.

I have been having a lot of twinges, and wet CM. I am not due on for another week (I have always had a long cycle). Will try and wait another week before doing a test...famous last words!

AF arrived for me so will be joining the November thread 😩

I did a clearblue digital (one of the early detection ones) this morning which would be 10dpo. I got a positive result although i am unsure.

I think because my miscarriage was only 6 weeks ago im a little unsure whether this may have picked up hcg from the previous pregnancy as they are obviously more sensitive to lower levels..

I was testing negative on all other pregnancy tests following the miscarriage so hoping that this is a new pregnancy but will test again in a couple of days and see what a 'normal' pregnancy test says before getting too carried away ( who am i kidding i have already checked due dates).
