Moonlit · 31/03/2008 19:10

Good evening ladies!

It's so weird saying that when it's still lovely and bright. I definitely am in a better mood this time of year

Gosh March has been an exciting month with lots of BFP's. Lets hope April goes the same way. Good luck ladies!!!!

xxx

luckyt · 31/03/2008 19:10

Thanks all, I feel much better reading all these posts, it keeps me sane for the two weeks. I was saying to my Mum about it, I am adopted and she had Five years TTC then eventually managed to adopt me and my brother, can you imagine that long with no outlet to speak to others in the same boat!

She said it was just terrible back in the 70's really as people didnt talk about it really.

Feeling really positive this evening and reckon i can wait until at least 10 dpo before I start wasting my money on testing!!!

I have a good feeling on this thread!

Moonlit · 31/03/2008 19:16

oh sorry luckyt - I forgot to say welcome

EiWishFor3MoreWishes · 31/03/2008 19:52

evening all
molliemooma our mortgage company withdrew their mortgage offer due to the credit crunch changing the criteria and meaning they no longer were prepared to offer 100% mortgage so unfortunately we have to stay put now but we have decided to redecorate and make our current house more like our idea of a dream house i am beginning to think it might have been a blessing in disguise as i now feel ok about staying put thanx for asking it was very thoughtful of you
JJB nice to see you i wondered where you had disappeared to
jaamy hi i hope you are well
hi to everyone else

Beaniesteve, good luck with the testing to come - many positive vibes being sent your way xxx
Welcome luckyt, am impressed with you doing the list so quickly - i'm such a computer numpty, will no doubt mess it up big time come my turn . Hope your stay is a short one xx
ei - how you doing, hanging on in there till testing day?? I've figured if AF is on her way, i should expect her any day between now & Sunday . So am gonna try to hold off on testing till Friday, unless she beats me to it .
Hi to everyone else, let's hope this week brings loads of good news (and not too many April fools)

Morning all.
Well, 10 DPO, and got woken up this morn with what feels like period cramps , so have a feeling AF is marching up the road as we speak. But still have raging thirst & nausea, so i wonder what that's all about??
Anyway, hope you all have a better start to the day, off to work now so best stock up on the tampons

mibbes · 01/04/2008 08:28

Was asked to pee on a stick for the fertility monitor today!
Hurrah!

TantiK · 01/04/2008 10:58

Hiya - here I am again on the 2ww - one week to go....

Hi and Good Luck to everyone, and welcome to all the newbies. It has been a while since i posted so there is no chance of greeting everyone by name I am afraid! Sorry if it seems rude.

I have been a b**ch from hell to my little boy the last two days (poor thing). I think I need to try getting to pilates for relaxation at some point!.

It is not surprising that AF is on its way as dh and I argued over the fertile period this month. Why does that always happen?!!!

beaniesteve · 01/04/2008 11:01

Hey TantiK - good luck and I feel your pain, just come off my period which was for the first time in Living memory under a week long and fairly easy! I think it's the B6.

beaniesteve · 01/04/2008 11:01

Hey TantiK - good luck and I feel your pain, just come off my period which was for the first time in Living memory under a week long and fairly easy! I think it's the B6.

TantiK · 01/04/2008 11:47

What do you mean by B6? I am taking supplements for bad PMT that include B6 (self prescribed) can this have side effects? Also what else can you use B6 for? Sorry if this is a bit of a hijack, but in my defence it may be useful for other ladies out there???

Also - congrats to Mibbes and BSS. Am starting to feel very jealous of all BFP's and all the babies that seem to be appearing in my life!

MollieMooma · 01/04/2008 11:47

EI Sorry to hear about the mortgage problems, bloody credit crunch! At least your feeling positive about staying and it's a good excuse to decorate, good luck I'm sure it will be your dream house by the time you finish!
CC Sorry your feeling shite this morning, still keeping everything crossed for you
shreks Hi, haven't met before so waving frantically at you
Tantik snap I'm on the 2WW too, glad to hear it's not just me and the DH who always seem to fall out when I'm OVing, I think it's all the subconcious pressure that builds up, need to find an outlet, I think pilates is too gentile for me, maybe some head banging rock!
Hi to everyone else, hope your all well

beaniesteve · 01/04/2008 11:53

TantiK - I've been taking Vitamin B6 and B complex and Vitamin E and Evening Primrose Oil (up to ovulation) to try and lengthen my cycle (It worked) and also to keep me calm and relaxed.

I read you can also use B6 for morning sickness.

Basically it's made my period more managable and I am really happy about it

MollieMooma · 01/04/2008 11:56

Beanie Does that mean it helps with the dreaded PMT? I'm such an evil witch most months!

MollieMooma - it seems to have done, but could also be the EPO or the sunflower seeds I have been eating

Apparently Vitamin B6 and a BVitamin complex is good for hormonal stuff. It also is needed to replace vitamin B6 which you lose/gets stripped from your body when on the contraceptive pill - apparently!
