I'm with you on the urgency Beanie I was hoping to be pg by May this year at the latest. 10 months - plenty of time I thought. This was so I could give birth next Feb at the latest which would give me at least 6 months to shift the baby weight just in time for my wedding in Aug 09. Looks like I'll be a waddling bride instead and my dream of a beautiful silky straight down dress is out the window, unless of course I'm still not pg by then !!!!

I'm still waiting for AF..............

MollieMooma · 27/03/2008 15:24

Fruitloop Sending you hugs and easter eggs (cheap in woolies sale) to put a smile back on your face

beaniesteve · 27/03/2008 16:50

Lol Fruitloops

I actually said out loud today that I hoped I don't have a christmas baby. Really I don't care but I never thought I would be waiting this long (ok it's only 7 cycles but I want to be a parent so much).

MY BF went to the doctor yesterday about something else and apparently he asked if there was anything stressful happening in his life and he told the doctor 'yes, we're trying for a baby'. I had no idea it was stressing him out !

fruitloopwants79eastereggs · 27/03/2008 17:00

ah bless your BF beanie. My DP couldnt care less, thinks I'm worrying too much and it will just happen. He obviously knows nothing about PCOS!
Ah thanks MollieMooma I'd love some choc right now!

JaamyBunny · 27/03/2008 22:15

Been away for a couple of days and so much has happened, it's taken me ages to catch up !

CONGRATULATIONS to mibbes, bss and scary! Am so chuffed for you and obviously very . Take it easy and make those beans sticky little souls. x

Beanie - sorry this month wasn't the one for you . Would have loved to have seen you graduate this time round, too.

Tink - have visions of you doing Rocky-like training for BD marathon! LOL

MM and fruity - I keep making deadlines for me to have #3 - first it was before I was 35yo (birthday been and gone), then for a summer baby, cos I have 2 winter DDs, then it was so that I could be pg with some of my friends...etc,etc... Seems that I just keep building myself up for a fall, but I feel that if I can't visualise myself pg then it won't happen.

Glad I'm not the only one who seems to be surrounded by all the pg ladies. I'm really happy for them and shouldn't really let it get me down...but it does, some days more than others.

Have started spotting today - a week before AF due. Don't know what's oging on and neither does my body, it would seem!

Hello caspercat, CB! It looks like I might be joining the top of the list a bit prematurely this time.

tinkerbell2 · 28/03/2008 08:13

morning ladies
lol jb @ rocky training too right
sorry about spotting hope you get an answer soon

Hi ladies
Thought the thread was finished for a minute there, we're way down the page!!
Jaamybunny CB, so sorry she got you early. I'm on the countdown now, but temp been v high these last 2 days (but could be the wine the nights before ), and had a couple of dry heaves/vomit things this morn (had horrendous morning sickness last time). Obviously easy to think these things could mean pg, but could be 100 other things too!! And you don't get morning sickness at 4 weeks, do you?? Oh well, we'll see xxxx
Fruitloop, MM & beaniesteve, can really empathise with all the "if i'm pregnant by such & such time, etc etc", seems like every month i think of another reason why "last month would've been a rubbish time anyway" blah blah....
Ho hum, on we go...
Have a lovely weekend, ladies xxxxxxx

caspercat · 28/03/2008 20:31

And apologies to anyone i've missed out, takes ages to catch up, and dd having restless sleeps at the mo, so trying to do everything in 10 minute bursts.
But i know i mustn't complain bless her xxxxx

caspercat · 28/03/2008 22:22

Me again...where is everyone tonight?? I hope you're all BDing
Just wondering, if anyone knows how, can someone please post a link to fertility friend?? It seems a few of you are using it, but for the life of me i cannot figure it out (thick emoticon needed). I don't know if i'm on the wrong website or sumfink, but would really like some help on the temping chart side of things, and it seems that's the place to do it.
TIA, happy BDing xxxxx

mibbes · 28/03/2008 22:39

Hi CC, www.fertilityfriend.com
I am only 4+4 and had several dry heaves this morning fingers crossed for you, when you testing ? Good luck xx

caspercat · 28/03/2008 22:49

Ah, i was trying .co.uk. Will try .com tomorrow (hope that makes sense!!), off to bed now.
God, hadn't even though about testing - too scared. Have no idea when i ovulated this month - all my OPKs have been negative, and temperature all over the place. Had EWCM for 1 day (!) so BDed furiously for 3 days, and every 2 days after that (am bloody knackered). Been checking my cervix, which also seems to be all over the place . My cycle can be anywhere from 28 - 40 days, so really have no clue what's going on. i think the chances of me having a BFP are v slim .
But many congrats again on your BFP, may the sticky bean stick like a very sticky thing! And thanks for your advice xxxx

mibbes · 28/03/2008 23:08

CC just checked and as you are only cd23 it is probably too early to test but maybe next week... how exciting ! Am crossing my fingers that loads of you join me on the Dec antenatal thread

tinkerbell2 · 29/03/2008 08:07

morning ladies hooray for the weekend
ei sounds good

ScaryHairy · 29/03/2008 08:30

I've just taken myself off the list until find out whether or not this bean is sticky.

good luck for sunday hairy your are in my thoughts heres hoping the special bean sticks

beaniesteve · 29/03/2008 09:57

I was just wondering... What would each of you consider a heavy period?
Yesterday at home I only wore towels and I went through about 6 or 7. Last night I went to bed with a towel and a tampon and when I woke up this morning the tampon had leaked.

I know that apparently women can lose aruond 4 tablespoons (or is it teaspoons ) but mine just seem extraordinarily heavy. I have no pain though. This is normal for me but it's getting on my nerves

MollieMooma · 29/03/2008 10:44

Beanie I would definately consider that heavy, I take it your not normally this bad?
Scary I hope everything is OK, sticky thoughts to you hun
CC In answer to last night's question, yes I was BDing, let's hope everyone else was too bring on the BFP's Hope DD slept better last night and let's hope you caught the egg this month
tink Morning
Well I'm really mad with myself, I've been doing my OPK's religiously and thinking that I'm late with OVing this month, last night I happened to look at my -ve OPK again after a few more minutes (I don't have the patience to wait, I normally read the result straightaway) and it showed a faint line, checked yesterdays again (still in bin, I don't keep them obsessively, don't want anyone to think I'm wierder than I am!) and it showed a +ve so because I'm a tw*t and didn't wait 2 bloody minutes I think I've missed the boat this month so bloody rraaahhhh!!!!!!

beaniesteve · 29/03/2008 11:05

I am always this bad to be honest, give or take a few months. I haven't noticed it getting worse and I have been to the doctor but she just fobbed me off.
