welcome Bmlb and good luck!! - is this your first that you are ttc or have you other little ones?

Mjim - I love Declan and Ethan. Oscar not so keen on as know an Oscar and not the most pleasant boy I have ever met!! Harrison is nice, but I always think of Harrison Ford, and not sure I can think of the name with a baby iyswim?

Enjoying my evening of trash tv - I love Rock Rivals

juanitad · 02/04/2008 22:48

hi everyone,

Hope you are all well. Haven't been around for a few days, as I was in Barcelona - I had a lovely time, but am totally knackered now!! Haven't yet managed to read through the posts I've missed while I've been away, so I will try and do that before tomorrow, so I am fully up to date and am in touch with the latest news! I don't really have any news - haven't started MS yet, not sure whether I will get it or not. I am about 7 weeks , so there is still time I suppose!!

Anyway, will post again tomorrow

xx

majormoo · 02/04/2008 22:51

welcome BeMiLilBaby. Sounds like you are doing everything right health wise with TTC. It is hard after miscarriage, but I hope it helps that we can support you/distract you/obsess with you on here!

Bellie hope you are feeling better now.

MJIM I like Ethan and Aidan. DD went to nursery with a gorgeous little boy called Harrison although otherwise I would not be so keen on the name.

Oh 'the Apprentice' was good but I was gutted the Project Manager did not get fired

Off to bed for me. Tomorrow is my last day of being 33.

majormoo · 02/04/2008 22:52

Juantad glad you had a good break and you are not feeling too ill. Goodnight

HumphreysCorner · 02/04/2008 23:06

Have had terrible laptop virus problems so now I'm back but need to catch up first. Hope all OK.

Bemylilbaby - Welcome and good luck with your TTC. We are a friendly bunch on here and we even let you stick around when you do get pg

HC - glad to see you back, we have been worried about you

Juanitad - glad you had a good time in Barcelona. Also, you lucky thing, escaping MS - am afraid mine is starting now although it is quite mild at the mo and I am only 6 weeks.

MJIM - out of all those names, my favourite is Declan - although they are all nice. Not that keen on Oscar though - not for any particular reason, just not that keen on it.

Majormoo - am totally with you on the the Project Manager being fired - she was such a controlling, patronising cow I can't see how she is still there! If someone spoke to me like she was speaking to some of the others, I think I would have slapped her! Could you imagine working for her???

Hi to everyone else

Morning all

Welcome to bemylilbaby - we are crackers on here, and remember there's no such thing as TMI!

MJIM - I really like Ethan and Harrison (you know the baby boy born this week? Well he's one of these!!! I like it!)

Juanitad/HC - great to see you back! Hope you have been enjoying yourselves!

ceebee - glad you have no ms yet and hope it continues!

Majormoo - enjoy today (and your birthday) - I guess you will be abstaining from the wine now! It's a great birthday present though isn't it!

Hi to everyone else. Hope all is well . Today is CD12 and am exhausted already ! bizarre as this sounds every time we BD my DP says something like "I don't think that's done it you know" or "Come on, get swimming now" certainly adds a new dimension to it all!

Bellie · 03/04/2008 09:32

morning all

welcome back HC!

Hope Barcelona was fab Juanitad - how are you feeling?

Feeling really tired this morning - dh got home at 11.30 from the football and woke me up to tell me how fab the match was - then we ended up chatting until about 1am and then dd was up at 6.30 this morning. yawn!

Taking dd to get her passport photo taken today so could be gone a long while as she won't still for more than 30 seconds!

MrsPuddleduck · 03/04/2008 09:33

Morning all, I am now doing the word box trick as there are far too many posters now!

HI to Bemylilbaby ? hope either AF shows up or you get a BFP soon! When are you going to test?

Myjob ? I love all of your names. Particularly Harrison and Declan (Ethan reminds me of a chemical and Oscar makes me think of that baby on Eastenders)..

Angel ? have you made a decision about your trip to Oz yet? Probably not an easy one to make!

Juanitad - hope you had a good holiday. We have to pay for ours soon can't wait (for the holiday that is - not paying).

Well - DS1 is posted off to nursery . DS2 is at Childminder and I am supposed to be catching up with all my work (best not stay here too long today!).

Have just realised that we are entertaining various family members for the next three weekends great - could do with a bloody rest myself not waiting on extra folk (other than the three men of the house )!

Bellie · 03/04/2008 09:34

sorry - forgot to say carolyn - lol at your dh - mine always says - do you think we have made a baby this time then. Somehow takes all the romance out of it, but at least they are wanting the same thing as us!!

MrsPuddleduck · 03/04/2008 10:24

Let joy be unfounded !!!!!!!

In laws can't make it at the weekend!!!!!

Bellie · 03/04/2008 12:19

you have been rewarded saint willmouse

MrsPuddleduck · 03/04/2008 12:28

Not really, the inlaws are about to fall out with father in law - we are bound to end up in the middle

I have just phoned DH at work and told him to keep out of it or else we will end up falling out with both of them .

Why are families so complicated!

Bellie · 03/04/2008 12:29

oh - that puts a different perspective on it. Keep out of it as long as you can.

Do you think that our kids will be saying the same about us in 20 or so years??

try here this is the company I used on ebay, quick delivery and fairly cheap

majormoo · 03/04/2008 14:43

afternoon everyone

BeMyLilBaby I have only ever bought really expensive ones from Boots so not much help I am afraid.

Willmouse oh dear. Hope you manage to steer clear of the conflict.
Bellie-oh yes I am sure DD and DS will be moaning about me in 20 years time!

MJIM any chance of putting your feet up? Have you tried hot lemons? I always like that when have a cold.

Carolyn-keep up the good work there!

Ceebee-god no I could not work with a Project Manager like that. I have worked with loads of them over the years and been an Account Manager myself and no one has ever spoken to me like that. Still, I like having someone to hate on the programme.

Having been in the park all morning, when we got back I foolishly decided to clear out the kitchen while DS naps (we have loads of old glasses, a sandwich toaster, tins that expired before WW1 etc)and so am now really tired. Trouble is, DH is taking DD to the after school workshop so they can make stuff for the children's parade (starts the Brighton festival every year and all the schools take part)and I have offered to look after a friend's little boy so she can go with her DD. So I am shortly going to be entertaining two very active little boys. Still there is always Cbeebies if all else fails!

MrsPuddleduck · 03/04/2008 14:48

Majormoo - I am thinking of you with those two boys!

I absolutley love the apprentice. Last night DH and I are so sad we kept having to press pause so we didn't miss anything whilst laughing! I loved it when the girls team quoted that hotel manager 5k to do his washing - I thought it pretty obvious that a hotel wouldn't make much of a profit if their laundry bill was 35k a week - where do they find these so called "hot shots" from . Also what did lucinda do which was so bad? That cow needs to go! Can't wait for the pub next week - that'll be one for your hubby Myjob!
