Am only on cycle 3 TTC #1 but desperate for that BFP!

scully · 22/02/2008 12:01

Hi Emmsy, hopefully there will be some bfp's soon

Emmsy1 · 22/02/2008 12:31

Eleveld doesn't matter how long you have been TTC, you are welcome to join this new thread, lets hope you will soon be on the new 'BFP' list soon, I will keep everthing crossed for you!
scully hi hun, it would be nice to see loads of BFP's on the list, there's only mine at the moment but hopefully NOAM will put her details in soon, so I'm not too lonely while I wait for all of you to get your's! I hope I don't have to give birth in this waiting room! I am really of the temps you are having out there, it would be great if we could just have some warm weather over here this year without all that bloody rain, it ruined our English and our French holiday last year! hope you also get a BFP soon x

I WILL JOIN YOU ON THE LIST EMMSY, very very soon!

Emmsy1 · 22/02/2008 17:47

fruity I've stuffed myself with dairybox after tea, so feeling really sick now, no wonder I have already put on 4lb I am going to try and be good from now on, don't want to put on 3 stone like I did with first pregnancy!
I am sure you will join me soon just gotta catch that bloody egg first!

fruitloop79 · 22/02/2008 18:38

It's gonna be hard emmsy with epic cycles like mine! he he . With average cycles of 70days, I've just worked out I'll only ovulate 5-6 times a year! And that's if I ovulate every cycle (which is unlikely with PCOS). Hey ho, worser things have happened at sea {{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{positive vibes Fruity ,positive vibes}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}

mibbes · 22/02/2008 19:44

Hi Emmsy former CB , On CD1 of cycle 4 today - not too hopeful for this cycle as convinced my 5 day spot-a-thon pre-AF is preventing PG. However have doc appt on Tue so we'll see how that goes
sticky vibes to you Emmsy, btw I looked at your pics and your children are adorable, you are a very lucky lady !

Emmsy1 · 23/02/2008 05:00

hi mibbes sorry the bitch witch got you hun, you will be here soon!! I hope all goes well at the docs, keep us informed
p.s yes, I am very,very lucky!

fruity you really need clomid! I think we should start a "fruity needs clomid" campaign! I will sign your petition, just point me in the right direction...
seriously, the doc shouldn,t p--s around when people are haveing cycles that long, it's rediculous, they should get it sorted nowwwwwwwww!

hi Emmsy

well I'm 9DPO so no testing before tomorrow at the earliest but I'm trying to hang on until tuesday.

I might not test until Tues as I just have this feeling I'm not PG this time round.

fruitloop79 · 23/02/2008 07:37

Thanks Emmsy

I've MSNd you but I've gotta go now. I'll be back later x

Emmsy1 · 23/02/2008 08:24

fym with most of my 'live' pregnancies I didn't feel pregnant until about 6 weeks, so hang on in there girl!
fruity got your message! I have alot to learn with msn, but its sound! I will have to get pipers msn email, I have a few from the other thread. have a good time today, hope it takes your mind off thoes bloody long cycles!

OP posts:
scully · 23/02/2008 09:19

Emmsy, has even bit a bit too warm for me here today, 40deg Has cooled down a bit now it's 7.15pm, hopefully will be closer to 30deg tomorrow
cd29 for me tomorrow, getting a little nervous now but trying not to think about it all too much.
Hope you can stay positive FL, must be difficult though sometimes, with such long cycles, makes the guesswork of this conception business all the more challenging
I'm enjoying a nice cold glass of white wine right now, would be happy to share it all with you, but I guess it's a bit early for a drink in the UK

SparklyMummy · 23/02/2008 09:39

Owww I found you all. Just wanted to put this on to my threads...Still haven't totally got the hang of MN. See you all later xx

scully yeah 40deg is probably way too hot for me, I'm very pale and freckly! I could probably tolerate 30deg though!
What are your normal cycles scully, is this looking hopeful???

NOAM Yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhh I'm not on my own anymore, thank's for adding yourself, I reckon we will soon have loads more BFP's
sparkly lovely to see you, don't forget to add me to your messenger contact list!

Hi Emmsy, what a lovely idea, your own special wating room! Hopefully some of your luck will rub off on me, your CB this month
How are you doing? I've been trying to keep up with the threads but I've been snowed under with work this week so apologies if I've missed anything. xx

fym · 23/02/2008 14:05

emmsy - yes I seem to remember no symptoms the first time round as well..... I suppose I just am expecting it all to happen in cycle 3 as that's what happened with DS (which I know is completely irrational!!!) it won't happen again the same as it did last time!

I don't know whether to test tomorrow though or hang out til Tuesday you got your BFP at 10DPO didn't you?

Emmsy1 · 23/02/2008 16:32

fym I did get this BFP at 10 dpo but its never happenend before, dont usually get a + until AF late and then its usually very faint! This is definately a first for me! You do what ever you feel is right, I can't advise you because I am quite frankly a "serial tester" I have even pee'd on hpt sticks when AF arrived! keep us informed fym, I really hope this is your month!xxx
[cricri] my CB, lovely to welcome you to this new "lucky" thread! I'm doing really well, still very nervous about the poss that I will M/C again but trying to stay positive, I have a good feeling about this one! My (x)(x)'s are sore!(have decided to show them different to everyone else cos of my scars from boob reduction!)and I am getting sickness off and on which at this early stage is fantastic for me,as I don't usually get any until 6+ weeks can't wait for you to get your BFP and come on my new list!xx

OP posts:
cricri · 23/02/2008 17:31

I've got really sore (.)(.) too at the moment but am determined not to symptom-spot this month, after last month's let down! Just under a week to go before AF is due so I'm trying to keep away from the HPTs!
Good to hear you're doing OK - ms at this early stage has to be a good sign doesn't it? I totally understand about being scared of mc - I know I will be too when I eventually get my BFP. Have you joined the knicker-checkers anonymous thread? There are lots of former MC Avengers on that who will keep your spirits up I'm sure. Stay positive!

fruitloop79 · 23/02/2008 17:49

afternoon

fym · 23/02/2008 20:14

emmsy - I was about to ask if you have girls as a boy apparently makes you more sick but checked your profile and you have boys and girls!

There is one thing though that increases the LH and makes you even more sick .... TWINS

fym · 23/02/2008 20:17

....which would make sense with the early positive HPT!!!!

scully · 23/02/2008 23:07

Emmsy, any twins in the family tree??
My last 2 cycles have been 31 and 30 days, so that is either Tues or Wed. Bugger, had thought today was cd29 but it cd28.
Yesterday was definitely too hot for us as well, around 30 is good, but sweating buckets just to hang out a load of washing is too hot

Emmsy1 · 24/02/2008 04:37

fym 3 boys and 1 girl, my sickness is not here this morning! I may be paranoid! I think the Sanatogen pro natal may be making me feel sick, it's definately given me constipation
scully my sister had a twin, but she died at ten days old. I believe twins are supposed to skip a generation?? so 1 of my children may have twins? (I wouldn't mind if it was me though!! )
If I want to hang my washing out, I have to trudge through a water logged garden! (it's been water logged since last summer!!) poor children are not aloud to play out yet until it dries out. They desperately want to play on their trampoline (and slide, swings and seesaw!) I am thinking of planting some rice out there!!
