fruity I see your temp has gone up! you may have ovulated! if your temp stays the same or thereabouts(higher than the previous 4 temps (I think), then you can be pretty sure that you have probably ovulated!!) I hope you have been doing loads of B/D as well as msning

pinky lovely name by the way! I don't think that its an age thing, more likely to be obsessive thing! after you have been here for a while you will notice that most of 'us' have or are behaving very obsessively, from different colours and textures of your cervical mucus, postion of your cervix, AF/OVULATION/IMPLANTATION pains, serial testing and pram spotting! Your in the right place!

NOAM really made up that all seems ok. I'm sure Dr will be able to reassure you on Friday, it would be great if you could get an early scan without any bleeding, mine isn't until 31st March. I asked if I could get an earlier booking in appointment because 1. my age and 2. because the last 2 pregnancies have ended in M/C, lovely lady said 'it didn't matter' they wouldn't see me until I am approx 10 weeks, and that they would send me away if I was booked in any earlier!(I think she went to a charm school!) anyway at least I tried xx

Hi everyone, hope it's ok if I join? I'm fairly new to this. Currently ttc #2, finding it all consuming at the minute. On cd22. Not sure when I ovulated but normally have 25-28 day cycles. That means for 28 day cycle, I'm due AF on 3rd March. Don't know when to test. Last month I tested 5 times (!)from cd 22, before af showed up after 28 days . What do you think??

ttc my 2nd dc and I am on cd26 today.

Going out of my head as I am feeling pre-menstrual atm and have done so for 2 weeks.

I have waves of nausea, headches, and crampy feelings.

Somehow I have a feeling about it as things feel a bit different this time, and I am wondering if this is my month but then again it could be in my head.

Not sure when to test irregular periods. last 2 cycles have been 33 days and 23 days.

welcome to hub and bigfatmum hub I guess you are ovulating between cd11 and cd14 so unless your taking your temps and or using opk's(ovulation predictor kits) its best not to test too early, try and wait until your AF due I am the worse person in the world to ask,being an avid serial tester! I would have also been testing from 10 dpo (assuming I knew when I 'o')I hate to think how much I have spent on hpt's and opk's(its best to get the cheapies from ebay, they have always been ok for me!) its a good job DH isn't into mumsnet!

bigfatmum have you had any tests to see why your periods are so irregular? I can only suggest that if its not your turn this month, that you seriously think about temping and using opk's to try and predict when you ovulate If your longest cycle is 33 days then its possible to get a BFP now! I got mine this month 10 dpo using a sainsbury's cheapie, if you can hold on its probably best to wait until CD33, I wouldn't be able to, what ever you decide good luck and lots of baby dust your way not forgetting hub *NOAM glad your starting to feel really tired! Ah, Emmsy, thanks for checking my chart. My temp has gone down again today, just my stupid blood condition pissing me about as usual. Oh well, only a week to go till my gynae app. Maybe she will set the record straight for me.

I meant BLOODY condition, I thought you might think I've got some weird blood condition too now!

Hi Emmsy just popping in to tell you that doc appt went very well. GP (female thankfully) did an internal exam and said all felt fine. She wants me to go for a scan at hospital and have day 21 bloods taken in 2 weeks. She even offered to have DP's swimmers tested which I thought was a bit quick given we have only been trying for 4 months - so I said I'd see what my results showed first. I have to go back 3 weeks after bloods to see what scan and bloods have shown and discuss the way forward. She was really encouraging about charting and looking out for EWCM and said that if we get all tests done now it means that after 12 months if still no luck we are armed with all test results and can be referred straight to gynae ! I was really at how proactive she was ! I knew I'd scare her with my charts and spreadsheet !
It may be a few months before I join you on the graduate list but I'll get there eventually .

No she didn't mention why she thought I get pre-AF spotting but she probably guessed I'd already researched it (which I have and reasons can be fibroids, endometreosis or various other things). She did actually say that very often as soon as they start doing tests the patient gets BFP so you never know . Am feeling really positive as am lucky to get getting checked out so thoroughly so early on in my ttc journey . So maybe in a roundabout way the spotting has been a blessing (mind you I won't be saying that if they find somehting nasty - better just shut up now !).

I'm not really sure exactly when I will be due, with ovulating on CD9 and the previous month being a 48 day cycle? I will have to wait until 31st march for my scan for a more accurate date.
