I'm CD1 today of cycle 6 ttc my second.
Had a chemical at the end of February and lots of illness in March so revved up to give this month all I've got!

Hello, I'd like to join please.

I'm CD1, AF finally arrived this morning after threatening for a good few days! This will be my first month using OPKS. x

CD1 🙌🏻 it’s been a long cycle! Got a good feeling about this cycle and feeling positive!

Same here. Thought the bank holiday was a godsend however she is now not well so only DTD once in the fertile window.

@Charl8888 could you have missed the peak? If your bbt shift is sustained I would imagine you just had a quick surge, mine is often super quick and if I don't test multiple times a day I miss it.

@Babydustthisyear and @Mushroo excellent timing! I also agree it all feels a bit better this time of year with plans in the diary, though I think I am going to ovulate the night I'm away at a hen do so that's going to throw a spanner in!

Hey :) I’m jumping over from the December thread after a negative test this morning, period is due either today or tomorrow so I’m pretty confident I’m out! I’m 29, husband is 31 and we are ttc #1, this will be our 9th cycle. If i’m not pregnant by the end of this cycle, we are going to go pay to have some tests done at a private fertility clinic. Has anyone been down this route yet? X

I haven't been down the private testing route yet but I'm going into cycle 3 after my CP.

My friend had a CP and then went on to fall pregnant a few months later but inbetween that time she had private testing done at London Womens Clinic, it's £350 and includes testing for both you and your partner. They have clinics all around the UK. That's who I'll use if we need to get some testing done xx

@Angelselevenx ah yup, I’m currently on the London women’s clinic website right now. The tests for the nearest clinic to us is a lot more than £350 unfortunately 🥴 I guess the prices must vary from clinic to clinic! Did the tests show up with anything for your friend? Glad she’s finally went on to get her BFP! X

@Seasidegirll oh really! it might be worth travelling further afield if it's a lot cheaper? all of her tests came back normal, and funnily enough that cycle she fell pregnant. She had her CP on cycle 2 and pregnancy on cycle 6! Xxx

Does anyone take coQ10? Heard it's good for egg quality etc. if so, how much do you take? I get 100mg in my subscription but I've been seeing online to take 500mg

I started taking 100 mg this month
Not sure if it's related but ovulated CD17 instead of CD14 this month

Ha! Well if you read its supposed to be 500mg, no! Lol I'm worried I'm not taking enough now, these were the highest strength I could find...
Spotting through the day, like a rust colour now.. xxx

Hope you don't mind me jumping in...

Me and hubby are trying TTC #1. My cycles normally range from 24-26 days, and have done for the 6/7 months I've been off the pill.

I normally ovulate quiet late at about day 19 (I know that's really short) but this month I am now on CD30, AF is late, I'm getting every pregnancy symptom under the sun but still testing negative.

Has this happened to anyone else?

Could it be my cycles still regulating? Could I be pregnant?

Haha true, I could do with a healthy chill on the vitamins! I take 9 a day now..

Actually no I don't, its bright red. This was pink twice yesterday and the day before on just the one wipe. Today it had a bright red and now more a rust xxx

@Belle97 could be either, took me a year to regulate after the pills.
Get a really sensitive test and see or even could get blood work done? 😁 hope it's a positive for you!

I tested again this eve and it's obv negative, why do I do it to myself 😂 should take my own advice and leave it til at least Tuesday 🫣

@Belle97 hey! Are you 11dpo now if you ovulated on CD19? Have you tried a sensitive test for early testing?

The ones I take @Angelselevenx are:

X2 DHA (these I'm told are for egg quality)
X2 magnesium, zinc and calcium
X1 coq10 (egg quality)
X1 vitamin d
X1iron
X1 b6
X1 folic acid

I read in various places all are important. One poster said she was taking too much and stripped back to the essentials and only therefore took: folic acid, vitamin d and b6? So I'm assuming those are important?

You think this could be promising? Xxx

I am around 11dpo, I have used a sensitive test and it was negative sadly, although I have also been doing ovulation strip tests and that is on the rise quite dramatically so keeping fingers crossed for the positive pregnancy test soon!

Morning @Angelselevenx , how are you? No more spotting yet, didn't do a test this morning.im sure spotting will return later though, as with previous months it's been sporadical through the days of spotting before AF.. xxx
