New thread for those of us now trying for the first babies of 2024, may we all be lucky this month!

I'm CD1 today of cycle 6 ttc my second.
Had a chemical at the end of February and lots of illness in March so revved up to give this month all I've got!

Still not quite sunk in yet. Did an ic yesterday and then this is todays frer at 12dpo 🥰

I'm 34, 1st cycle for baby #1. Currently CD13, have a dark line for ovulating but still testing negative for ovulation.

I'm TTC, 1st cycle of properly trying for baby #1. I have PCOS and I'm 27. Had a few pesky evaporation lines this week which has been frustrating but I'm still hoping for good news some time soon.

AF arrived early today. After my CP last month ovulation was on time (CD21) but AF has arrived CD29 I think it is. Only positive I can take is that I know when CD1 is now for next month. Onto cycle 4 TTC #1

I just had my progesterone test bsck and it came back at 48!!! So happy as they look for it to be over 30! 🥹❤️ so thankfully I have ovulated!

to anyone out there getting these tests done, make sure you fight your own corner. I was made to have this on day 21 and it came back very low meaning no ovulation, which I told her it would as I only ovulated 2 days prior and it needs to be 6-8 days after ovulation! So now I’ve had it done on day 25 it’s come back at 48 meaning I have ovulated! So glad I stuck to my guns

Hi! Fresh from a loss which seems to have happened quite early on and resolved itself. Started bleeding on Saturday and pregnancy test today was negative I think (still fooling myself with line eyes). Scan today confirmed no pregnancy nor evidence of one suggesting an early loss for me and I'm thinking perhaps Saturday was just the start of my period as it felt exactly like one.

So not sure if CD1 due to negative test or CD5 due to possible period! We shall see. Going to try not to be obsessive but know that will fail. Literally all of our close friends are pregnant too and I would have been due just after them.

Here to start the next cycle! Crossing my fingers for a Feb baby.

my temps being weird today though, highest it’s ever been, still spotting/bleeding. Had a negative test yesterday arvo at 9DPO. Didn’t have a temp this high with my chemical, haven’t slept weird or feeling ill etc. x

Hey, can anyone help me out - first time using OPKs... are all of these tests postive? The last 3? The last 2? Just the 3rd one down?! I've no idea 🤷🏼‍♀️🥴😂

@HollyBell13 defo that third one anyway, can you download the Premom app there is a part where you can actually upload the tests and it tells you when you get your peak etc, iv attached mine for example 😊

Ah, thanks so much! I thought that app could only be used in the US. Just downloaded and it's the 3rd one! Annoyingly, I'm not 100% on what actual day I took it now 🤦🏼‍♀️😂! At least if we're not successful this cycle I'll know for the next and to record accurately!!!

Omg so I havent been on here a while and I've briefly scanned and @TunnocksTCake and @Mushroo you both have BFP! Massive congratulations to you both! I am made up for you! @Angelselevenx how are you lovely? I didn't see any posts from you as to how you are this cycle?

I am currently 6dpo. This is the time last month that I had a pink tinge and basically it was the earliest I've ever spotted. I'm really crossing my fingers that this month I won't spot and if I do it's way later...
I had my bloodwork back and was told all is normal but high testosterone and low iron. Apparently low iron can cause high testosterone and if untreated will be very difficult to conceive. I researched and weight is known to contribute to bringing testosterone down too.
So I have my iron supplement and have lost 12lbs in 2 weeks. I am really hoping this month is the one. Otherwise I will be broken. Honestly getting abit much at the moment.
I have had pulling etc today and extreme bloat. Moody too. So im worried that's AF coming. God help me. 😒 xxx

@Floralsandsmiles hey lovely, thanks for checking in. AF arrived 2 days early but my temp only just dropped right down today. Definitely not a normal AF, but hopefully the last of the effects of the CP last month. Relaxing and letting my hair down at a wedding this weekend then back to it next week, going to start taking b6 I think as well.

@Floralsandsmiles I'm trying 🤣 I did have a bit of a wobble this morning, I know I'm only 3 cycles in as we only started trying in feb and had the CP in March but it's just difficult isn't it, you feel like there are so many announcements around you xx

@Floralsandsmiles do you find b6 helps? One lady told me it brought her ovulation forward a few days so made her LP 13/14 days. Mine is only 11 days at the moment so I'm going to try bring O forward to have a longer LP xx

O I hear you @Angelselevenx , it's literally all killing me ans each month that passes, I feel a little piece of me die. I may need to take a break soon... xxx

Aww OK @Angelselevenx , I will be honest, I have only been taking it a few months and it may have Brought O forward a day or so, but mine does fluctuate anyways. I will try anything possible to stop this spotting though! And now lower the testosterone. I haven't heard anyone say they have had this issue yet or things that can help.. xxx

@Floralsandsmiles do you only tend to spot around ovulation? I used to spot when we would DTD around ovulation, it can be hormonal changes that bring it on I believe. No I haven't heard of anything, did the doctors say what you could do other than taking iron?
