Hi everyone,
Thought I'd create a new thread as the TTC Oct and Nov we're so helpful to me :) There were so many BFPs in the Nov group so statistics doing their thing there will be lots of BFPS in this Dec thread too which is super exciting.

Im currently on CD3 of my 5th cycle TTC #2.

Hey ladies! So, after getting AF this cycle I was very down and left this thread. Thanks to a slightly shorter cycle I technically get another go at ttc a December baby. Thought I was ruled out because dh is away for a week from tomorrow. However, I have just got a peak on cd 11. DTD yesterday, will tomorrow before he leaves. Should I convince him to DTD today as well? Want to maximise chances, but also worried about sperm quality if we DTD 3 days in a row.
Any thoughts greatly appreciated.
Congratulations to all of the BFP since I’ve last been here!

Unless there are male factor concerns sex everyday shouldn't have much of an impact.

@AlleycatMarie agree, once a day is okay if no sperm issues 🙌🏻 X

we ended up every day for 5 days 🙈 not my plan initially but can’t say I didn’t try!

I'm so sorry girls. Fully aware I've gone into full on crazy mode! I think my problem is I've obsessively googled test progression and now I'm comparing myself to everyone else who has ever been pregnant (which is ridiculous, I know!)
Got to chill out and just take each day as it comes. Thank you again and I'm so sorry... Genuinely! Appariciate you all! 💕

@HannahLouD don't google, but if you Google you can also see people that haven't had massive line progression and go on to have happy and a healthy pregnancy x

@HannahLouD dont be sorry! You aren’t doing anything wrong but you have to look after yourself 💗 please stay as relaxed as you can and trust your body to do the right thing!

your little bean is still in there!! I’m crossing all fingers you’re going to get a positive outcome x

@AlleycatMarie deffo do it. We got pregnant the month we did it 3 days in a row so it definitely didn't hurt.

@HannahLouD have you tried contacting your doctor and explaining how bad your anxiety is around this to see if they will send you for a blood test. I also think your test from today looks darker x

Can anyone help with charts? It’s my first month using OPKs.

I normally ovulate around CD17, but I’ve started testing and had the slightest rise ever today (CD11).

Is this the slow start of the run up to a peak and should we start DTD or is this just so small it’s irrelevant and wait and see what happens tomorrow?

I know the answer is we should DTD anyway but given I ovulate so late I don’t want to peak too soon!

@Mushroo I don't think that's enough of a start of a rise to worry that it's happening early mine fluctuate a little in the early days. I totally get not wanting to dtd too early though it's so tiring 😂 this is what mine looked like this cycle it wasn't steady

@HannahLouD honestly the line progression is great. You need to step back. You’ve got two dye stealers. There is no right or wrong for level of line colour. Once you get the dye stealer the colour often doesn’t strengthen much anyhow

@HannahLouD those lines look really good to me, don't look at progression from test to test but from where you started to where you finished - I know anything can happen but there's nothing in these tests suggesting it will. Be kind to yourself ❤️ and relax as much as you can. Second the idea to ask GP if you can have a blood test x

so did start DTD earlier but I only got excited CD 15, I’d hang fire until it goes up a bit more!

Picked up 2 FRERs so I have one for the morning but couldn't resist a sneaky afternoon check - crazy faint but definitely positive 🥳 fingers crossed for a sticky little bean this time x
(This is pm 13dpo 2.5hr hold, AF due yesterday, I have really short 21-2 day cycles)
