Hi everyone,
Thought I'd create a new thread as the TTC Oct and Nov we're so helpful to me :) There were so many BFPs in the Nov group so statistics doing their thing there will be lots of BFPS in this Dec thread too which is super exciting.

Im currently on CD3 of my 5th cycle TTC #2.

@uop21 Thats a great line! Looks pretty much as dark as the control? I’d DTD tonight for the next 3 days. Maybe keep testing though to confirm? Happy BDing!!!

@uop21 would start your 3 days tonight. I also got my peak CD12 and did SMEP and it worked. Had done all the same dates as you had up to now. Good luck x

@uop21 yes looks high but not quite positive. Suspect your peak will come within 12hours of that test… at a guess.

I did a couple more OPKs today and all low still around the same, however I was at the gym so drank lots of water, so urine was diluted. No ovulation symptoms though so no peak today

CD12 and I’ve finally got Mr Flashing Face on the ovulation test! Last month I had the static face on this day. OH is back today so I’m pleased the timing has worked out a bit better than I thought - have warned him he’s going to be busy! 😆

Last night I had cramps and some EWCM… Flashing on CB this morning but pretty low on easy@home… I take two cheapies a day and usually only trust the afternoon one. (As the tests clearly tell you to take at different times!)

But still interesting to see the difference they are showing!
CD14 for me today, with usual Ovulation on CD17! So CB more accurate if my bodies stays in track... loving the science experiments this cycle but exhausting though 🥲

I am 11 dpo today and feeling a bit down. I have been having a very light bleed, just light brown/pink since 9 dpo. Usually when I spot before period this starts from around 11 dpo so this has got me excited thinking it could be Implantation bleeding however, also could just be my body playing tricks on me. Online it says IB tends to last couple hours to 2 days but I on third day the spotting now. I am tempted to test but also don't want to in case I get disappointed..
Just feeling mix of emotions now..😞

Reading so many mixed things online about Implantation bleeding such as how long it lasts and that most women don't get it etc.. I need to stay off Google.

10dpo today...
So, after yesterday, I don't know why but I decided to test again just now and... There's defo two pink lines.
I'm in a pickle though. I felt so down last night about everything I drank a whole bottle of wine 😶😶😶 I hadn't had a single drink in a month and now I feel TERRIBLE. I'm not even a tiny bit excited right now because I'm so scared of having another chemical and I'm so so so worried I've f'ed things up by drinking so it'll probably just happen again now. What an idiot 😭💔x

@HannahLouD congratulations! You will be fine. You don’t even share a blood stream at this point, you have not messed anything up.

I know so many people who realised they were pregnant after very very boozy hen parties and their kids are all at school now and fine!

Try to relax and enjoy it :)

Secondly, don't panic! Having a drink won't impact your pregnancy, I think we spoke about this when I was deciding whether to drink at the weekend or not and when I was googling honestly everyone was saying having a drink won't make an impact. I'm so happy for you, keep us updated xx

@HannahLouD that’s brill, congratulations! As the others are saying, don’t worry about the booze, just be pleased you got one final drink (bottle 😂) of wine in before finding out!

Congratulations @HannahLouD I'm so pleased for you ❤️❤️ please don't worry, many women get absolutely sloshed before finding out they're pregnant, the main thing is now you know not to touch a drop. Take it easy and try to enjoy every moment 🌈

For me, four days after saying I was out and avoiding these threads, I’ve still not started AF. Had a few days of spotting as I normally do, but much lighter than normal and has almost stopped. Boobs haven’t been tender like they usually are.

having some weird twinges but not sure id call them cramps, certainly not normal ones. They’re sharper.

if it weren’t for my bbt being low I might be getting my hopes up. It came down to 36.1 yesterday which usually means AF will start that day or sometimes it’s already started by time I hit that temp.

CD29, 14/15DPO. Longest luteal phase since I started tracking, and I’m technically approx 2 days late. Did a cheeky test today and BFN.

not sure what to think! I’ll probs be back to report AF has started in a few hours 😂

I'm not letting myself get excited yet, because I know how much it hurt last month.
I know it happens a lot and people drink before they find out (I did with my first as she was a surprise!) But I just know that I'll blame myself if things don't work out this time. I just feel so stupid... I went all month without and then the day before I go and ruin it 🙄 I'm just so worried it'll have ruined my chances of it sticking properly or it'll have altered something chemically which means it won't be sticky or viable. I know I can't change what I've done but I just feel so stupid :( I want this so badly, why didn't I just wait until af 😭x

@HannahLouD omg what a lovely surprise to open the chat to! I'm so pleased for you. That's a super 10dpo line. I know it's hard but really try not to beat yourself up for the wine. I'm praying for a sticky little baby for you xx

@Sierra26 how odd. how long have you been tracking BBT?

@bringmearainbow this is month 4 of temping. I usually take a week off from it after day 1 of AF. I’ve been googling if you can potentially be pregnant even if temp drops - all the evidence says no! So no idea what’s going on.

it might just mean all my supplements are finally helping my luteal phase length and this is what a more normal cycle should look like!

@Sierra26 I mean I don't want to get your hopes up but my friend had a below cover line temp drop on the day AF was due and it then went back up she was pregnant so it is possible that it happens. Did it steadily drop or was it a big drop? I take it LP has been fairly consistent over the 4 months? Supplements can def start to impact things they take 3 months to affect what they are meant to in your system so if you've been taking them a while it could just be that

@HannahLouD don't feel silly. I've been there my second pregnancy I got quite drunk the night before I found out so it happens to a lot of people! Will you keep testing or just leave it to see?

@Angelselevenx ah thank you! Honestly I would have put all my money (which isn't much tbf) on it that I was out. Stark white yesterday so I'm shocked it's not a complete squinter today! I must say, I do have some watery/slightly cm for the first time today since ovulation 😅
I didn't temp this morning because of drinking last night so it wouldn't have been an accurate reading... I'll start up again in the morning!
