Hi everyone,
Thought I'd create a new thread as the TTC Oct and Nov we're so helpful to me :) There were so many BFPs in the Nov group so statistics doing their thing there will be lots of BFPS in this Dec thread too which is super exciting.

Im currently on CD3 of my 5th cycle TTC #2.

I'm pretty sure cm after o doesn't really mean much anyway... I know it can change so such due to all the fluctuating hormones. Maybe I'm just talking myself out of a possible bfp so I'm not as disappointed when it's inevitably negative 🙈🤦🏻‍♀️

@Angelselevenx and @Jennifer89 hello cycle buddies!

I tend to test when my husband is home so if it is a bfp I can tell him in person, but usually he's still asleep so he isn't "there" so to speak, the negatives I just leave on the sink edge so he knows when he gets up. He's worse than me 😂 by 3dpo he's asking if I'm testing yet, any news etc. I have explained it to him.

@Natty83 hello! How many dpo are you at the minute? I think I'm only 1DPO and I'm already being impatient 😅

@HannahLouD well clearly I’m no expert 🙈🤣 but I have always found 1/2 days after O I’m back to normal and nothing interesting going on in terms of CM

I find myself doing the same every single month, talking myself into a negative to protect my emotions…

I honestly feel this cycle I’ll be trying not to test until the day before AF is due, then I can be prepared for her either way. And not 4/5 days of agonising :( but I may have said that for the last 3 cycles

the only positive I can find is that in SOO many success stories, women say, I had no idea, felt no different etc etc and for my first I also didn’t feel any different until after I had missed my period! 🤞🏻

@HannahLouD I am no expert and only guessing, but my instinct would be that until you've implanted your body wouldn't even know that you were pregnant so any symptoms would be random chance - I might be completely wrong though! And I never follow that thinking myself, I'm so awful for symptom spotting, constantly announcing to dh way too early that I "feel" pregnant 😂

Jumping on board if I can. Period due in 5 days, I stupidly tested yesterday. I have no patience. Im just not going to buy any more tests unless Im late.

@mum2liam1 that second one is definitely positive. Congratulations. I had the same on DC1 husband couldn't see it I could see it faintly. I was pregnant. Mad it showed up better on the cheap one than the FRER mind x

That's what I'm worried about .... I really want to believe it ha md a chemical last month so so worried . One step are this dark and then accidently done a ovulation test ans the test line was so dark could this mean anything also

Im only 1DPO and im driving myself crazy, last month I told myself I wouldn't do this 😂 AF due 01/04 so 11 days to go!

I think ovulation sticks can also pick up HCG. Try not to worry that looks like a lovely positive to me. Maybe a digital might put your mind at rest a little bit. It must be very hard for you after a chemical.

I'm worried about that this time as I tested positive at least 5 days earlier than with DC1. Will feel better when I pass CD29 and 30 this week as that's when I normally get AF x

I’m day 4 DPO, and telling myself I will wait until March 30th to test! I have a few busy days coming up so hopefully that will occupy my mind from wanting to test.

Also why do some men think it’s a one shot game?

Tomorrow I'm either going to wake up with AF or be sending DH to the shop for hpt first thing. The suspense is too much to handle why didn't I just buy tests today, I popped to tesco earlier 😂.

@mum2liam1 I think I do see the FRER line. And definitely see the strip line. Gentle congratulations hope everything goes smoothly.

@Waitingonarainbow how many dpo are you? I'd be going on Amazon now and priming then to the house first thing 🤣

@TunnocksTCake that makes sense. I have seen couples on Youtube sharing every test they do together but I don't think that is the norm..

13dpo today and usually get AF on 14dpo. I am CD32 though because I have a long (and irregular) follicular phase. Haven't tested yet as last month I tested every day from 8dpo and got really down with each bfn ☹️. No idea what tomorrow will bring for me, no obvious AF or pregnancy symptoms, but I keep my fingers crossed 🤞🏻

I'm so hopeful , it's just really hard as the chemical has put so much doubt this is ovulation test and been like this since Saturday .......

I called doctor to book blood and they said have to go through gp and no appointments till Monday.. and can't get to town until weekend

@mum2liam1 that's a negative LH test, LH tests will always show some levels of LH in urine so that's completely normal. I'd be hopeful for your positive HCG test 😊
