Thought I'd create a new thread as the TTC Oct and Nov we're so helpful to me :) There were so many BFPs in the Nov group so statistics doing their thing there will be lots of BFPS in this Dec thread too which is super exciting.

Im currently on CD3 of my 5th cycle TTC #2.

@TunnocksTCake thank you. My FRER came and very clear positive on that as well so believing it now. Really happy. Fingers crossed for more baby dust this month xx

Any ideas anyone? 11/12 DPO, cycle day 24… had very faint pink on the toilet paper when I went to the toilet first thing today. Thought oh well that’s my period arriving, but it hasn’t… I now have a very small amount of pale brown.

Sorry it’s all a bit TMI. I think I’m clinging to the idea it just might be implantation?

@Fallulah hopefully it is. Test on Sunday or Monday to know for sure. If you don’t usually get spotting then it’s likely it’s implantation. It’s common for it to take until 12dpo to happen.

I’m off work with dizziness and a bad head cold. If I’m unwell during my two week wait, will this prevent implantation if it had been going to happen? I’m 12dpo so I reckon I can’t test until Sunday anyway.

I'm not convinced I have ovulated yet after my confusing near peak and no static on cb digital. I'm still getting EWCM and my temp went back down a bit again today, and I have conjunctivitis so maybe the spike yesterday was due to illness... I think we might just keep dtd eod until the cm dries up! This is such a confusing month 😅 maybe I just wont ovulate this month!

@Jennifer89 thank you. Yes very end of November but went slightly over last time so I'm thinking realistically will be very start of December. I had a very clear FRER yesterday once Amazon delivery came. Will try a digital again tomorrow x

Can I join? Currently on CD 18 and due to ovulate between now and CD21 (last month was CD21 I think). Will be a first week of December baby if it works this month 🤞🏼

@TunnocksTCake sorry your OPKs are so confusing… like you say, maybe being ill has more of an impact than we’d ever considered. As long as you’re DTD doesn’t mean you’re out though.

@TunnocksTCake is it your first month using the app or not is your peak reading usually higher. Sounds like you are covering your fertile window though xx

@Angelselevenx im 4/5 days past ovulation. Cycles anything between 25-30 days long. Are yours longer? Luteal phase is pretty consistent but i seem to ovulate any time between days 13 and 17. Expecting a 27/28 day cycle this month.

TTC 5 months (can’t believe that much time has passed!) so getting to know my cycles now.

how long have you been TTC? I’m 34, and this is my first, so hoping something happens soon! Xx

@Sierra26 I've got my fingers crossed for you! I only came off HBC in December but since then my periods have been 28/31 days long. My periods are 8 days but they always have been, I never really knew when I ovulated until last month when I had a surge on CD20 evening until CD21 evening and then AF arrived on day 32.

This is our first too, I'm 29 so hoping to get to know my cycles better at the same time as TTC. This is only cycle 2 we've actually been trying, I signed up to natural cycles and been taking my BBT as well 🤞🏼 xx

I’m 9dpo today and caved and tested - thought it would be very special getting a bfp on Mother’s Day. It’s a bfn though. I’m so upset. I’ve been trying for too long now. Not sure I can do it anymore 😢

@AlleycatMarie i also tested today at 10dpo and got a BFN. In reality it could still be too early although I did get a very faint line last month at 10dpo (which I later miscarried) albeit with a different brand of test.

@AlleycatMarie oh alley cat I’m so sorry, it is a rough ride and I it was as easy for everyone 🤍
I’m over a year in now and in someways it’s gotten easy every blow, but I still cry spontaneously at least once a week.

have you gone for testing yet? Or spoken to a doc?
Remember even up to 2 years it is still very possible.
don’t lose hope and as much as I was scared for diagnosis (which I did get) I am feeling much more positive and in control now I know it’s not IF but WHEN 🤞🏻

@AlleycatMarie 9dpo is far too early. You’d only test positive by then if implantation happened at 6dpo (which happens for 5% of women). A BFN now doesn’t necessarily mean a BFN in five days time.

@buckingmad similar for 10dpo. It’s a bit more likely you’d test positive but still not very as you need a few days post implantation for hormone levels to reach a point where you’d test positive. Try again in a few days.

I know it’s hard not to test as it’s so exciting; especially on Mother’s Day. Meanwhile, I’m 14dpo and got a BFN so I’m out :(

@AlleycatMarie also with my daughter I always caved and did an early test and the month I got
pregnant I gave up disheartened at 10dpo and then tested again at 16dpo and got my positive.

Don’t know why I’ve done it to myself again!

11dpo and tested this morning, bfn 😢sorry to all the other ladies with bfn - I’m with yous. Tried to stay off this thread during my TWW sorry for the ignorance x
