As a reminder this is a positive support thread for anyone preparing and planning to start TTC in 2023 💖

I want to:

• loose some weight (would like to get down to a healthy BMI by exercising and doing all home cooking, nothing to major or restrictive)
• do some decorating around the house
• get married (1st September woooo!)
• change job / company

I have endometriosis and PCOS, 2 surgeries down and hoping I'll still be all clear by the time we get to trying.

Theres a long list of us now so bare with me updating it as we go 😅

I don't really know why it dipped yesterday... I was abruptly woken up about half an hour later than usual but apart from that nothing else was different so can't imagine that was the reason!
It did go up again this morning, but not significantly I don't think?
I guess only time will tell... 🤔x

Hmm looks like yesterday could be a blip Hannah. If the next couple of days remain high discard yesterday’s temp and see what the chart looks like without it.

It's so silly really, isn't it? Knowing if I've ovulated or not doesn't make me know if I'm going to be pregnant and yet I still care wayyy too much 😅😂🙈 I guess it would just be nice to know that things are "working properly" kinda thing.

@HannahLouD I agree just discount it and hope that temperature stays high! I also found my RHR on my fitbit was a sure tell when I was pregnant as it shot up 😍

Yes my RHR went from 55 to 60 about two days before my BFP last time Leopard

Did a digital test late last night thinking it may be too early to detect it as only 10dpo but it picked it up! Feel really reassured seeing it in writing. Praying for a sticky baby 🙏🤞 x

Forgot what a slog the TWW was. I’m 4dpo.

really thought I was going to be able to hold out and do a CB early test next Friday but I think I might just pee on some cheapies from next Wednesday when I’ll be 8dpo.

@buckingmad same, feels like a slog. I started today and had a negative test. Not sure how many dpo but AF not due for 1 more week. Feeling waves of nausea every afternoon/ evening now for 5 days. I just used the cheapie strip I had in a drawer as I was feeling so poorly but I have 2 frer tests I'll save for next week. It's so hard to wait!

Has anyone had implantation spotting before? I'm still 6 or 7 days from AF and just had pink spotting and some cramping. It freaked me out as I didn't have this with my previous pregnancy.

This is my chart now... Went down a bit to 35.50 this morning which seems pretty low... Most other charts I've seen seem to have a bigger rise and certainly not a slight decrease already! I'm thinking maybe I haven't ovulated... Although I do have all my usual symptoms that I have (had o pains at the right time and have had extremely sensitive and sore nipples for a couple of days now).
I really have no clue... x

@HannahLouD I'm still confident you ovulated, I don't think you'd see that sharp rise otherwise! Keep an eye on the next few days - when I fell pregnant my temp remained above 36 - do you mean its 36.5 today? That's not a big deal!

Hi ladies , hope you’re all ok 💖

just wondered if anyone has any advice, I have been testing since my BFP on Friday night and have been getting positive tests but they just don’t seem to be very dark which is worrying me slightly. Unless I’m still quite early as haven't even missed AF yet. I’m 11dpo. This test is one I took this morning, would anyone say that looks ok for 11dpo? It’s frustrating as after about 5 minutes the line fades into almost nothing. Hopefully the one I take on Thursday when AF is late will be a blazing positive. Such a guessing game. Xx

@Summer022 mine were like that at 11dpo, I've had my first one that looked dark today at 14 dpo with AF due Tuesday. So try not to worry and test again next week

That looks good to me!! I personally wouldn't expect it to be any darker at 11dpo... Congratulations! x

That line looks fine @Summer022 i would try and stop testing for a few days, they vary too much.

it’s quite helpful and informative as to what my cycle symptoms are like whilst I’m having a break from ttc. So I’m probably 5dpo and by this point I would be symptom spotting like a mad woman all for AF to turn up as predicted. So symptoms are. very wet cm today, a bit Ewcm like and sore boobs. I get this every month and think it’s a sign… hoping this will help me chill out in TWW knowing it’s all typical symptoms.

@Summer022 I didn't test until DPO18 and then waited another week to do a clearblue as they aren't that sensitive! So I wouldn't worry, you're at such early days. Very exciting!

Thank you ladies, I feel much better - I think I completely over stress about it and I need to relax and stop testing for a while. I will test again on Friday when I’ll be 16dpo and let you know how it goes. 🤞 Xxx

Trying to conceive baby #2

Im due AF on Friday and so will be looking at a Christmas baby if we conceive next month!

Well we got our BFP yesterday!

the changes I’ve made this cycle are:
we used pre-seed (when we remembered)
and TMI but we both only had sex when we really wanted it….

i haven’t tracked ovulation this month and I haven’t done cheeky tests during the TTC, not sure what made me test yesterday apart from id done a covid test earlier in the week because I felt like crap and my boobs are huge!

This is my tests incase anyone is interested in why I think it’s a cp! I also read that the easy@home tests pregnancy tests that come WITH the ovulation kit can be unreliable as they may be mislabeled LH tests. Not sure how true that is! I’m 9 DPO today and have only had stark whites today! We only DTD once last month (2 days before ovulation) so not sure why I got so excited!! My husband cannot cope with the pressure of organised DTD lol
