NatalieJane · 11/02/2008 13:19

Diege, others will be lurking on the thread now thinking 'Bitches! It's not farking funny hun' LOL

kayzisbroody · 11/02/2008 13:27

Aren't we awful?
I'm quite worried that because I got pg so quickly with ds I'll take forever to concieve this time round.

NatalieJane · 11/02/2008 13:33

I have same thoughts Kay, I think we have to just take it as it comes. Easy to say now isn't it?!!

I know I am going to turn into some sort of TTC monster, and then if/when I get a BFP I will be the only one doing HPT's every five minutes to make sure the line is still there, and down the GP's doing everything and anything I can to make sure that at 6 weeks on the dot I get an early scan! (I didn't even book in with the midwife till I was 12 weeks last time, and then didn't see anyone again (except for my two noraml scans) till I was about 24 weeks! So it is going to be a big difference for me)

kayzisbroody · 11/02/2008 13:36

I think this time I might just get a clearblue digital one straight away instead of using other ones where I'm not sure if there is really a line or not.
I just want to relax about it all.

NatalieJane · 11/02/2008 13:43

I think the not stressing about it is the key. Again, it is easy to say now.

It is all very exciting though, one minute May seems like agesssss away and the next minute it doesn't seem that far away at all.

It doesn't help with all of the pregnancies on MN at the moment, and the Am I/Aren't I threads that seem to be everywhere you go, but they are so exciting I can't stay away.

largeginandtonic · 11/02/2008 14:37

Wahoooo Kay!!! So we could be onnthe same antenatal thread then? Me and Teuch are going to be I am on cd33 today i think, no af signs...

largeginandtonic · 11/02/2008 14:38

Diege and NJ are berrating me for being awol, apologies

kayzisbroody · 11/02/2008 14:43

Hello LG&T. Yeah we could be. Dh is off to buy condoms he says on pay day.
But its just so I can decide when I want to ttc, but we are going to mothercare on Saturday so we can look at twin pushchairs.

NJ I know exactly how you feel. If I wasnt waiting for something May would come really quickly.

NatalieJane · 11/02/2008 14:56

Mmmmm LG&T will let you off with unautherised absense if you tell us all what symptoms you have There must be one by now Oh and another thing, when are you going to test?

Twin pushchairs, something I am not looking forward to and am willing to do almost anything to get out of needing one!

kayzisbroody · 11/02/2008 14:58

I really am not looking forward to it either, But I do really want the Phil and Ted one but dh probably wont be able to use it

Diege · 11/02/2008 15:02

I'll probably be able to get away with a buggy board as dd3 will be gone 3 by the time no.4 comes along. I've 'done' the double buggy thing with dds 1&2, and trust me the novelty wears thin after a few months!

kayzisbroody · 11/02/2008 15:12

Ds will be about 2 when fingers crossed I'll be due so I may be able to get away without using a double pushchair very often.

(Still cant get bold to work properly )

BeMyLilBaby · 11/02/2008 15:12

havent you lot been busy!! who will be on y antenatal thread with me??? dont wanna be there alone!! x

NatalieJane · 11/02/2008 15:23

My sister has a phil and teds, I know this could be said for a lot of doubles, and three-wheelers at that, but she says it is the most cumbersome, own minded, pain in the arse-ish thing she has ever used.

But then she has never used any other twin one, so I don't know how it compares.

The only thing I don't like about it, is that the baby is tucked away underneath, in something that is not much more than a shopping bag. The idea of it not having a much bigger wheel base than a single buggy is good, just wish they could come up with something more genious than that. Would love to see a Micralite take on a twin. OMG, I am a buggy bore, hun

Kay, you need to surround every word with the 's so crossed* fingers would be crossed fingers (but with out the spaces)

BB if you hold out till May, I'll be there.... well probably not May, but soon-ish I hope!!

kayzisbroody · 11/02/2008 15:25

You never know we could all be on the same antenatal thread!!

NJ I might just kiss you

It has worked!!!!

NatalieJane · 11/02/2008 15:27

Urghhhhh gerrof, else I might just kiss you back run away

kayzisbroody · 11/02/2008 15:31

hehehe
I now know what I have to do to make it work.

Is it wrong to want a white wine spritzer?
I just saw the wine and the lemonade in the fridge. Its far too early

NatalieJane · 11/02/2008 15:34

LOL I spoke to my mum on the phone this morning after dropping DS1 off at school. I asked her if I should make a brew or pour the wine.... think she thought I was joking, I wasn't

I will add, I do not normally have alcohol for brekkie, just very very occasionally I do fancy some in the mornings or with lunch, didn't give in to temptation today but sometimes, I do

Diege · 11/02/2008 15:36

Tsk tsk, just wait until halfterm

Diege · 11/02/2008 15:36

Ah bugger, can't work the bastard italics!!!

Diege · 11/02/2008 15:37

Oops sorry for language

NatalieJane · 11/02/2008 15:39

LMAO I always spend half the hols half cut.... no not really, just wishful thinking methinks

I am now hankering after wine again and it's all Kay's fault

happynappies · 11/02/2008 15:40

I haven't been here for a while - sounds like lots of people aren't waiting any more, and lots of other people are waiting until May... I'm thinking May - Would like an early 2009 baby - hope it will be that easy!

Diege · 11/02/2008 15:44

Hi HAPPY!!! Yah, annother one for May . Wouldn't it be great if we were all in the same antenatal group thread!
Anyone else still part of their old 'due in' thread? We're all still going strong in ours, and have a meet-up planned for April

kayzisbroody · 11/02/2008 15:46

Im sorry. Its all my fault!!!
I just saw it and thought it would be nice.
Lets all have Early 2009 babies
