Anyone else getting ready to TTC?

Hi, I'm looking for buddies who have just started, or are about to start their TTC journey. I am TTC number 2. Stopped my pill around a month ago. Ideally want to conceive in the new year, but took a long time to fall pregnant with my first. So currently not trying too hard, but not preventing either. Would be nice to hear about other people's stories too 😊

I would say you are very near your peak maybe today youll ovulate no harm in DTD and keep testing.

AF arrived today so second cycle off the pill 38 days and first was 27 days 😂 but this time it arrived roughly two weeks after I was pretty sure I ovulated (not using OPK's) so at least that is the right sort of length for luteal phase. Fertile window predicted over Xmas (for a regular cycle) 🤞🏼

Hi all, how is everyone? A few of us had similar times cycles so I’m guessing coming to the end of another TWW?

We managed to DTD a few times this cycle and I’m 13 DPO now. AF due on Thursday and I have none of the usual feelings of cramping and bloating when she’s coming. Might just be my cycle settling down after Implant removal in October but I’m feeling optimistic! Not going to test, just waiting to see!

Last cycle was 38 days so that puts this period due 12th Jan. first month we have proper gone for it, still not tracking ovulation or anything just been DTD every 2-3 days or so, we will see! Won't be testing unless period is late (but after a long 38 day cycle last month it could be 'late' and still mean nothing 😂)

My cycles are all over the show atm too!!!

But today ive had egg white like discharge (sorry!) so thinking im around ovulating so fingers crossed

I got my BFP yesterday. Came so clear and so quickly, the only test I’ve done this month! Wishing you ladies lots of luck and love x

My period was late and instead of intense cramping I had a more frequent pulling sensation. Like it didn’t feel like I was due on soon. Hard to explain!

My cycles seem to have settled into a 23 day cycle which is joyful (not!) but at least means less time to wait before trying again. I think it’s going to be a long haul for us.

@overgrowngrass currently on CD35 of third cycle off pill and we have gone for it this month, last cycle ended up being 38 days so think if my period comes soon I'm settling into longer cycles for now 🙄😂 I did test a few days ago and BFN, testing again tomorrow just in case as monitoring until AF but to be honest don't think it will be positive.

Run down at the moment too with a horrid sore throat which don't know if it's turning into a cold ☹️

AF arrived today and although officially means we didn't conceive this month, I'm a little happy as cycles are getting to a more normal length. Last cycle now officially 35 days, which has come down from 38 days the cycle before 👍🏼

So I got my BFP on 3rd Jan and now 6.4 weeks. All a bit quick really not quite for my head around it yet !

Im still waiting atm my app says AF is due in 8 days but ill give it an extra week before testing (if i can help it!) ive been a little different this month only small things but im not sure it if is something or my mind messing with me.

I kinda gave up actively trying at first because after stopping the pill my cycle went AWOL. Finally got a period after 3 months so we could start trying. Got my bfp last week! Really surprised as I still didn't think my cycle had settled properly. Took us 5.5months from stopping my pill so much quicker than last time. Fingers crossed everything goes smoothly from here but still early days.

Congratulations to those with bfps. And to those without - keep trying and stay patient. It's hard not to stress about TTC, but your bfp will come.

Im currently feeling quite sick and ive cramps, slightly to the right is quite sore when i move. Think on thursday i will be on CD21 so ill prob leave it until next weekend to see what happens before testing (i did test last night but was neg)

So fingers crossed. My husband is going for a little op on the 30th and will be out of action for 4 weeks so if this month isnt lucky then it will be may before we try again.
