Hi all,

I’m just starting my TWW and planning on testing around 29 October (unless period comes sooner which it did last month!)

Anyone else planning to test around Halloween?

Yeah it was. It's so faint though. I was holding it up to the light and squinting like a jeweller. Maybe I need one of those little magnifying glass things 😂

Haven't said anything to DH, he'll think I'm insane. 🤞🤞 for something more substantial in the morning

I caved and tested yesterday morning, could not be more negative haha. I also feel like AF is on her way this morning. Gutted but onto the next month if so!

I really hope there’s lots more BFPs in this group over the next week! 🤞🤞

Sorry to hear about the BFN's this morning, I stupidly ordered some FRERs of Amazon yesterday which are arriving today, but I'm sure I can feel AF on her way now 😔

Nothing on the first response. I can still see something on the easy@home but now convinced it's just an indent. Going to try and wait a couple of days now before testing again.

I'm in the same boat as a lot of you - BFN on a Wondfo cheapie. AF is due tomorrow so I'll test again on Saturday if she doesn't show. Hope everyone is ok ❤

We have been ttc almost two years - had a few “positives” here and there but AF always showed.
I’m supposed to get it today, had a spot of pink yesterday and today when I wiped (a mix of cm glob and blood streaks), but that’s not how AF usually arrives. Usually it does start with spotting but then throughout the day it gets stronger and stronger. So we’ll see what today brings. 🙄 Seeing as we haven’t managed to concieve in two years, what would be the odds to get a BFP just a few days before my scheduled HyCosy. 🙄🙄

Hope AF shows soon or not at all, because I have the procedure in a week and I can’t be on then. 🙄😬

Joining in as I have spent many moonlight hours reading all your posts. For my own sanity and for anyone who might be interested....
AF due on 3rd of November. 9DPO. Must have done 5 tests so far . Yep I am that impatient.
Back cramping like mad for the last week ( not my usual AF style). Sour taste, blood like/metallic started 2 days ago. Constant feeling in the back of my throat that I am going to be sick.

Two little ones and very sick with both of them. Although not this early.
Anyone else tasting metal?

Sorry for the BFNs ladies, 9/10 DPO and woke up to some more AF like cramps, such a great way to start the day 🙄 think AF is looming, due on Sat/Sun, ready to move onto next cycle now with a fresh mindset. I'm gutted, had really high hopes for this cycle as we DTD so much and felt like we timed in right. I think I put pressure on myself too as I so wanted to surprise hubby on his bday Sunday. 🥺

@Roxybabe test again Sunday. AF like cramps could be a symptom. Fingers crossed for you x

@Raddish88 I didn't test, I will at the weekend if no AF but feel like shes coming!
I've never tasted metal but I have heard of that, fingers crossed for you!

@Roxybabe if it helps I had such AF like cramps with previous DD that i even put a tampon in not wanting the mess. After a couple of wasted Tampons I decided to check and hey presto. Couldn't tell you with my second as my cycle was so off due to BF just started feeling sick. 😬 so much suspense. Well done for not testing I have none of your will power. Going to hold off until Sunday now ( she says....).

@Raddish88 thank you, that gives me a little hope, I have read stories of women thinking AF was coming then they get BFP, but I just don't think I'm going to be that lucky.
I think I've turned into a negative nancy now as a way to protect myself. I've had cycles where I have been too excited then AF comes and I can't bare the disappointment any more.

@Roxybabe to be fair being a negative Nancy isn't a bad way to be. If you convince yourself you're not pregnant then getting a bfp feels even better. Easier said than done.

Didn't know this hindered implantation ... I go to weight lifting classes twice a week ☹️

@SmurfStar IT DOESN'T!!!! I was just giving an example of how TTC makes me crazy, I stop going to the gym personally because I'm worried about all the bouncing (I do cardio and HIIT work outs) but from next cycle I will continue going and carry on normally!!
Carry on weight lifting!! I think I read that exercise is absolutely fine as long as it's not super intense and more then 6 hours a week. It was just me being OTT!!

@SmurfStar I'm pretty sure it wouldn't make any difference - I think if you have a viable embryo it's going to stick almost regardless of what you do 🙂

Does your phone camera have a macro setting? Then you can really send yourself crazy.

I couldn't help but take a FRER when they arrived today and it was of course BFN at 11dpo, I should have waited but I lack any self control and feel like AF is going to a tough one this cycle

I was about to walk into a shop when I started cramping, so I was like … nah, not worth it. Got home, no sign of AF. 🙄 I hope I can manage a few more days without testing …
