pff not really a lot to say except I need another blood test tomorrow before anything else 😐 literally could’ve told me that on the phone yesterday

Indianna2006 · 30/09/2022 15:40

@LuckyMoonstone 🙄🙄 getting you in just to say that

OP posts:
bunnykins123 · 30/09/2022 15:41

@LuckyMoonstone oh wow. Why couldn't they tell you that over the phone?!

mummatara · 30/09/2022 15:43

@LuckyMoonstone Jesus that's ridiculous.....thinking of moving house to a different trust by any chance 🤔😳

FfayeN · 30/09/2022 15:47

@LuckyMoonstone where are you in the country lovely? I self referred to Coventry & Warwickshire and they were amazing. Worth looking at the Tommy's site and seeing if any of their clinics are closer to you and it tells you how to refer on the website. xx

LuckyMoonstone · 30/09/2022 16:09

@FfayeN West Midlands, so not a million miles away from Cov. I’m still going to ask my other GP for a second opinion regarding the long cycles and ovulation issues first. Because I assume you have to pay!

LuckyMoonstone · 30/09/2022 16:12

@mummatara the whole ordeal has just been a nightmare, made worse by the fact I’m dealing with two different issues at the same time, both relating to the thing that is stressing me out the most 😐 I don’t know how much more of this I can take

HalWin2221 · 30/09/2022 16:41

@LuckyMoonstone You are so strong! I’m sorry you’re still having such a shit time!

Ladies, when ttc do you do the legs up trick afterwards?!

FfayeN · 30/09/2022 16:57

@LuckyMoonstone no you don't pay, you get the GP (my GPs receptionist did it for me) to refer you to there, everyone has the right to choose where to get treated, the reason being is that they offer treatment for recurrent miscarriage that your own trust won't offer. I found that my appointment came through with them super quick too! I'll try and find the correct link which shows what to do.
I am back with my own trust now as there wasn't anything more they could offer but they did the full bloods etc. if I wanted to with the next pregnancy they would offer me early scans etc but my trust does that anyway. Happy to explain more once you have the headspace. It really is a rough process without the extra bits that you've been through the last few weeks, you're being incredible and just not getting the appropriate support or treatment which is so frustrating. xx

FfayeN · 30/09/2022 16:57

@HalWin2221 no, I have invested in a fertilily instead 😂

HalWin2221 · 30/09/2022 17:15

FfayeN · 30/09/2022 16:57

@HalWin2221 no, I have invested in a fertilily instead 😂

Would you recommend?!

LuckyMoonstone · 30/09/2022 17:51

@FfayeN thank you so much that’s great ❤️ Will def have a look

LuckyMoonstone · 30/09/2022 17:53

Me and DH are away tomorrow until Sunday for anniversary celebrations thank god, cannot wait to see the back of this town I’ve been driving all over for the past week

FfayeN · 30/09/2022 17:55

@HalWin2221 yeah it seems to be easy to place 'in' for me and saves having to try and walk cross legged for a while after DTD 🤣. I think some of the others may have tried imitation ones and had some difficulty so I'd recommend the official one.
I did struggle the first few times to get it out...but that's better than it not doing its job I guess 🫣.

FfayeN · 30/09/2022 17:56

@LuckyMoonstone sounds like a break away at the perfect time 🤗

HalWin2221 · 30/09/2022 18:02

@FfayeN You’ve inspired me! 😂 also, how have I just learnt that orgasms help you get pregnant?! I feel like in school learning everything for the first time again 😂

FfayeN · 30/09/2022 18:05

@HalWin2221 😂 maybe we need that lesson to be in bold for our DHs 🤣

HalWin2221 · 30/09/2022 18:12

@FfayeN might make a poster and put it next to his side of the bed 😂

RaliaMusca · 30/09/2022 18:57

Ugh, I'm still bleeding, not heavily, and mostly clear red blood. But my test this morning was even darker than the day before (bottom one in pic is today's). I'm approx 14dpo. I know I just have to wait it out but it's so brutal. Two weeks before they'll give me a scan.

MrsCristianoX · 30/09/2022 18:59

Finally a chance to catch up..

@LuckyMoonstone enjoy your weekend away💕

@FfayeN @HalWin2221 orgasms all the way to a baby!!

So working at a pharmacy does indeed have its downside. I think I have a vvvfl on a clearblue early response. I felt unwell earlier so I took the test. Got a super blurry photo so it's not even worth posting. Trying to photo in secret in the poorly lit toilet🙄 I'll test again on Sunday/Monday now. The TWW torture continues 🤯

HalWin2221 · 30/09/2022 19:03

@RaliaMusca im not sure about your journey. Have you had a miscarriage before? If you have I’d ring the EAPU and quote tommies - they might prescribe you progesterone?

@MrsCristianoX eee! I’ll keep everything crossed! Faint line is still a line! 🙌🏾

RaliaMusca · 30/09/2022 19:08

Yes, I had a MC at the end of August. I then had a negative pregnancy test two weeks later. Had clear signs of ovulation shortly after and DTD and here I am. So anxious now because I'm super happy I seem to have gotten pregnant again straight away but the bleeding is obviously concerning. Have talked to epu and my GP and they all say I just have to wait it out. But the uncertainty is killing me

MrsCristianoX · 30/09/2022 19:24

@HalWin2221 thank you!! I've been burnt by clearblue before but I have a little hope now 💕

LuckyMoonstone · 30/09/2022 19:24

HalWin2221 · 30/09/2022 18:12

@FfayeN might make a poster and put it next to his side of the bed 😂

laughing imaging this huge poster in an otherwise normal bedroom 🤣
