@Mariabombia those line are lovely, nothing to worry about. My 10dpo lines were similar to DS on an easy@home and the next day I took a frer just and then I stopped testing. Imagine little naive 26 year old me in 2020 only testing twice 😂

@MrsCristianoX you know some times people say the times they get pregnant they don’t have the usual symptoms they would expect before AF fingers crossed!!

my DS has always been a great sleeper but see from I’ve been pregnant I think he knows and he’s up twice a night now 😭

@Luna57 I dunno I took a one step earlier and it was a total bfn. I think at 9dpo something would show. Anyways next cycle looms 🤞

People who temp, I need help. I started temping this cycle (admittedly quite late into it as we were on holiday so only started on CD13) and I'm concerned I'm doing it wrong or something. I've had all the symptoms of a build up to ovulation but my temperature just seems to be going down and not up. I can't have one thing that comes easily with TTC, my body always has to play up somehow 😂

I take my temperature under my tongue with a digital thermometer at the same time every morning as soon as I wake up.

Does this look right to everyone so far or do you think I've messed up somehow?

Thank you @Luna57 , that's reassuring to know. I did another easy@home this morning and it's about the same maybe slightly darker. I've never used this brand for PT before so I'm wondering if they always show quite strong lines when it's positive ? Hope you're doing well. Have you got a reassurance scan coming up soon?

@TheBirdintheCave so do you think m you’ve already ovulated? I’ve charged a lot and looked at a lot of charts. From those temps I would guess your due to ovulate any days. Because you temp can drop like the day before or the day you ovulate before it rises.
but if you’re taking it same time every morning in same way, it does seem a bit erratic. It can take a day or two to show ovulation but it isn’t showing any sort of pattern yet.

Your temps pre ovulation as well the first ones are quite high. Maybe you just have high body temp but for them to go even higher you’d be getting very hot 😂😂 maybe your just a hot person haha

@TheBirdintheCave ahhh temping is confusing! I don't get the typical temp shifts which is celebrated online 😂 looking at your chart, the dip could suggest you are about to O - that would be my interpretation but I know there are a few more experts on here who may give better advice!

@MrsCristianoX it's still sooo early. You are defo not out yet, even with a bfn! I genuinely believe symptoms mean very little - some cycles I have loads, others nothing. All my pregnancies have been totally different so try not to assume too much at this stage 💕

@TheBirdintheCave my BFP chart for you or if it helps anyone else. I didn’t get a temp dip before ovulation they cycle but sometimes I do.
and as I chatted lots whenever I’m pregnant I get a triphasic chart when you can see my temp goes up like 9dpo ish once I get pregnant as well. But not everyone does. That’s just normal for me and always give me an indication I could of got lucky.

@Indianna2006 I'm jealous of your chart! Mine is so unclear in comparison to that 😂 makes me wonder if I actually do O! What thermometer do you use??

@bunnykins123 just one I bought off Amazon that goes in your mouth under the tongue. Wasn’t expensive or fancy I don’t think. Mines always followed quite a set pattern. Like I’d get clear shifts after ovulation.

@MrsCristianoX sorry to hear you got BFN, like others said it’s still early but I know how you feel as I never have much hope when I get a BFN at 9DPO. I am 8DPO now and trying to hard to not test this weekend and wait until Monday but not sure I will make it 😆 I’m almost convinced 100% it will be BFN anyway as literally no symptoms and feel completely fine.

Oh also I had my first fertility reflexology session yesterday. Has anyone else done this? The lady was so lovely and seemed really knowledgeable. Said everything is matching up with where I should be in my cycle and ovaries are puffy but empty 😆 so looks like I have ovulated ok this cycle. Also said lining is not complete full but still building..not sure if this is normal for week after ovulation 🤔need to look it up. But did say my cortisol levels seem high (stress lol) and need to be lower to have best chance to conceive. Don’t quite no how to lower that as each month of BFN I seem to get more worked up and stressed!

@emhope Yes! I've had it and highly recommend it. I found it soo interesting and really relaxing ( which helps with stress levels). She's been correct in predicting pregnancy for me as well ( we could both feel a sort of tingling when I was pregnant). I was recommended to do a load of breathing exercises to help with relaxation - look on you tube for box breathing. That's a really simple exercise to do.

@Indianna2006 Thanks for sharing your chart, that's really interesting. It does look like mine has gone terribly wrong somehow 😂I guess I'll just keep going and see if a pattern eventually emerges. I'm a bit peeved as I was really hoping it would be able to pinpoint my ovulation. I'm getting fed up of DTD now.

@emhope It really irks me when people say 'oh you just need to destress and then you'll get pregnant' because, intentionally or not, they're putting the blame on the person TTC. I think when the effect of stress on conception is discussed its more along the lines of extreme stress (like a house move or a death in the family). I'm pretty sure basic every day life stresses aren't going to affect fertility as then no one would ever get pregnant.

Well here I am for the fourth time this week 😂 even the nurses are laughing about it now (obviously in a nice way)

@Mariabombia emm no I think they can show faint too as I was using them just before mc bleed and it was very faint. They are sensitive but not as sensitive as frer so that’s a great line you might of implanted quite early.

i remember watching a video of a woman saying if your toddler starts putting their head on the ground and bum in the air do a test and funny enough ds done it with last pregnancy and is now doing it again this pregnancy weird how they know so if any of you have toddlers and they start doing that get testing 😂 I’m quite superstitious though a few weeks ago I kept getting attacked by a butterfly literally wouldn’t leave me alone it went on for days so I googled it and it said someone is trying to tell me that there will be a big change in your life but it’ll be ok. I didn’t think much of it but sure a few days later I tested positive. I like to believe in those wee things although it can go over peoples heads.

yes I have my reassurance scan 9th October so just over a week to wait 😬 they had to measure me as having 2 cycles without having a bleed so said I was 3+6 on Monday but I’m def not that early.

Nothing new to report here other than my child has stopped sleeping apparently it's for losers so I'm running on zero sleep for the last few days 🙄 I'm getting absolutely no inkling that the MC is going to happen not even a hint of a little cramp or anything.

@Indianna2006 not today as I don’t work Fridays but i did miss 5 hours of work on Tuesday for this. Yesterday I had already booked the day off for something else so it’s a good job I had

@mummatara my ds keeps doing it and nearly going into a forward roll he’s only 12 months so he’s keeping me on my toes. Oh there must be something in the air about these children not sleeping these days lol. How old is your dc?

@Luna57 he's 19 months it's been such a shock because he's slept brilliantly for the last couple of months. We get the odd night that's crap but this is the third time this week and I'm about ready to pull my hair out his timing is terrible 😭
