@mummatara thank you, I think you're right hopefully it's just my hormones getting the better of me. TTC and pregnancy after MC totally sucks.

@bunnykins123 yes ubiquinol, I changed my pre conception multivit, r-lipoic acid, vitamin c and vitamin d in addition to what's in the multivit. Changing diet is so hard esp when I have the biggest sweet tooth going but it will be worth it if it works. I read that dairy free can help rebalance hormones so will try that for a bit too

Really pleased to read your update @LuckyMoonstone !! You must feel very relieved nothing is going on. I had a corpus leteum cyst (think that's what they're called) one cycle that caused me loads of pain and I ended having to be scanned to see what was going on!

@MrsCristianoX no not testing today. AF due on Sunday so going to try wait until Thursday as ive only got the easy at home tests in so don't think they're very strong? How're you doing?? Good news about your boobs haha!

@MamaSJ15 Im just taking folic acid at the minute, I was taking seven seas trying for a baby but kept seeing bad reviews so stopped! I was thinking of starting COQ10 and dha??

Ive bought him this for a start today, there’s no horror stories of this one ruining sperm or anything is there?🤣

@ChloeN my DH was taking that and we got pregnant so don’t think it ruined his sperm 😂🙈

Anyone used preseed?? I won’t use it all the time but it got a bit sore on the 7th day of dtd in a row last month🤣🤣 I’m so paranoid what I use in case it somehow effects ttc

@LuckyMoonstone glad you have clarity on the situation after today, it's so traumatic but again...you can now move forwards all. I may have missed it but wasn't your GP follow up soon to discuss your other blood results? That too could explain why this CP has happened and if you get some treatment speed up your hormone regulation too 🤞🏼

Never used anything but...erm....a bit of spit 😂😂😂. However I don't think I have EVER done it 7 days in a row...what a champ! Totally getting why you'd need some extra help 😂

@ChloeN 7 days in a row 😳 you champ! We did 3 days in a row and that was bad enough in the sore dept 😂 these are one of the pre conception multivits for you that the book recommended most of the others on her list you didn't seem to be able to get in the uk.

@ChloeN there's always the fear of starting day 8 and having a long way to go 😆. I'm going to try SMEP again this month, so every other day from CD8, then three days in a row from peak. So 2 down...about 5 to go 😂

@FfayeN yeah docs appointment Thursday morning so I’m glad they’ll have a record of this MC too, although it’s my cycle lengths and late ovulation/short luteal phase that I really want to address first

@LuckyMoonstone thats some lingering hcg, I’ve never heard of a cp lasting so long. My tests had gone nearly negative before I even started bleeding and then stark white after 2 days of bleeding.

@mummatara sorry everything has been confirmed. I know you probably knew in your gut it was over but I’d secretly hoped everything was ok. Hopefully your body starts letting go of everything now. You’re so strong!

@ChloeN sorry its a cp! Def a good sign you’re ovulating again and even better that your body knew the egg wasn’t viable and didn’t implant and grow it. Fingers crossed for next cycle for the stickiest beans.

@MrsCristianoX hopefully the cramping is implantation 🤞🏼 6dpo is still very early for anything. I haven’t any pains in my boobs anywhere whereas with DS my boobs were agony 🤷🏼‍♀️

@Luna57 thats what I was thinking! I was worried my body would try and implant another egg that wouldn’t make it to a healthy baby so it is reassuring to know that hopefully my last mc was just bad luck! Thank you xx

@Luna57 it does seem crazy but everyone I’ve spoke to at the hospital seems to think it’s ‘normal’ 🤷‍♀️
