Ladies can I ask about cramping? I’m 3 weeks post Mc and I ovulated last week. I’ve been getting cramping and pinching feelings on and off for two days. I’m fine in myself (although quite tearful) and this is bringing the pain of the Mc back 🥹

10dpo and I'm pretty sure that 'line' on the ICs a few days ago was an indent, illustrating why you really shouldn't analyse them for hours on end. These are today's - conclusively snowy white I reckon....

@LuckyMoonstone I'm so sorry for how things have turned out. This happened to me 2 cycles ago, following a MMC last year and it's so cruel to get out hopes up only to have it all taken away. Please take care of yourself.

I've just done my first blood test to see what level I'm at annoyingly I'll have to wait until Tuesday to do another and see if it's increased or decreased though because they didn't deliver until yesterday 🙄 not giving me enough time with the weekend and BH to wait 48 hours though I guess the first level will give me an little indication of what might be happening

I need someone to tell me suck it up and stop being so pathetic🤣
I’ve felt so upset today because we didn’t dtd last night as my annoying bf fell asleep and would not wake up😵‍💫 we’ve dtd every day during my fertile window and I think I ovulated on cd15 and yesterday was cd16 so probably after ovulation anyway! I just feel like what if that was my chance to get pregnant this month and now it’s gone🤦🏻‍♀️
Has anyone else felt like this after mc?? I feel like I’m putting so much pressure on myself to get pregnant again straight away!

Yeah, I panic about this too as it's impossible to know exactly when we ovulate x__x

@ChloeN it's so hard our brains are very unhelpful but I think you're probably fine and covered. Can't remember who posted it maybe @Indianna2006 but sperm has to go through some process that takes about 10 hours before it's even ready to fertilise the egg so sometimes doing it past O or on O date might be too late

@mummatara yep it was me. It’s called sperm capacitation. People wrongly believe sperm can swim up the uterus and tubes in like 45 mins after sex and fertilise the egg. Entirely inaccurate. They can’t. They have to hang around in your tubes and ducts and go through a special change to be able to penetrate they egg and it takes hours and hours.
so ideally latest you’d want to be having sex is bang on ovulation when egg is released. As some ppls eggs only survive 12 hours.
day before ovulation on new research is proven to be the highest most likely day!

i missed ovulation day! Still got pregnant.

@mummatara @Indianna2006 thank you both! I got pregnant last time only doing once in the entire week so I don’t know why I’m getting so panicked! I just feel like I want to be pregnant even more than before and don’t want to miss out!😬 I need to calm down!

@ChloeN I'm with you, convincing myself that just missing one of the 'days' is the reason I didn't fall this month. Nothing to do with the fact the 'match' between sperm and egg has to be perfect for jt to be successful. If there was a chill pill, I'd be buying them in bulk! Xxx

@FfayeN I definitely need some of those chill pills 😆 the months I only DTD on some fertile days I’m convinced no BFP because I missed one of the days… last month I covered all fertile days (6 in a row 😳) and I’m now convinced the reason we didn’t catch was because we did it too much…I can’t settle my mind no matter what we do 🤦🏻‍♀️

@mummatara good luck with the results! When do you get them back?

@emhope it's a bit of a minefield isn't it. There is so much conflicting information online too which makes it hard to know exactly what frequency to go with. For me, I've always had more luck with 1 attempt. God knows why - it goes against everything really 😂 I had a consultation with my NHS specialist last week and she said every other day to allow the sperm to regenerate. Personally, I don't think there is any right or wrong way to approach it but given spermies survive about 2/3 days, you have likely covered all bases this cycle so take a deep breath and try to relax 💕

@FfayeN I think that’s the thing, you know the reason why you actually didn’t get pregnant but it feels easier to blame something you didn’t do instead! It’s like we want to make ourselves feel even worse! 😂
