Thank you ladies. It was a private scan she started abdominally but then did an internal. I have rung the EPU they want to wait a week to scan me so I'm booked in for the 20th. I could probably get another private one done but I'm really in two minds and will most likely just wait. I'm still having plenty of pregnancy symptoms but then I did before so prob doesn't mean anything and I'm so sure on dates it doesn't bode well

@mummatara I’m so sorry to read your update, it’s still not conclusive though yet so I hope you feel ok whilst you wait for the 20th. I was put back almost 2 weeks from where I thought I was with DS but to be honest I wasn’t really tracking O properly back then

@mummatara oh I’m so sorry hun it’s inconclusive. That makes it’s the worst. Like @FfayeN don’t want to give people false hope. I think you know in yourself sometimes when the dates don’t add up. And you want to have hope. But be realistic at the same time.
odder things have happened. But my dates were out by 2.5 weeks the same. It’s awful.
think best thing to do is wait the week and go EPU. Don’t get another private one. It won’t be able to tell you much difference in a few days. You need at least a week to be able to see decent growth.

i actually have an early scan next Thursday booked too. And pooping it. I have gone forward and back about whether to go. Because even if it’s okay then. It means nothing. But ultimately I need to know what’s happened to me twice previously. Both different scenarios. Isn’t happening again.
i hate it. The waiting to ttc is awful. Waiting to fall. Waiting for scans. Waiting for what feels like bad news inevitable.

@LuckyMoonstone I can’t on the first one. Perhaps ever so slightly on the second but I’m really squinting and not sure if it’s just cos I know where second lines are. 🤷🏻‍♀️
but also they never photograph as good as in real life. It’s hard to tell.

@Indianna2006 in real life some moments I can see something and then it disappears again, then it’s back 😅 it’s probably just the indent

I can see a vfl on both but could be an indent? How many dpo are you? Hope it’s your bfp! 🤞🤞🤞

I’m only 8dpo and I know full well that last time I was still getting negative cheapies at 12dpo so I don’t know why I’m trying to convince myself 😂I do have some clear blue early detection tests in the house but if I got a negative one of those I’d feel too disheartened so I don’t want to risk it haha

@Indianna2006 @AwayWeGoAgain I'll def just wait it out I don't want to fork out any more money. I really wished I hadn't booked it now I was in two minds when I did it I think I only went for it as it was on offer at £59 🙄

@LuckyMoonstone I don't see anything sorry lovely but if it helps ease your mind slightly my positive didn't show on my IC until 12dpo I got the positive at 8dpo on the frer xx

@mummatara I think that’s the trouble. It’s between wanting to know all is okay at that point which is all it can tell you. Or getting info which makes you anxious and worry more until more confirmation.

either way. For me finding out at 12 weeks was way worse. The earlier I know it isn’t going to be the better for me. But each to their own. Which is why I’m going again. But it doesn’t stop the anxiety anyway after so many losses and different scenarios. Neither do symptoms reassure me at all.

@LuckyMoonstone I think I can see something on that other test. Almost not. But something is there.

@Indianna2006 I know it's so hard isn't it. I suppose I went with the thought that at 8+6 it really should be conclusive whether it's ok or not and now it's that horrible limbo I was trying to avoid 🤦🏼‍♀️ so I'm kicking myself 🙄

@mummatara same here, I was still getting negative at 12dpo last time I was pregnant so I know full well it doesn’t mean anything right now, I’m just impatient! Hope you’re feeling ok, fingers crossed everything works out 🤞

@bunnykins123 I'm also dreading fertile week😭 got a week to gear up to it. Trying to think if I only DTD once when would be lucky. I'm booked for bloods next Wednesday anyway at least

@mummatara you are probably doing the right thing by waiting. Have you got support around you for the next few days whilst you wait? I hope you're doing ok 💕

@MrsCristianoX it's a shame, I actually don't enjoy it anymore. I think it's because it's no longer fun, there is so much pressure now. How often do you dtd in your fertile week? Oh that's good your getting bloods done, do you know what they will include?

@MrsCristianoX so so sorry about AF showing up. I saw u had some super faint lines. I'd definitely log that with the GP, our trust counts a CP if that's what it was as a MC so they may refer u for further tests??

@Indianna2006 sending so much positive vibes for your scan. How far along will you be? I'll be honest. I've bawled at every scan, they are so so hard. But I was of the mindset I'd rather find out early if everything is ok. I'd say I have about a day's reassurance then it's back to..is everything ok, and the worrying. Such a head f**k

@MrsCristianoX I’m glad they will do bloods. Deff worth asking GP about it all. Like you say. Lots of chemicals and early losses.
@bunnykins123 ttc deffo take fun out of dtd. There’s just this weird elephant in the room right. And you feel a pressure to do it a bit for sure certainly after a while.
last time I enjoyed a few weeks when I was pregnant of relaxed sex. Not this time. Felt too rank to even think much about that 🙈🤢
@calimc83 I will be 8 weeks. So similar to where I was last time. But both my mmc could of been identified that early. Which is why I like to go. My first was a blighted ovum. But as it was my first pregnancy. I was naive and didn’t have an early scan. An so at 13 weeks found out there wasn’t even a baby in this empty sac that measured 13 weeks. It was such a headfuck. That one. An id been sick as a pig. Go figure!!
An last time I measured 2 weeks off an then the heart stopped. So yes very anxious. But DD was all straight forward so I CAN do it. Hoping this is maybe the time because other wise I think perhaps we are done if not 🤷🏻‍♀️
how far along are you now? Have you had your dating scan? xx

@bunnykins123 yes I do thankfully ❤️ I'm such a grumpy bitch today luckily DH has gone out which was already arranged so I told him to go and I'm drowning my sorrows with a tub of Ben and jerrys and the new Thor movie

@mummatara you can be as grumpy as you like lovely. Mine hadn't even implanted properly and I have the rage. Maybe I was 2 days pregnant as opposed to your 8 weeks so totally different ❤️ epu seems the best scenario in this situation and I'm praying all will be well 😘

So my AF had carried on for almost 7 days this the first AF but it’s now the end, both me and DH decided to dtd today and every other 2 to 3 days for the whole month.

We also decided that we won’t use the ovulation kit for the first month and just try to enjoy the process as much as we can the first time and then see what happens! I will be honest, I am trying my best to be as positive as I can get and drinking my prenatal vitamins everyday! So fingers crossed!
