Well, I think DP's having a change of heart about TTC. He did mention it while we were away at Christmas but I got so upset that he said we'll carry on. Now he's making excuses like he's too tired to BD
I'm so upset. He's got my hopes up since August. He says it's not a good time When is a good time???

Our DS will be 3 in June and I think even that's too big of an age gap

My problem is my worry about having difficulties TTC. With these mega cycles and zero signs of anything happening.
What if, when he decides he's ready, it takes a couple of years? I've always wanted a big family, I'm only 28 and I know I should be grateful for my DS as some people can't have any children but it's all I think about.

I don't know what to do to convince him apart from mad hysterics. I know he's just going along with it because I'm so desperate.
He doesn't want to get involved with all the TTC business and roles his eyes whenever I bring it up.

Help!!!!!

Sam, so sorry to hear about your uncle, you've def had a bit of a rough time recently.

Fruitloop how frustrating about your DH! I have to pretend to mine that we're just 'seeing what happens' rather than frantically counting days and examining CM. I think perhaps they feel that we should just want to BD with them all the time! I think they probably feel a bit irritated that we want to more at some times of the month and not necessarily because we find them irrestible!

I have achy boobs and AF isn't due for 6 days. But perhaps they are always achy and I just don't really notice normally. Heigh-ho.

fruitloop im sorry to hear you are havin probs with your DH not wantin to TTC
to be honest when we were TTC DD my DH was a bit put off towards the end and said more than once that he thought we should give up. i decided to put TTC on the back burner for a month or two to let things settle down while we moved house and got settled and no sooner did i put it out of my mind that i was up the duff!! maybe he is feeling alot of pressure and TBH alot of the 'romance' and spontanaeity is taken from sex when you start TTC. i dont mention to DH about cycles etc anymore and just come on here to gas about that. i find curiosity gets the better of him and he asks questions now!! i no that was a bit long winded but i hope it helps a bit in some way and you get back on track[smile {{{{hugs}}}}

He's the same about getting married. He proposed last Nov but roles his eyes if I ever mention the wedding (which hopefully will be Aug 2009 so no hurry anyway) . He just doesnt seem to get excited about things like I do. Maybe it's a male thing?

Oh crap, I've just eaten a truck load of orange dark choc and two 'nice' biscuits. Didn't make me feel any better and now I just feel a sugar overload .

oh NOAM sorry to hear of your worries hunny xx i would ring the EPU at your local hospital for some advice if i was you if only to put your mind at ease. they might ask you to go in for a blood test or something like that to rule out anythin untoward iyswim. also dark blood/ brown blood is old blood so not much of a concern for the medical people iyswim. sorry if not much help to you hun but im sure someone will be along with more advice xx {{{hugs}}}}

Crikey! Excellent news colabottle There's obviously something in the water. My RL friend who's pg and a childminder looks after 2 kids and both sets of parents are expecting a baby too. I think I know more pregnant people than not (iykwim). I'm hoping to catch on soon

WOW another one as I typed ! Congrats owl ! two very late BFPs - had either of you you had BFNs prior to BFP I think Emmsy and I will be at the bottom of the list now but we have both had BFNs
