I'm planning to test v. soon - I'm really really nervous. I'm scared of either result I don't want a BFN, but I'm terrified of being preg again

Ah well - I'll take a deep breath and head off to boots for an HPT.

so sorry to hear you're so down beckif. I would be too. i can't pretend to know how you're feeling, I can only imagine how tough it must be, and I wish there was something someone could do to make it all ok for you. I am sure, one way or another, you will get your dream and at least the hideous road you've had to trudge down will make it seem all the sweeter.

oh, and good luck with your house bid hula, the whole buying/selling thing is so stressful. i've only ever heard of sealed bids on location location loaction. hmmm going to go off and dream about Phil for a while. (and when I get bored of him, I might while away a bit of time with that alisatir blokey off house doctor)

Hello. Hope you don't mind a post from a lurker, not often a poster. Been trying ttc since July and have followed this thread frequently. Was getting a bit depressed about it as everyone I know seems to be pg. So I haven't posted before becuse wrtiing it all down would somehow have made it feel too real and painful. But delighted to announce i got a BFP this morning- very faint but my friend assures me that is is still positive. I know I am very luck and would like to add all my best wishes to all of you ttc. I really hope it happens for you too. Am a bit dazed and stunned...worried something might go wrong...but also thrilled.

jeddah, I'm not really sure - not using opks or anything and not quite as in tune with mydy as you lot seem to be. i think I had ewcm on cd 13. my cycle's normally 25 days, & today is day 26. mind you I did have 2 cups of tea & a drink of milk, so was busting for the loo (tmi!) so maybe urine was too diluted! (clinging on to deperate last hopes). will try to hold off till Sunday, which is what I should've done in the 1st place if af hasn't arrived of course.

d'you get your tests footstep?

Juat called the Doctros to see how long I should wait for af to put in an appearance (CD 42 now), as I have heard of people missing periods altogether and if that is happening - when do I start my Clomid.

Told to wait another week and then come in and see my dr again if still nothing.....bugger, was secretly hoping they would say - ok to start taking Clomid now. Wishful thinking but worth a try!

Back to the drawing board....

we have been in our dream house for two years now and it was literally as close as us getting our paper work in 20 mins before the other bidder. i didn't dare let myself think it would be mine until i sat on my sofa watching my telly in what is now our front room.

here's to decorating!!! (just don't try and burn it down after a year like we did!!!)

I'm 13DPO today (LP usually 11-12 days). No sign of AF. (Chart here )

It was a sainsbury's own brand - anyone any experience with these? I got a bfn with a tesco own brand on 12DPO with last preg, and then a very clear bfp with the boots version the following day... hmm.

Footstep sorry about the bfn (or should that be happy?), I have used the Sainsburys's own brand tests as well but as I have only ever got bfn - not sure how good they are with a bfp! I should think they are pretty standard and the result is as accurate as any other at this stage.......maybe test again using another brand if af not arrived in a week?

great news hula- just 2 ww for the next opportunity to celebrate!!

I think I may have ov'd early!!!! wow reflexology does help!! Normally ov on cd 18-20 but yesterday had loads of ewcm . Today cervix seems well high and open so yipeee...managed to do the dirty deed last night and will try again tommorrow (dh doesn't do (can't do) two days in a row- never has!)...but feeling very crampy etc so I would bet that O ov yesterday ro today....o and had a temp rise this am!!

so roll on fiday next week so I can see the reflexologist again to make sure that leutal phase is long enough!!

footstep- soory about the BFN.....there is a slight chance that you've tested too soon.....BUT I'd wait and see what your temps do over the next three days. It is rare to go 16 dpo or more with high temps and not be pg- acc to my book. Your temp maywell come down or at 16 dpo you would get a clear BFP.
