2WW. AF due 7/1

Hey everyone,
Anyone else just starting their 2WW? I’m only on 3dpo tryint to conceive baby no.2 for me but baby no.1 for DP.
First child from my previous relationship. Since having DC1 I’ve had 2 CPs with ex when we were trying and 1 CP with current partner without trying but just getting carried away using no protection. Now that we’re actively trying I’m a bit nervous about it sticking. Only on cycle 1 of trying so feeling hopeful just impatient!

I use a combination of OPK’s and BBT to track and confirm ovulation. A peak OPK should give you around 24-36 hours notice that you’re about to ovulate and measuring your BBT will confirm ovulation. I use Ovusense for BBT and Clearblue digital ovulation tests for OPK’s x

So Amazon order arrived and just did a test. Approx 10/11 dpo today. The line is darker than yesterday so fingers crossed!!

@shiny88 I absolutely swear by SMEP. It involves using OPKs but also dtd to a ‘schedule’. Can be a bit tiring but I have got pregnant first cycle I used it for (what is hopefully) both of mine.

Hi ladies, I've been a bit quiet on here since the other day as I've not wanted to test but I caved this morning at 11 dpo and got a bfn on a Tesco cheapy, feeling like I'm out this month but wanted to check if anyone's used these before? Maybe I need to spend a bit more or wait for AF due date!?

@winolady I’ve not used Tesco tests before but always swear by first response early result tests. They are the best ones for testing before AF is due (in my opinion).

I take it your tested with First response?
I fell pregnant first try with my first child, seem to remember I bought a clear blue digital and did it on my AF due date.. I actually have no idea about testing before hand and chances of getting a bfp etc etc.

I might need to once at in a first response!

I have been on previous threads as got my bfp on 10th dec but had a MC last week..we have been trying for #2 since Aug..took 4 months last time but had 2 MC before..i don't really want to waste time as 35 now..has any1 started trying without waiting for their period post MC? X i found ovulation sticks quite helpful so may try again

So after a serious serious squinter yesterday and lots of photo editing to see a line in a photo I swear I could see in real life - I bit the bullet and did a FR this morning at 5am... 🤦🏽‍♀️

Did a strip just to show a line comparison for myself and see if I could see it a bit better

Morning ladies! Awhh congrats those who have a BFP 🙌🏻 So so happy for you. I’m on 10dpo and caved and did a FRER test today and it’s still BFN. You can maybe see a shadow if you squint really hard enough 🤣 but just going to have to wait. Due AF on Friday so we will see what happens.

@BlueForYou3 thank you, I'm sorry... but I was testing at 9 too .. so 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼 and I just want to get past Saturday now. It's a constant waiting game isn't it?

I am 11/12 dpo today and did another frer. Definitely darker so I’m pretty damn sure I’m pregnant. Let’s hope it sticks!

The more I squint at it the more I see it 🤣 but pretty sure my eyes are playing tricks on me. Just would have thought by 10dpo FRER would have picked up if I was. But who knows

Aww congrats to all with their bfp! So lovely to see 😊🥰 I'm at 10dpo today and done a test early but the pink dye was taking ages so went back to bed lol. Does anyone see this faint line on the bottom one? I definitely have line eyes 😅 prepared for the no's lol I've been staring at it in every light haha

I’ve resisted the urge to test this morning … My temps has gone up slightly which is unusual for CD25 for me. It usually stays the same or is going down at this point.

I don’t want to feel too hopeful though as I’ve been having pre period like cramps since Monday night! Anyone else?

Ps. I forgot to add I’ve also got the typical pre period bloating/gas - has any of you ladies with BFP feels the same or is it different?

Hi all! May I join? I'm due af on Sunday 9th which will only be 10dpo so hoping my luteal phase isn't too short for a bfp. I'm going mad symptom spotting even though I know it's too early. I've had mild af like cramps and backache, bloating, a lot of cm, gassy..

Morning all, we had a squint or you’ll miss it line on 11 dpo which I honestly thought might be my eyes playing tricks on me (DH could also see it, but I’d pointed out where I thought it would be so not a fair check). Agreed we’d retest at 13 dpo and there’s definitely a second line! Although weirdly my CB digital monitor is still showing as negative from the same urine so still not truly believing the FRER is right

@Dreamer30 I see a line on the bottom one, especially in the black and white pic. Pretty sure I have like eyes too though so wouldn’t trust them haha

@pointymcguire am I right in saying the FR are 6mIU and the CB digital is 10mIU? This is maybe why it's not showing yet

@em2210 yeah it's the bottom one I can see it on but I don't trust my eyes 🤣 I'll be testing first thing tomorrow anyway lol

@Mummytobe93 I’ve had cramping for the last few days and a really dull heavy feeling in my lower abdomen, so much so that I actually googled whether you could have period cramping before a BFP.

@Dreamer30 ooh I’m not sure, but you could definitely be on to something. I thought AF was due tomorrow (Christmas has really thrown off my sense of timings) but the monitor says Friday so I’ll retest again then.

@PointyMcguire there's no denying that line! How exciting 😊 I would think the FRER is more sensitive than clearblue so test again in a few days!

@Mummytobe93 typically this month I didn't track anything as I needed a mental break and tried super hard not to get caught up on symptoms BUT I noticed my CM was 'snotty' and egg whitey since ovulation finished and I had read quite a few threads on that leading to a BFP but didn't want to get my hopes up! Otherwise no other symptoms except a very very spotty neck and chin ( not unusual) and taste metal in teas?!

@PointyMcguire how exciting!!! I haven't tried a CB yet, I will on Sunday if I get that far!
