2WW. AF due 7/1

Hey everyone,
Anyone else just starting their 2WW? I’m only on 3dpo tryint to conceive baby no.2 for me but baby no.1 for DP.
First child from my previous relationship. Since having DC1 I’ve had 2 CPs with ex when we were trying and 1 CP with current partner without trying but just getting carried away using no protection. Now that we’re actively trying I’m a bit nervous about it sticking. Only on cycle 1 of trying so feeling hopeful just impatient!

Please tell me I'm not seeing things here...DH sees it too. Only 9dpo so really early but I've been such an absolute cow today my moods have been all over the show, so I thought I'd just test to put me out of my misery that it's just af coming but..there's a faint line? It's clearer in person.

@CSR721 thank you! Gets me out the doghouse with hubby as I've been horrible today 😂 and also I only have a 10 day luteal phase so hope that reassures you with yours!

@CSR721 yeah I was reluctant to spend so much for pretty much the same reason but after a year of trying with little success and with my 35th birthday fast approaching I figured we needed to try and maximise our chances of success. I’m still terrified it won’t stick as it feels like it was too easy this time around, but keeping everything crossed I’m wrong!

Girls can anyone help? I posted separately but have had no reply. The last 3 tests were all done in the same urine (because the first was so faint) and they're all different! They also loop lighter than the tests before :( really worrying. The ones above are one step and the 3 bottom are femometer which arrived today. I wish I'd stuck to the same brand now

@Dreamer30 I'm not an expert by any means but I read somewhere that if the urine sits in a cup or whatever then the hormones start to settle on the bottom which can cause the tests to get lighter.. did you do them one after the other? If so that could be the reason? X

@CSR721 yeah but it only sat for 3 minutes while the first test processed. I wish I hadn't tested now. Af is due tomorrow so I'm still only 13dpo. I didn't want to splash out on expensive tests because all they'll do is give me a line and that's not telling me anything lol. I can only wait and see. Such a nerve wracking time:(

Tested 13dpo and a BFN unfortunately Started spotting too so I’m pretty sure AF is on the way. Fingers crossed for next month!

Girls how do these look for 14dpo? AF was dye today. Looking at pics online I feel they should be darker. Just can't shake the feeling that something is going to go wrong again. The top one is a boots own brand

@CSR721 those cheapies drive me crazy! Lol the boots one is 25miu same as the femometer ones so I don't trust them. I contacted my local EPU yesterday and filled in my form for my booking appointment so hopefully get that booked in tomorrow 😊 i'll also get an early scan due to the risk of another eptopic, so hopefully that's in a few weeks and will settle my worry lol thank you! x

Hi all. Just catching up ... congratulations to everyone with their BFP. I was waiting to see if I did have any progression on my tests after a fainter line on my second test.

So here are my progressions....

I too worried my lines weren't dark enough but when I compared to my last pregnancy and the days PO they looked the same ... I think everyone is different
I'm still not sure there's enough progression and it's hard not to worry after two losses so I'm trying to take each day at a time ....

Anyone still waiting ... not out till you're out as they say.

Hi all just a quick update. After AF being 5 days late, I have been using cheap tests each morning but all BFNs. Then this morning a cheap test magically showed a faint line so I went out to get a proper test & can’t believe this is the result!

Not sure if anyone is still around, but just wanted to pop back so I can acknowledge this somehow. I woke up to blood this morning I did another FRER which says I’m still pregnant (like much lighter than before), but the CB monitor now says not pregnant so I’m pretty sure it’s gone I’m absolutely gutted, it’s weird being sat in work pretending everything is fine when really it’s anything but.

@PointyMcguire I'm so sorry you're going through this. The same happened to me last year so I know your pain. Thoughts are with you❤ right now I should be 4w+5d but have pain in my right ovary so had scans yesterday and bloods taken and have to go back tomorrow. They think I have a pregnancy unknown location again. I feel like I can't stay pregnant :(

Oh @Dreamer30 I’m so sorry you’re going through that. Fingers firmly crossed it’s a false alarm and everything progresses as it should 🤞🏻 I feel so stupid, we’d finally reached 5 weeks and symptoms were in full force so I’d started to think it might actually be happening for us, now I wish I hadn’t got my hopes up.

Thanks @HelloNope. I had so much to do today and instead I’ve spent most of the day crying and feeling sorry for myself. Worst still the doctor wants me to keep testing over the weekend because my FRER this morning was still positive, so I’ll get to watch the line fade to nothing to really drive it home I’m no longer pregnant

@PointyMcguire I'm so sorry, that's awful that you have to do that :( can you just leave it until Sunday to test? X

@lineyeyes I was just saying to DH I may as well wait til Monday and see what it says then than go through the misery of testing over the weekend x

@PointyMcguire definitely I think you should just do that instead of testing and ruining your weekend even further.
Try to do something you enjoy to take your mind off it x
