@MrsRosaline it's so bloody worrying isn't it. You're just holding on and hoping it sticks. I was the exact same. I still am to be honest!! Remember every baby is different so every pregnancy is different too. Some women bleed some don't. Some get sickness, some dont etc Don't stress about the brown stuff and defo no more testing until at least Sunday!!! Keeping everything crossed for you! X

It's awful @hoola23. I'm in a state every time I go to the toilet because I'm a nervous wreck expecting to see a load of blood. How do you get past it I wonder!

newtolineofduty · 28/01/2022 20:49

@MrsRosaline I've had bleeding in both of my pregnancies x I know it's easy for us to say not to worry though and I understand the anxiety and torture that comes with seeing that blood when you wipe! It's so hard keeping up a pretence with the rest of the world that everything is ok too! X

hoola23 · 28/01/2022 21:01

@MrsRosaline it really is. I was exactly the same and only really calmed down about in the last two weeks I'd say! The only thing that helps is time! I would just focus on getting to 4 weeks exactly, then take it week by week. Getting an early scan and seeing a heartbeat also helped me a bit. We have zero control over what happens next and sometimes when you accept that there is nothing you can do to make it stick and if this baby is meant to be, it will hang around. Try not to think negatively, take it day by day x

@newtolineofduty thank you, that's reassuring. I feel like we are programmed to think 'blood=miscarriage'! @hoola23 according to my last period I am 4 weeks today 🤷🏻‍♀️

newtolineofduty · 29/01/2022 10:20

@MrsRosaline how are things looking this morning hun? Xx

MrsRosaline · 29/01/2022 10:28

Things are looking bad @newtolineofduty. I did another FRER and the line is so much weaker than all the other ones. It's going in the wrong direction. I haven't started bleeding yet but assume it will be any day now. Gutted

newtolineofduty · 29/01/2022 10:30

@MrsRosaline I'm so so sorry. That's so heartbreaking and cruel! Thinking of you xx

MrsRosaline · 29/01/2022 11:36

That's alright @newtolineofduty. Will now have to start thinking about if it's worth trying again, and organising some tests. I've been for ultrasounds and blood tests and all looks normal, so I guess it's DH's turn, although he is adamant there can't be anything wrong with him.

newtolineofduty · 29/01/2022 12:24

@MrsRosaline could it be his meds!? Men are so defensive when it comes to their sperm! X

hoola23 · 29/01/2022 13:23

@MrsRosaline oh I'm so sorry to hear this; it really is so heartbreaking. Keep positive though as it is still very early days. Thinking of you x

MrsRosaline · 29/01/2022 13:50

I know @hoola23 but it's never good to have an obvious line at 11DPO and then a ghost of one at 13DPO! I keep going to the toilet expecting to see blood, but nothing much so far. ☹️

hoola23 · 29/01/2022 14:03

@MrsRosaline I totally don't want to give you false hope but did you check with another test? Have you had any period pain at all. This not knowing bit is the worst, x

OP posts:
MrsRosaline · 29/01/2022 14:36

No, I've had the "not pregnant" digital yesterday and the faint FRER today. See the picture, test 3 is today's. @hoola23

@MrsRosaline it's so hard to tell! Were they all first morning urine? I'm going to try and find mine, I took like 4 every day though but they were cheapies and mine didn't always look obviously getting darker

OP posts:
hoola23 · 29/01/2022 15:37

@MrsRosaline it's a bit hard to telll now as they're pretty old! But you can barely see the difference between each day, it's only when you compare 3 days or so that I could tell

Hmm yes I see what you mean @hoola23. They were all FMU. I just would've expected them to progress that's all. I'll try another one tomorrow.

hoola23 · 29/01/2022 16:11

@MrsRosaline keeping everything crossed for you hun x

@hoola23 @newtolineofduty just thought I'd update you. I did a test last night and this morning. They're both very light and I started bleeding this morning too. So it's another miscarriage. I will book DH for a sperm assessment, as clearly something is wrong.

newtolineofduty · 30/01/2022 08:41

@MrsRosaline so sorry. Deffo sounds like it's something his end. I'd deffo recommend looking at the supplements recommended in it starts with the egg too x

MrsRosaline · 30/01/2022 08:59

Yes I've read that @newtolineofduty. I have concerns about a conception multivitamin because pregnacare and seven seas both messed with my cycle. I've found these I might try, what do you think? www.wildnutrition.com/products/food-grown-fertility

newtolineofduty · 30/01/2022 09:02

@MrsRosaline I was thinking things like co-enzyme Q10 etc that specifically support with egg quality x I started ubiquinol and convinced it helped x

MrsRosaline · 30/01/2022 09:07

Which one did you take @newtolineofduty? X

hoola23 · 30/01/2022 11:21

@MrsRosaline oh I'm sorry hun, so unfair. It would be good to get a SA for DH but is your progesterone levels ok? When I was under the consultant she said the NICE guidelines for women who miscarry are for progesterone to be taken to maintain the pregnancy. I had a long chat with her and she said that if women conceive, it is unlikely to be a sperm issue but more an implantation issue when they are such early miscarriages. Sending you a big hug x

OP posts:
MrsRosaline · 30/01/2022 11:36

I had a blood test on CD23, and progesterone was apparently fine. I do have a luteal phase on the shorter side (11days) but we'll see what the SA says @hoola23. 😥
