Forgot who asked (sorry!) but I'm not testing yet as my cycles are usually all over the shop, anything from 20 to 34 days so I dunno whether I'm early, late or coming round full circle on myself again! Also coz we've been trying so long, I leave it a good long while before testing as I don't like to get my hopes up

I know I took myself off the list last month in a black mood of despair (although I have been lurking and keeping an eye on you all , but I was wondering if you might let me back on, as over the weekend......... BFP!

Was only a faint line on Saturday morning - in fact, DH didn't believe me, and kept saying "Well, that's interesting, but I just think we need to wait for confirmation" - Grrr! Anyway, line has grown stronger yesterday and today (and about to go and buy CBDigital to be absolutely sure).

I've missed you all - many congrats to those with BFP, and many comiserations to those without (especially MTW who has been a bit of a cycle buddy over the months). I guess all I can say is that I was beginning to think it would never happen, and here I am, so just keep hoping.

Actually, I wish I could tell you that I relaxed and didn't obsess, but this month I have been worse than ever, and I tried all kinds of new ideas. No clue whether it was any of that, or just random, but I'm not sure I care!

Well, I am on cd 32 which is the longest length cycle I had when I first had my mirena out (since then they have shortened to 28-30 days...)

Still no sign of af, boobs sore, and I am aware of my tummy (if that makes sense?). No cramps as such just sensations..?

So I am going to test on Wednesday (pay day - skint until then) if af doesn't show up....

I am super bored at work, so am aimlessly trawling random MN board. I know now far more than I need to (given my non-pregnant state) about potty training, teenagers and the breast/bottle debate.

In other news, I am finally officially on my first ever 2ww. Pleasingly it's come round quite quickly and I am not too insane. I am fully expecting this to deteriorate when it takes me more than one month to get a bfp! Also, AF is due on new years eve. Is it wrong to all ready be thinking up excuses not to drink just in case? I am currently liking the antibiotics excuse, but am open to suggestions!

I have a question, i posted it in the Symptoms thread so sorry to anyone who has already read it!

If LPs are always the same...how can I get a on my OPK on CD14 one month and AF on CD27 and then get a on CD14 another month and no AF and no sign of AF on CD29?? . Even if the egg hatched a bit later it wouldn't be two days later surely?? I tested today and BFN . Anyone got any idea what that could be about? I got a bit of spotting (and I mean a very small amount) on CD27 accompanied with cramps but no proper AF.

That sounds very like a pregnancy to me Bucky It's still possible...

hopefully I am also planning bd days and trying to avoid overnight visits and visitors which is impossible at this time of year - I reckon we will have parents staying on all of the (potentially) important days this month . Like you am trying to keep this subtle as don't want to scare dp with obsessive behaviour !
And sadly enough have spent a lot of time thinking about how I'll manage to pretend to be drinking alcohol at social gatherings - if I refuse even one single drink it will be obvious and nobody will believe me if I use the old antibiotics line ! I think best plan is to have people over to ours and then only I know what is in my glass ! A bit trickier in the pub though... Anyway, it is all immaterial until BFP .
