Hi everyone! Anyone else around 1dpo? Or even if not, thought we could keep each other company during the TWW! A bit about me: I'm 28, been with my partner for 12 years and it's our first month properly TTC although I've been tracking my cycle for around a year now. My cycle is usually between 29-34 days, 12 day luteal phase normally. We've been fairly loose a couple of times in the last year so I've got to know the obsessive TWW feeling pretty well.. hoping we can all keep each other sane!! 🤣

@CatLady93 I really want to try and hold off until af is supposed to arrive - but not sure if my will power will go that far!!! I’ll do my best.
That’s true about the progesterone. Least my body can make lots of it. I’ve woken this morning with no cramping that I can feel so who knows!! 🤣 xx

So (sorry tmi) my cm is creamy/lotiony today with yellowish tinge to it, it was stretchy ish as well but not at all like ewcm. Stilly got tiny bit of a cramp/twinge right hip side but nothing like it has been for last couple days. Feeling a lot happier and more positive today too.

I cracked and tested at 9DPO, obviously it was negative. I’m going to try not to test again until Tuesday.
I’m symptom spotting like mad (I thought the dog smelt more strongly than usual but my husband pointed out he’d been playing in the sprinklers and was just wet 😂).
How’s everyone else doing?

Hey @mrsS21 😊 I'm doing well thanks! I had this weird cramping yesterday, really took me by surprise! It was like a sharp pain really low down, the sort of thing that makes you breathe funny for a second and sit forward haha. Had some very dull cramps this morning and yesterday morning too, one app thinks I'm 8dpo and the other 6dpo so I'm not sure if it can be implantation pain, also don't think I can handle the hope 🤣🥴

I’m ok thanks, really had a night of hoping to be honest, I was super bloated yesterday, and after the cramps the last few days I really hope it’s a good sign, as I wouldn’t usually start so early with af signs…

Going to try resist until Friday, if no sign of af I’ll test.

Yeah it was definitely a strange one I haven't had before! Nipples are very much on fire but they are most months normally, but they feel a bit more on fire this month perhaps? Who knows! 😩 The cramping and implantation pelvic pain have been the weird ones as it's way too early for AF symptoms and I don't really get cramps anyway unless I'm super heavy and that would be actually on the days I'm bleeding. Hmmmm!

Oh wow.. that does sound really encouraging! I think there's something wonderful about the hope. I know it can make us more upset when AF comes but I think as long as we have in the back of our minds that these things could be something else, it's ok to enjoy the hope. Holding out for Friday is a good plan, I'm going to do the same as I'll either be a day or two late that day or a day early so hopefully ok to test and get a definitive answer 🙏🏼 Have you had any other symptoms? Any nice distracting plans for the weekend?!

Hey I had my coil removed in May so just been seeing how it goes! Our daughter is 3 and didn't think we would want another but just decided a few months ago! No symptoms at all this month though! Xxx

We’ve got a weekend celebration at our church for their anniversary, so it’s been nice to keep my mind off spotting every little thing

I still have that metallic taste in my mouth, since 9dpo and I'm now 12dpo. Had a bad headache yesterday so I tested, was second pee and was negative so I took an Ibuprofen. The test is supposed to be a sensitive one so I figured it would show a positive already? Unless of course I'd implanted late. But then how could I have the metallic taste already. It drives me nuts!

Hey everyone! Hope it’s okay to join this thread! I’m TTC #1 and this is my 2nd month trying, started end of June. (got covid in august so that was a no go haha)!

I’m currently 4/5DPO as my app kept changing my ovulation day which was annoying! First post on here too but wanted to say hey!

Hi, 13dpo here and I’m not testing unless af is late. The past 3 days I’ve have very mind nausea waves and 3 days before that I have cramping and generally felt rubbish - those days were a week before af due. Apparently af due tomorrow/tues or maybe wed so will just wait and see!!
Been getting lower back aches too. When I get this and the mild cramps that’s when the nausea wave comes and goes. I’ll keep you updated.

Hello all I'm currently on 2DPO. Followed the SMEP very lightly and only dtd 3 abs 1 days before actual ovulation date. Wasn't able to actually hit actual ovulation day or the day after.

I also had my 2nd covid jab at the beginning of this cycle too and it threw ovulation back a week than normal.

Last cycle we DTD every fertile day and by the end of it we agreed that whilst it was fun, it was a lot of effort. Aunt Flo was 5 days late and we were convinced we had cracked it, but the day I took a test, it was a BFN and AF turned up an hour later. Not gonna lie I was devastated and it really did a number on my mental health for a good 2 weeks!

We've tried to be more relaxed about it, I accept I can't force the unknown, and I'm trying to be more, it will happen when it happens. Just keep hitting the right dates and try not to put too much expectation on it all each month

I'm not overly hopeful that this time we will have success, but you never know.

I’m on cycle #5 trying for baby #1. Currently 5 DPO. Got everything crossed this month 🤞

Can't wait to see some tests! I'm on cycle day 20, not sure when to test. My last cycle was only 23 days but the two before that were 31. Got some cramping today but have eaten a massive Sunday lunch 🤣 thought I saw a shadow on a test yesterday but was just wishful thinking I think!

@cockneysparra1 me too! It will be so uplifting if someone gets some positive news! It will give us all hope 😊.
Do you normally test early? I haven’t tested early before. I feel like I don’t want to give up hope for the month!

Hey team! Symptom wise for me I've had one and off cramps, feels pretty tired and also a bit gassy 😎🤣 I'm either 9dpo or 7dpo depending on which app I ask haha so we'll see. Going to try and hold out until Friday/Saturday which is when AF is due at the latest. (My luteal phase is a strict 12 days usually).

Hi @andpeggy1! That must have been so hard when AF was that late and then you weren't pregnant 😞 It can be so devastating can't it. Sounds like you've got a really good mindset going forward with not putting as much pressure on yourself as it can get so overwhelming can't it ❤️
