@newtolineofduty it's not symptom spotting when it's that obvious!! I don't want to say it, but I want to say it if you know what I mean!!!🤣
If you think that a negative test would put a dampener on the weekend away I wouldn't, also you could get a squinter of a line and spend the whole time away going what if!! Well I would🤣 whatever you feel comfortable with and as long as you're prepared either way you'll be fine! Eeeeeekkkk xx

@hoola23 I kind of think I'd like to go away with the hope of potentially being pregnant rather than knowing I'm not. I also don't want to test too early as technically I'm not due for another full week!!! The worst outcome would be getting a really faint line like you say! I think I'll just wait until we get back!

We've been trying for 6 years and was diagnosed with pcos in 2015. We've had 2 mc and 1 chemical.
Tested this morning on cd 31 and I can see a faint line but hoping it's not all in my head

Go and enjoy you're weekend away, hopefullly if you're busy you might forget all about the possibility of being pregnant (ha!) 🤣. Hope you have the best time, what are you going to do?

She was so so happy!! Bless her, about a week before I'd spoken to her over the phone and she said she'd pay for all our tests and IVF if we had to go down that route! She is honestly my life support, love her so much! So I also think she was a little relieved that it's happened! We're telling DH mum this eve and then that will be it until 12 weeks or so. X

@MrsRosaline keep the faith hun! I'm rooting for you!!!! Oh! Another Surrey lady! We only recently moved here but we're in wraysbury/Staines side of Surrey. How about you?

@CShandy01 I think that's a great idea! You know all these tests and charting we do doesn't really help right. I mean take them away and DTD from when AF finishes every other day for two weeks and your basically covered. Knackered, but certainly covered! And just enjoy it! See if you can try and do like a romantic eve with DH, even if it's just once. I know it's hard with a little one though. Forget about pregnancy and just be you! And defo relax as much as you can. This is going to be a good month for you I can feel it! Xx

@newtolineofduty omgggggg! You HAVE to watch it NOW!! Hahahah I loved the Oz on that was on earlier this year too! The prev UK ones were a bit weak but this one is great! I do think the psychology team behind it probs need sacking though!

Oh my god all the kids at school were going on about this and comparing it to the Aussie version. It was at that moment that I officially realised I am no longer "down with the kids" 😂

I've taken another test this morning and it's a little darker but the line is a bit further up than yesterday. Although I think they are possibly different makes. Could that be possible? I can't get a good pic either :(

@lol2015 morning! I'm not sure what you mean by "further up" - do you mean the lines are further apart? I don't think it matters as long as there are 2 lines 🙂🙂 are you using the same brand of tests? Xx

@hoola23 I am SO pleased to be back. This week has flown by and I feeling I've got my stride back. This is going to be a positive month....well apart from the whole prolapsed disc 😂 the kids aren't glad to be back, but that makes me happier because I love taking the Micky out of them all...I'm such a positive role model 😂😂 x

Sorry I re read that back after I posted and realised it made no sense

Yes the line is further up the test than yesterday's but I think they are a different brand.

I'll try and add a picture but it's not coming out very well

@lol2015 I'm rubbish at reading these but I can't see anything. Not sure where you are in your cycle but maybe take a FRER to remove any doubts. Good luck

How is everyone doing? I am 8 DPO and very tired (but also never sleep great before my period) ... If AF shows up in a week, I think I will start trying OPKs next month. I'm a little worried I will become a bit obsessive so was wondering how everyone else approaches tracking? My dad is turning 60 next week and I would love to have good news although I know that's really silly 🙈

Hi @plantbasedlondoner I'm currently on CD2 cycle 4 and I'm going to do a very much chilled out month this time. I used to use OPK's (the pink clear blue ones) and became a bit obsessive over symptom spotting. Everyone says it's easier the second time round after having a kid, but I think it's worse as you know what to look out for! Ignorance is definitely bliss on the TTC journey!

So this month we're just going to DTD when we can, husband has said he's up for every other day but most likely 3 days a week. Just going to look at CM as this was a pretty big clue for me last month when I ovulated. I think stress and pressure really can mess up your body. I got pregnant before when I was super duper chilled, so taking that attitude again 🙂🙂

@hoola23 I TOTALLY agree about frank! He is SUCH a narcissist! The woman he's with doesn't seem to see it!!!! He makes my skin crawl! X
