@CShandy01 oh god! This all terrifies me🤣 I'd want all the drugs I could get I think!! My sister just had gas and air both times and I honestly can't believe she did that! She said she didn't have time for anything both labours were done quite quickly!

@hoola23 the gas and air made me vom 😂😂🤣🤣 and so did the codeine they gave me in early labor. Made me feel sea sick. And I have a huge phobia of needles and the fact that I openly asked for an epidural and had one no problem just shows you that you don't really think about what's happening too much. You just go with it.

@CShandy01 yeah I can imagine!! It's so amazing what our bodies go through! I can only relate to the fact that I had kidney stones about 3 years ago. I stumbled into A&E screaming the whole place down like a crazed woman and collapsed on the floor in pain demanding iv morphine 🤣🤣 honestly it was horrific pain

@hoola23 yahhhhh I would say that I'd rather go through labor than kidney stones. My mum is a nurse and she said that anyone who can pass kidney stones deserves a medal 😵‍💫😵‍💫

@CShandy01 that's made me feel a lot better because I can't understand how labour can be worse than kidney stones 🤣🤣🤣

@hoola23 if you're a friends fan it's like when phoebe is having Frank and Alice's triplets and joey is in another room with kidney stones! 😱😱😱😂 x

Morning everyone! How are we all doing today? I think I'm out this cycle. Developed my traditional "new pre AF spots" and my hair has suddenly gone super greasy. Deffo not getting my hopes up. Thursday is still test day for me 🙂

@newtolineofduty massive friends fan!! But joey looked way to calm to have kidney stones 🤣🤣

@CShandy01 nooooooooo! What are you 9/10dpo? Do you get spotting around this time?

@hoola23 11dpo today, should be due Tuesday as my CM got a lot thicker and less stretchy on Wednesday. So I'm assuming I ovulated Tuesday anyway! But I'm giving myself Wednesday as well as a sort of "safety net" so I don't test too early.

See it's weird because I never ever get spotting ever. Just period WHAM! And I never got implantation bleeding with DD, to be honest I didn't even know what it was until I joined Mumsnet 😂😂

Aww @CShandy01 this is why I hate the lead up to AF-the 'am I or aren't i' thoughts that are just impossible to switch off! X

@newtolineofduty I'm quite lucky in a way because it's DD's Christening a week tomorrow, and my family are coming up next week. So in a way I have plenty of distractions ahead of me 😂

@CShandy01 if you don't normally get spotting then could this actually be a good sign?! I always get spotting around 3-4 days before I AF so I usually know I'm out before I'm out!

@hoola23 I never have spotting before AF anyway 😩 literally it's like, I'm due on, have a wipe and BOOM! Pink blood. Or if I'm incredibly unlucky and start when I'm teaching, it's usually got to red then. So it'll literally be a case of checking underwear when I can at work on Tuesday, and keeping myself occupied on my day off on Wednesday so I don't stupidly go off and buy a test 😂😂

@CShandy01 so if you're spotting could this be something?!

@hoola23 @newtolineofduty ah sorry guys, I've just re read my original message and when I said "pre AF spots" I meant the big red mountains you get on your face 😂😂 absolutely zero red or pink or brown signs coming from down below! I was wondering where the spotting thing came from 🤣🤣 see this is what happens when you're up all night with a sick toddler!!

Evening ladies, been quiet last few nights. 3dpo and I've not been speaking to OH since yesterday morning! Some months he's totally with me on this journey and other months he acts like he's not bothered what happens.

@CShandy01 ohhhhh those spots🤣🤣 equally delightful! I've had two come up on my chin too so it's prob the same sign for me! X

@Aims1991 what's up?! Men can be a bit of a mystery sometimes. Do you know what the issue is? Hope you're ok x

@hoola23 yeah I'm ok! He's just a very laid back guy so doesn't understand at times why I track everything. Then some months he's sad when AF arrives.I told my best friend and she was laughing saying I bet this month is your month after giving him a hard time 🤣

Bless @Aims1991 it's really hard when they just don't understand isn't it? I remember when I flipped at DH when he asked why I track, and I just was like WELL DO YOU WANT A SECOND CHILD OR NOT??!! Think I shocked him a little bit with my bluntness, but it needed to be done. Have you been having some TLC? Even just some quiet time to yourself?

@CShandy01 yeah he's been out all day helping his mum move house. So I've had day to myself. And just chilled out. Yeah I feel like a could flip and give him the truth 🤷🏻‍♀️ who knows.

@Aims1991 oh they just don't get it do they! I literally only tell my DH when it's time to DTD although this month he's been looking at the opk strips and asking lots of questions. Don't think he's got a clue what they mean though🤣
