Anyone else ttc #2?

My dd is 11 months old and we have decided that now is the time for number 2! My daughter took 18 months to conceive with a mmc in between, so I'm expecting a long journey. This is my first month and I'm on cd4.

I'm feeling alright thanks, felt a bit ill here and there and had cramping, 12dpo today and still negative tests so will wait till Sunday now I think which is when AF is due. Feeling like I'm out this month but we will see.

So… no AF yet. My boobs have been sore for at least a week (although they don’t feel as bad today), I had that random spotting at the weekend. And today I’ve been a bit sick like 3 times. Not properly throwing up, just sitting minding my own business and suddenly a tiny bit comes up. Negative PT a couple of days ago. I know it’s bad but I don’t want to test until the weekend because me and DH are going out tomorrow night 😂 I know that having a few drinks so early in pregnancy won’t do any harm but if I know I’m pregnant I’ll still feel bad so I want to be unaware 😂 I still don’t feel like I am pregnant but if I’m not then it’s a pretty strange list of symptoms to not be pregnant!

Symptoms sound very pregnant like 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻 when is AF due?

@PartyPotato was AF a no show? Totally get what you mean about the weekend! And tbf.. Like you say it would be such early days that they say it wouldn't matter so early on in regards to a couple of drinks!

AF is finally starting to stop. Honestly this has been the longest AF I've had for ages? Typically after the first cycle? Weird that isn't it lol! Started spotting early on Sunday and still only just ending now! It's doing it just to prove a point I'm sure 🤣 x

@Hope18 nope nothing today! But it wouldn’t be totally unusual for me to be a bit late for no reason, it’s happened before. I’m gonna wait til Sunday (maybe Saturday if I can’t wait).
Another thing I’ve noticed the last couple of days is my appetite is through the roof! I was doing really well on my diet but I’m suddenly so hungry. I had a sandwich this afternoon (after already having my lunch) and about 2 hours later I felt faint with hunger 😂 ridiculous

I've been lurking in the shadows while I wait for my fertile time to come up again CD12 so on the ramp up again usually ovulate CD17 think i'll
use conceive+ this month.

@PartyPotato sounding hopeful! Keeping my fingers crossed for you! One of my first symptoms when i was pregnang with DS along with achey boobs was a bit of a reflux feeling up my throat which I never usually get, sounds similar!

I'm 10DPO and stupidly tested this morning - BFN of course! Going to enjoy the weekend and test again on Tuesday if AF doesn't show up. I've been feeling like I had lots of symptoms - gentle cramps for the last week which I don't usually get until AF actually arrives, emotional, weird sense of smell and I've been having crazy dreams. But then I think all of those things are more symptomatic of the TWW for me haha.

@PartyPotato I'm in denial too as I feel semi Normal now 😂 I even took another pregnancy test yesterday morning haha

I had similar symptoms when I was pregnant with DS to what I’m feeling now but it was a few weeks into the pregnancy, definitely not this early. I hope it’s not all in my head.

@PartyPotato thanks, don't know what's wrong with me haha, no self control! With my first I had a BFN 11DPO and then BFP on 12DPO so I know i should be waiting until at least 12 for my own sanity really.

I think WFH isn't helping so looking forward to being out all weekend and not thinking about it.

Really hopeful for you! Are you still feeling nauseous? That's got to be a good sign surely!

@Goodgoodthings mad how it can change in a day, I mean obviously there is a point where the hormones start being detectable but when you get a BFN it seems to final you don’t think in a few hours it could be a BFP!

Yeah I feel queasy this morning. And very burpy, which I had in my first pregnancy. But it just seems too early to be having real pregnancy symptoms considering I had a BFN 3 or 4 days ago (can’t remember which day I tested!)

Hi guys, hope you don’t mind me jumping on here!! Our dd is 5 now and df has wanted another baby since she was around 2. I’ve always said I couldn’t do it again, I was on fluoxetine afterwards for pnd and felt like I couldn’t ever manage two kids. Anyway fast forward 3 years, off the tablets and it was like a cloud lifted stopped the mini pill in May, 8 weeks til af appeared (July) and I’ve just had a bfp today 11dpo fingers crossed for everyone ttc and on the dreaded tww!!

@Hope18 I'm also approaching ovulation week, but am unhelpfully away tomorrow night without DH. Although I will be at a spa with a friend so I'm not too unhappy about it! Also, it's as though DD knows when ovulation week is as she makes sure to sleep really badly then....!

@Hope18 ah fingers crossed this cycle is the one for you ✨ I'm okay thanks just going to try to put it to the back of my mind for a few days and enjoy the weekend with my little one. Have been feeling some cramps so think AF could be coming up.

Hi thanks for asking! No AF today, felt sick this morning and early afternoon. Quite burpy again. Mild cramps. I MIGHT test tomorrow but I’m a bit scared 😂 more scared for if it’s negative and I’m like, wtf have all these symptoms been if I’m not even pregnant?
