Hi Ladies

Thought I would create a channel for July / August TTC for those who didn't receive their BFP's this time around

I'm on CD2 now after sadly AF arriving. TTC no1 at 32 and this will be Cycle 4

I'm currently isolating with Covid after having 1 jab (which really messed with cycle 2 and 3) expecting DH to test positive v soon!

So sorry if I miss anyone or if you haven't got your AF yet or had a BFP ! But wanted to capture a few people as I've found these channels super helpful!

5 dpo. Symptom spotting👀 want to test but stupidly early. Oh I hate the tww 😩

Officially in the tww, fingers crossed it's better news than the cp last month! This is our second month trying, hope this time around is quicker than the 2 years my previous dc took

I'm so fed up today.

My partner tested positive for covid on Sunday and we've been isolating since then. He's in a foul mood and doesn't want to do anything I suggest

I have OCD and it's playing up cos I'm not busy and I've started a task and I can't finish it.

We're sleeping in separate rooms as so far I've tested negative but it's really getting me down.

Due to ovulate next Saturday when we're at a wedding and we won't be able to be close to each other until Wednesday or Thursday next week so I feel that I'm out already.

The weather doesn't help either as at least if it were sunny we could be out in the garden!

Sorry for the rant ladies I'm just feeling a bit rubbish xxx

There’s still a chance though if you can BD before or on Saturday! 🤞🏻

Hopefully you will find something to keep yourself occupied with, isolation is no fun - makes your mind do silly things! X

Feels massively too early, but my nausea is getting worse and my boobs are still horrendously sore so I caved and tested. Currently cd20, periods do their own thing so cycles anywhere from 23-65 days long. Was fairly sure I'd ovulated on the 1st due to EWCM so unless I've ovulated twice this month or guessed wrong, I should only be 6dpo.

Not counting my chickens as yet, but it's at least given me confidence in the idea that I might not just be losing the plot! Line is very definitely blue in person!

@Capricorn8990 hopefully you’ll still have a chance, if you can do Friday/Saturday? I hope you find things to occupy yourself in the meantime. Maybe leave him be for a while and just do something you enjoy? I always find a daytime bath feels very indulgent!

Thanks @Itsjustme20! Everything crossed it's right. Going hang on and grab a first response on Monday I think. I've always had better lines on an afternoon and know I'll cave if I buy them any sooner!

@Capricorn8990 hopefully you will be able to be before Saturday. Have you got other things you can do to distract yourself?

@Anotherboy I’m just in the tww now to. My luteal phase is short though so it is more like 11/12 days. I’ve started vitamin c this month so I’m hoping it might be longer even if I don’t get my BFP, a longer luteal phase would be nice.

Hello, anyone else starting their TWW?
Ovulation due today. I know this is gonna be a hard tww for me. We are on cycle 9 of ttc. I am feeling hopeful for this month but also aware that that makes me more at risk of having my hopes dashed if it’s yet another bfn 😭

Being on this baby making train is very exhausting and emotionally draining and I would love the support from other ladies that might have some great tips. My husband and I have been been trying for 3 years and we still have hope. Trying to remain stress free is hard when wanting to be a mom so bad but keep seeing negative results over and over.

I think I was able to time my ovulation window this month just right. I hope.

First post for me. 32yrs old, TTC (first) and on third cycle. Sorry if this has been answered or is somewhere obvious but what does CD mean? (E.g. CD12)

I am type one diabetic with complications so this will be a high risk pregnancy (if I get pregnant at all) so super super nervous about it all.

Oh and in TWW currently, 9 dpo but trying to hold off from testing too early!

@Persephone89 CD is cycle day. So first day of period is CD1 😊
I'm around the same point in my cycle as you, I'm 8dpo on 2nd cycle (for DC2) and my period is predicted by my apps as starting any time between Wednesday and sunday. Trying to convince myself to wait until at least Wednesday but I suspect it might be Monday...

Yes I don't blame you! I tested 4 days before period was due, then 2 days before, then day of last time and was so upset at every negative, which is why I'm trying to hold off this month 🙈

Just so broody, keep seeing that Dove advert - only has 3 short clips with a baby and they make my heart ache 😂

@Persephone89 Welcome ! It means Cycle Day . Don’t worry too much about the pregnancy , they will take good care of you . It took me 9 cycles to conceive my first at 30. If I could give you advice would be get to know your cycle I.e when you ovulate but then once you figure it out and you feel like your regular ditch the ovulation tests. I know I ovulate around CD-19 so I will DTD (have sex - do the dance) CD 16 , CD18, CD19 + CD20 (ideally). I have two kids and both pregnancies that cycle I had negative ovulation tests and seemed to have ovulated on day old sperm. Hang on in there !

@Persephone89 Just realised @Nervousdave had answered the CD question . Oh and one more tip from me try acupuncture . I’m TTC no . 3 on cycle 2 now . I’m CD 6/7 now . I’ve booked in for fertility acupuncture next cycle I found it great for TTC my first .

@Lealu myself and @Tjsmjs are in the tww now! O was yesterday for me according to my app! After 2 years ttc my last, the month that stuck was the month I took double the seven seas trying for a baby vitamins, so doing that again! We had nothing for 19 months, then a cp, then a hycosy. The month after that I had another cp, then two months later one that stuck! So hard to know what makes the difference, or if it's all just chance

Cd 39 had a bfn 2 days ago. Got odd symptoms but expecting af to be here anyday now just makes sense lol x
