The July 2021 bus has arrived 1 day and 1 night early but you don't need a FRER to detect it! Just hop on. Grin

Let's hope for lots of positive vibes & lines and if the lines stay away, you'll at least find 24/7 shoulders to cry on! Glitterball Brew

No tickets required, just bring some pee in a cup and you're in! Wink

Hope I've tagged all the passengers but if you're not tagged - hop on anyway!

@Gummybear17
I just looked back at your pic and wow, that is such a dark line. Woohoo and massive congratulations 🎊🥳🎊🥳.
Since your name is gummybear - are gummy bears a secret fertility food? 😉 if yes I’m on board as I love them!!

Nai86 · 07/07/2021 11:29

@Gummybear17 what a line!! Congratulations on your BFP! 🤗

Countingchicks · 07/07/2021 12:13

@SATCfan it's called fertilily, it's the brand name

Nai86 · 07/07/2021 12:22

Can anyone offer any advice.... my CB digital is flashing a smiley face meaning I'm at high fertility however, my LH strips are detecting a low amount of LH hormone I'm a bit confused. Any help is much appreciated x

Nai86 · 07/07/2021 12:24

To add to that ... how long do people leave their LH strip in their urine sample for? I dip mine in until I see the red dye and then I take it out... am I doing it wrong? 🤔

ShortnIcy · 07/07/2021 12:27

Can I join the bus? I'm TTC'ing as well for my first child. I had a miscarriage 3 months ago and am really struggling with staying positive and hopeful and not feeling jealous of literally anyone and everyone who is pregnant/has children. My husband just admitted to me last night that he does have moments of depression about the MC. (He told me last week he was "over it" but I guess he really wasn't?) When he told me he was "over it" i was left feeling ridiculous for not being over it.

I started my progesterone last night to hopefully help with implantation/keep baby if I do get pregnant. I'll be on vacation next week so I won't be taking any pregnancy tests because I will be in a house with family and don't want to answer any questions. It's going to be a struggle because my nephew and his wife are expecting a baby one week after when I would have been due. Praying for a BFP that sticks!

ShortnIcy · 07/07/2021 12:28

@Nai86 mine tells me to leave it in for 3 seconds and then wait 5 minutes. I think it depends on the brand?

Nai86 · 07/07/2021 12:35

@ShortnIcy I've got 3 types lol! The CB digitals, the pre mom ones (which I'm confused about) and the boots plastic stick holder ones 😂

Gummybear17 · 07/07/2021 13:03

@SATCfan unfortunately not . It was from an early scan 10 years ago and my little one looked like a gummy bear !! Xx
Thanks all test today was similar to last by it I guess it's only 12 hours later x

Countingchicks · 07/07/2021 13:06

@Nai86 I believe flashing smiley is high oestrogen, when it becomes a static smiley it should be high LH and will then match your strips :-)

Capricorn8990 · 07/07/2021 13:15

@Gummybear17 strong lines!! How're you feeling? Xx

Jj2393 · 07/07/2021 13:24

I would also like to join the bus after following for a while! You all seem so supportive and lovely!

@ShortnIcy I'm so sorry for your loss and totally get the jealousy. I am in a similar situation, ttc #1 after a missed miscarriage was picked up at our 12 week scan in April (baby measured 9+3). I opted for medical management (tablets/pessaries) but we found out a few weeks later it hadn't worked, so I had an MVA at the beginning of May when I should have been 16.5 weeks. Miscarriage is so awful and I'm so sorry for all of you who have been through them.

I became a bit obsessed with becoming pregnant again after and am already exhausted, so have decided to try to relax this month... However I did buy a Ferti-Lily (as mentioned by @SATCfan and @Countingchicks!) which I tried for the first time last night. Intrigued to see if it helps as the reviews are great!

I've also been loving getting to know more about the female body and menstrual cycle - has anyone else read Period Power by Maisie Hill? I can't believe how little we were taught about our bodies at school!!

Countingchicks · 07/07/2021 13:31

@Jj2393 that sounds awful, sorry you had to go through that. Taking charge of your fertility is a brilliant book recommended by natural family planning groups. Very informative in teaching you to read your body's signs etc. I've borrowed one from our local library. Definitely eye opening what we weren't taught!

Willow1982 · 07/07/2021 14:35

Yay @Gummybear17 now that’s a line!! I think a congratulations are in order xx🎉

mallowmoon93 · 07/07/2021 15:52

@dunkedbiscuit caved and did a test BFN 😫

I had the depo up until last year and didn't get it again in December. I know it can take up to 2 years to go back to normal but id been regular for 3 months so was getting excited! now I'm 3 days late so guess I'm not regular just yet 😡 x

dunkedbiscuit · 07/07/2021 15:56

Oh no @mallowmoon93 I'm so sorry, I was really hoping for good news for you 😞

mallowmoon93 · 07/07/2021 15:58

@dunkedbiscuit aw thanks :)

It's only our first month of properly TTC, before we were not preventing and kind of trying but not really. This was the first month we timed etc x

Sam8582 · 07/07/2021 17:12

Fantastic line @Gummybear17 💕 So happy for you :) X

amyannx · 07/07/2021 17:53

@Confused678866 hey! Had my scan all is well, they put me four days ahead so due 11th of January xx

Confused678866 · 07/07/2021 18:02

@amyannx Ahh fab news! You're one day ahead of me! Mine altered by about 3/4 days from what I initially thought.
I bet you're feeling more relieved now aren't you? Xx

AlmostLondoner · 07/07/2021 18:05

So I had my accupuncture today. The doctor almost broke my neck 😳😅 but hopefully it will help me 🤞🤞

H8theW8 · 07/07/2021 19:46

@Anonymouss864 Thank you ❤️ this mornings test is even darker so all going well so far 👍🏼

I tested at 6dpo too 🙈 knew it would be negative but I couldn't help myself! I ovulated CD25 this cycle so don't worry about late ovulation, your LP will always be the same length regardless of when you O.

Best of luck 🤞🏼 x

amyannx · 07/07/2021 19:56

@Confused678866 yeah I am now, feel a lot more relaxed xx

WantStickyBean · 07/07/2021 19:57

@AlmostLondoner nearly broke your neck?! What were they doing? My acupuncture involved some tiny needles in abdomen and lower legs/feet, nowhere near my neck. Now wondering if it should have been!

StayHopeful · 07/07/2021 20:13
@StayHopeful - it's definitely possible, I had terrible AF cramps right before the BFP with my DD. Fingers crossed it's the same for you.
Thanks so much for replying, fingers crossed 🤞🏼 x
