I’m thinking of you @Gummybear17, I really hope it was just an early bleed with no significance. Are you going to the EPAU in 6/40 then?

I’m so anxious too, just feel like it’s so hard to be optimistic! The first weeks feel so fragile.

@Meg9717 I had a private scan at 8+4 this time round. Just for reassurance for myself, although it was early it did help me relax a tad seeing there was a heartbeat. Sonagrapher said I measured 7+5 as with a longer cycle it's not unusual to measure up to a week behind. So I'm now 10+3 by LMP or 9+4 by that scan. Best of luck ☺️

Thanks @fiep I am going to wait an see what happens over the next few days AMA if I'm getting no further bleeding i will contact my midwife and see if I can be referred to EPAU for reassurance scan. It really is a horrible wait .

Onto 6 months of TTC, still on AF at the moment but here goes the next cycle! Getting more and more despondent. My husband "it will happen when it happens"... real helpful 😂

5dpo and used an LH strip to appease the POAS desire and confirm it definitely did drop right back down after the peak. Had my strongest ever peak this cycle since coming off the mini pill in January

Here goes Julys cycle! 🤞🏼 Month 2 of TTC and hoping it’ll be the month but who knows! Cycle day 5 now!

@YummyMummyXoX Usually 31 days is the average (had a couple of 33 days so it bumped up!) I used the OPKs last month and will again this month too. Thanks hun! I’m so happy to find someone on the same cycle - we can survive the TWW together 😂 Not at all - just so so excited for it! Do you? Xx

@Itsjustme20 my cycle last month was 38 days! Thought I was probably pregnant not gonna lie as my cycles have been 32 and 34 days had a 40 dayer few months ago. You'll find out quicker than me in the TWW boo! Lol .... would really really like a girl as I have a lovely boy x

@YummyMummyXoX Oh wow! I can totally imagine why you thought you were! I used to be 28 days but the last few months they’ve been between 31-33 so who knows now 😂 Oh how lovely! I always wanted a girl first but my friends had a little boy recently and it’s changed my opinion to not being fussed 😂 x

That’s good to know. I just want to know that there actually is something growing in there and praying for a heartbeat. I’ve booked for July 23rd. My cycles are 24/25 days. Going by LMP I’d be 7 weeks but going by my calculations and ovulation I think I should be 7+4. Hopefully there won’t be too much difference with dates but as long as it’s not far off and everything looks as it should for around 7 weeks, I’ll be able to relax slightly x

@Itsjustme20 I know I am because with my son i was pregnant on the 2nd cycle, so I'm just like I can't be lucky twice! You will be fine we'll try and pass the time with these ladies

How old are you if you don't mind me asking?

To all the ladies who are uncertain with dates and not being given much reassurance

As I mentioned I have long cycles and didn't understand the degree of how this can delay the dates, I had lots of negative tests up to two weeks after my missed period still I had a negative blood test, the repeat blood test came back inconclusive. So i was referred to the hospital for a scan of which they told me it didn't look like a pregnancy they would expect to see with the dates of my LMP. They said I should prepare to miscarry at this point and rebooked for 10 days later I think it was. When I went back I saw my baby! So my point is they aren't always right and anything can happen even when you think only the worst is possible. I hope this might gives someone some positivity. Sending everybody love x

I conceived DS second cycle and this is cycle 2 as well so it can happen! Keeping everything crossed for you 🤞🏼 I'll be 37 this year and have PCOS so if it can happen for me, it can happen for you x
