Hi ladies

I'm 23 and my partner (27) and I are TTC baby #1!

It was our first month trying this month and AF is due 2nd/3rd of March, so far just BFN! My cycle is roughly 26/27 days! But didn't expect to get pregnant first cycle so I'm feeling ok 👌🏼

Anyone else TTC baby no 1 with a similar cycle? 🥰 xx

@Hannah1608 we have another thread called Long Cycle Girls TTC, when I first joined here I felt like I was broken with my long cycles until I met those ladies, been a few bfps on there too :) x

@xoJellyBean I notice the changes since I ttc... I am going to the go this week once period finish
When I was younger my periods where bad but the doc had put me on contraceptive which helped tremendously but once I came off the pin gradually started back

I'm still in tww purgatory. It feels like 11dpo but then it looked like I actually ovulated late (which I noticed on day 4), so I'm actually only about 6-7dpo. So annoying! And late ovulation = poor timing for the BDing we did, so I'm also less hopeful now. Boooooooo! 😩

Heyy @taytay2020 hopefully you did ovulate when you thought 🤞🏻🤞🏻 the stress this brings is just unfair lol are you doing to test??

Af just arrived for me, lovely start to the month 😢 I've just been told about an accidental pregnancy in my family as well and that's breaking my heart! On to another month 🤞🏻

@xojellybean oh I'm sorry to hear that, it's such a kick in the teeth isn't it?!

Realistically even if I do implant this month, I know that won't be happening till this weekend at the earliest, so any symptoms I've noticed so far don't count! I know I'll be symptom-spotting like crazy this coming week though. 🤞 Then maybe test on Friday if AF hasn't arrived by then.

Hey - I’m new here, hope you don’t mind me joining this thread.

I’m on my 7th cycle TTC #1 and currently 3DPO. Been using OPKs since we started TTC and ovulation tends to be around CD15/16 with a cycle of 26/27 days. Never realised how hard it would be TTC, can’t help but feel like we’re doing something wrong or it’s just not meant to be…. Anyone else on cycle 7 or more? X

Hi @lebe14 I'm reaching the end of cycle 3 and I totally agree that ttc is much harder than I expected it to be! Literally and also emotionally. It's so hard to get the timing right, and then you also need a lot of good luck too. I hope this cycle works out for you 🤞

@laura2093 I have no idea, sorry! I think most people on this thread are pretty new to ttc so haven't gone down that road yet.

Currently on cycle 2 post mc, but 8 months since we first started trying which just feels like forever, so i understand. I never even imagined ttc would be so hard and emotionally draining. Baby dust to you ✨

I’m so so sorry to hear about your mmc, must have been really tough. I came off the pill in October, so very similar timing! I didn’t have periods when I was taking the pill as I was on cerazette, but my cycles went back to normal straight away, so just don’t understand. But it’s a mystery and just got to try and stay positive. Just so hard when friends are all getting pregnant and saying how easily and quickly it happened for them. Sending baby dust to you too xx

I saw friends at the weekend, 1 pregnant, 1 with newborn, 1 with a 2yo. One friend commented that if she has a second she might actually have to TTC for that one!!

Honestly felt like a punch in the stomach. Life is so unfair.

CD31 here, and expecting AF in the next couple of days. I haven't totally given up hope on a bfp this month but I've not had any symptoms at all! (I tried to will some into existence but nope nada nothing lol). I'll test on Saturday morning, unless AF arrives first.

How's everyone else doing? What CD are you on?

Hey @xoJellyBean! I am on my first cycle of trying.. I’m 11 dpo today and I swear I can see a tiny pink line on one of my cheap Amazon tests!! I’m gonna try again tomorrow morning. ( tried an early clear blue but nothing yet!) af due Monday! what about you?

Hi @littleemmalou! I'm cd5 of cycle 4. Will be using opks from next week and maaaayyyybe trying SMEP this month. If AF is due on Monday you may get a clearer line soon - I've got my fingers crossed for you!

Heyy - hoping to join here! I'm fairly regular 27 day cycle, TTC #1 ... learning all the lingo as I go along as this is my first month trying. I'm 32 and have only just started ovulation testing, app thinks today should be the day but my levels seem to be teetering off so wondering if I ovulate early.... I guess I'll find out next month?
