Hi ladies

I'm 23 and my partner (27) and I are TTC baby #1!

It was our first month trying this month and AF is due 2nd/3rd of March, so far just BFN! My cycle is roughly 26/27 days! But didn't expect to get pregnant first cycle so I'm feeling ok 👌🏼

Anyone else TTC baby no 1 with a similar cycle? 🥰 xx

After casually remarking a few days ago that I might actually have a regular cycle, it's all gone tits up! My CB opk is on day 5 of flashing smiley but I was expecting it to go static yesterday! I wonder if it just missed my peak - I had EWCM on Sunday so I think it's possible I actually ovulated yesterday. Weirdly, the CB instructions say to test with fmu, but I thought opks should be done later in the day. Last cycle I tested in the afternoon, this cycle I tested with fmu. Maybe that made a difference?

I'm also using one step opks and am increasingly convinced they're absolutely useless cos I haven't had a hint of a positive yet (last month or this month)! I'm gonna test a few times a day for the next two days, and keep BDing, then call it quits for this month and hope for the best 😀

I used pre seed this cycle - it might have been coincidence but that’s what I did differently this cycle, I don’t really get any EWCM, also only DTD before OD not on or after.

Sorry to jump in here and massive congrats @Kty09!! 🥳 can I just ask what kind of symptoms you’ve had up until now and when they started? I’m horrendous for symptom spotting and I’m only 3dpo 😫

@xoJellyBean thank you! My jaw literally hit the floor when I saw the line at first!! I had my implant out in jan so I think this is the 3rd since then.

@extrababydust123 aw thank you! I had the longestttt TWW ever! 😩 If I wasn’t looking out for things I deffo wouldn’t know, I don’t feel much different at all. The only change for me was - boobs hurt running downstairs lol, they feel bigger and a bit tender round the sides, I also usually get extremely painfully bloated with cramps in the run up to AF and I haven’t had that or any AF symptoms to seem like I was coming on.

Hey guys, I hope you don't mind me joining... I've been reading through this thread and have learned so much from you all already! :)

I'm TTC for baby number 1 and this is our first cycle too - I'm CD12 and on day 3 of flashing smiley on the CB opk. Got EWCM today so I think my peak is probably imminent. Was a bit worried as OH has been poorly with a migraine the last two days so wasn't up for dtd but fortunately the flashing smiley has persisted so hoping we've still got time before the peak :)

I'm really excited to see that some of you have had some good news too, congratulations @Kty09 !! :D

I was seen by my GP today and I'm booked in for day 21 bloods so it'll be interesting to see what the results are 🙈

@taytay2020 I have my fingers crossed! How's this cycle going for you? From reading above it sounds like you're having a bit of a confusing month!

@sarie24 Thanks yeah I'm pretty sure my CB tests just missed my peak this month. Bit weird, but I'm choosing to believe the problem was with the tests not my body! So I'm feeling pretty good about this month, as we got plenty of BDing in between Fri and Tues (and from EWCM I reckon I ovulated on Monday). Fingers crossed!

@genevive123 I've been thinking about you too - hope you're not too disappointed that this month didn't work out, and looking ahead to next cycle?
