Hi ladies anyone want to join me in a thread to chat about ttc this month? I’m currently on CD2.
A bit about me.

I’m 28 and TTC baby number 1. We’ve been trying for a year and a half now, I had 4 recurrent miscarriages in 2020 so hoping the next will stick. I’ve been given new medication to try next time.

@Sallyjo27 post a pic of the tests! Yes, we're up to date, loving it! We weren't so sure at first but it's definitely got better. When Agatha was stood there with her rabbit I froze 😂

@CycloGoose you can do it! Just a quickie 😂 if you'll regret it if you don't then definitely try. I'm trying to mentally prepare myself that it's going to be tough!

This is the FRER from yesterday. Bfn this morning I’ve worked my dates out a bit wrong 😂 I’m only 7dpo so it would be way to early to tell anyway I think.

@lucea87 I didn’t see that coming at all! It’s sooo good. Did you watch the post credits scene??? There was a white vision!!!

I thought about doing SMEP but it looks exhausting! Both times I've got pregnant we've DTD the day I got a static on clear blue or a peak on OPKs, the day after and the day after. All other months were different because I was away with work, but the two months I got BFP's were the 3 in a row 🤗

@Sallyjo27 I don't know if it's just me but I can see something on that. A very faint line? Sorry if that's weird.

@els10 @lucea87 😭 I don't think I have got any chance today. We're done in. My temperature has already risen so I'm pretty sure I have already ovulated and my app says only 6.5% chance today but 33% yesterday and 27% day before which are the days we DTD. I think it's TWW for us. Though could only be 10 days if last month is anything to go by!

Oh @Sallyjo27 just realised that was the one from yesterday not today. Still heaps of time! All these FRERs must be costing you a fortune!

How are things with you today @minthumbugs ?

@CycloGoose I could too. The one I did this morning was the same I think it’s an indent Or evap line though 😩. I bulk buy them off Amazon 😂😂

If this morning was the same, maybe you ovulated earlier than you thought @Sallyjo27 ?

Hey @CycloGoose, still bleeding here! CD14. I have long cycles so usually would expect to ovulate around day 18ish but OPKs barely showing a line at all so think this month is a weird non starter tbh. How are you going, what CD are you on now? X

I know! I'm so excited for how it's going to end but at the same time don't want it to end.

Argh how frustrating with the test, perhaps just too early to show up.

I need to get better with temping, I keep forgetting. Need to be consistent!

this is the clearblue early detect I did this afternoon. I held my wee and didn’t drink much. The line was very very thin and blue. Although I did take it apart the line was there before. I’m not sure if it’s a dye run though. I hate this limbo of the TWW 😩

So another update from the peeing on a stick addict....
I had this reading a while ago that I bought on Etsy “First we look at a month that will be significant in your fertility journey and for this I have got April. I only look 12 months ahead so this would be April this year. ..... Snow is somehow going to be significant around this pregnancy.” This is just a snip it of the reading as it’s quite long. Well last night was a full moon and it was the snow moon... and I’ve just had my bfp! I can’t believe it! Also April will be my 12 week scan- hopefully I’ll make it to that this time. I’ve got to ring my clinic tomorrow morning for my medication so hope it will work, 5th time lucky!! Xxx

Ohhh @Sallyjo27 amazing!!! So happy for you. Which test did you use?! Do you know what medication you'll be given this time? I hope this is a lovely long pregnancy for you ❤️

@els10 thank you, yes clexane injections, prednisolone, cyclogest and aspirin. I’ll be like a walking pharmacy lol but hopefully it will all work
I used a cheapie as I didn’t want to use another clearblue or frer but I’ve got more of each coming in the morning from Amazon lol xx

@Sallyjo27 you're a girl after my own heart with all those tests! Amazing to get a BFP on a cheapie too. I've (tentatively) joined a November due date Facebook group of women on here if you want to join, I'll send the link if you want to and when you're ready. I feel like I'm missing out on the first few weeks by denying I'm pregnant because I'm scared, so I'm embracing it!x

Ohhhh @Sallyjo27 happy tears here! I knew it was a BFP! It's going to bloody well behave itself and be a sticky bean this time, too! I'm so so happy for you that you've got all the meds to support you to be the momma you're supposed to be. This is really wonderful news and I really hope we get updates. Really hopeful for you XXX

@els10 have either of you tried Peanut - you can link up with people in your area at a similar stage which is nice.

Not sure I've done the best thing for myself today by demolishing the ensuite but it sure felt rewarding! Hahaha

So slightly freaking out after reading an article the other day about caffeine. When I was last pregnant I cut down my caffeine as the guidance says and stuck to under 200mg but since the MC, my caffeine intake has gradually increased again. The article I read the other day says that when ttc you should also be below 200mg as well and it can have an impact to the baby even at this stage. Has everyone else stopped drinking or cut down on caffeine? Any thoughts? X

Disaster of a day yesterday...caved and took a test yesterday afternoon (from Amazon) and got a faint positive. Freaked out, went to Asda and took a CB - bfn!! Looked up the bfp stick and there is loads of reviews on Amazon saying loads of people get false positives 👎 ended up going to bed in tears so I am going to wait another few days and test. Not getting my hopes up though...

Oh @BrodieKD what a bummer. Sorry to hear that. Could still be good news though. Did you use the same urine? How many dpo are you?

@Slinks8113 I feel like there could be a David Attenborough program on ttcers 'day two into the two week wait and the TTCer can be found in their natural habitat, prowling the Google Savannah for information and clues. Why they do this when it causes endless anxiety is, as yet, unknown...' I wouldn't worry about it too much Hun. Maybe start to wean yourself off a little at a time? I'm not really a coffee drinker but I'm only boozing when I'm on AF. Helps me control my weight anyway. Most research says it can't do anything so early because the blastocyte doesn't share blood supply or anything yet. Xxx
