I just wanted to Introduce myself, I'm Harriet I have a 10 month old and had my implant removed today! So we're going to try for another baby 🎉

I'm super excited to be starting the TTC process again and love to connect with like-minded ladies on the same journey ❤️

@pixiedust21 I am a terrible symptom spotter and my AF symptoms are exactly the same as pregnancy symtoms , I think id be more excited if I didn't have symptoms leading up to af. Have a relaxing weekend then if AF hasn't arrived you can test... its so difficult not to stress yourself out.

@JoannaRose thank you! I came off the depo injection over two years ago, and we were TTC from then for just over a year, but my periods were so irregular and all over the place, I think its taken a year to settle. Then we stopped in March/April because of the pandemic. This is cycle 3 of TTC again

Hello! May I join?! This is my first month trying to make baby #1 and torn between excitement and trying to be realistic (I’m 36) It’s such a hard line to walk!

Currently CD18 and have been trying every other day since CD8 (assuming CD means cycle day? I have no idea! ) My cycles are usually 28 days but it’ll occasionally throw in a 33 dayer to keep me on my toes!

Have been feeling ropey the last three mornings, but surely way too early to have symptoms???!

Anyway, it’s lovely to be here and sprinkling lots of baby dust on you all!!

@Hayesdays @HattieJJ88 I'm going to try and hold out until Monday as I can't bear trying to squint over lines/no lines again today! Surely if it's positive it will be stronger then. Still no AF so I just want to know what's going on now haha.

Did another OPK today even though I said I wouldn't, I had a flashing smiley face! Anyone else's OH feeling the pressure? I'm trying my best to spice it up a little so its more natural

@Dinomama21 hahaha well... I did test today and absolutely nothing. Still no AF though. It might just need a few more days to go either way. If this is the one month I just randomly skip a period I'll be so annoyed!

Hey everyone, hope its okay I join in! Like others I've been a creeper for a while and have just joined. Why was thinking of a username so hard?!

I'm also on cycle 1 of ttc first baby, Jan was a trial month with positive OPKs on 21st and 22nd Jan but a covid scare and isolating from DH around these dates meant chances were 0! Weve been using condoms for 2 years so no weird cycles to get used to except that my cycles run long (average 36 days). Currently on CD3, and I'm already excited to get going with OPKs in the next couple of weeks. Looking forward to being able to check in with you ladies this month

When are you all testing? Af is due 16th so unless it arrives I'll test 17th.

So confused!! I've had high/positive OPK's for 5 days now, very unexpected considering I only had my implant out 8 days ago.

Anyone have any theories to what may be going on 🤷🏼‍♀️ when TTC for first baby, tracking ovulation was dead easy and would only get peak for a day or two. Xx

Hi guys, I think this might be the thread for me! Hope it's ok if I join too 😊

Just decided to start ttc our final baby. Youngest has just turned 1. Problem is I am still bf her and not actually had af yet. Got a surprise positive Opk on 28th and 29th Jan so currently 8 or 9dpo if I even ovulated at all, no idea! Know its too early but couldn't resist testing and nothing other than bfn so far.

No idea if this will even happen for us at the moment, but we really want a smallish age gap so fingers crossed.

@HattieJJ88 I don't know, I didn't track it other than through the clue app which probably isn't hugely accurate. We just DTD as much as we could during the month LOL. But now I wished I had tracked so will get some sticks for next month I think. X

@dippyegg32 I’ve not had a normal cycle since stopping the mini pill at Christmas, had a withdrawal bleed and Od on the 31st so going to test on 14th assuming no AF. Eeeek!

@Bluedaisy91 BF might reduce your chances but if you Od then I should think you’ve got as much chance as anyone! Fingers crossed!

Symptom spotting like crazy here...need to chill my beans which is so difficult when there’s nothing else to do...TTC in lockdown?! Who thought that would be a good idea! Lol

@Hayesdays I know, who thought ttc in a lockdown was a good idea I had my first babies in 2017 and have lurked on these boards on and off ever since but never joined, until now! I'm also symptom spotting like mad. First time my body has felt almost normal since before I fell pregnant with my last. Even if I'm not successful this time and end up with af I think I'll still be relieved my body is starting to get back to how it should!

Ah well. At least we're not alone in the madness xx

@dippyegg32 I’m the same as you except I’m due the 17th - meant to be anyway! My cycles are everywhere from 45-90 days! I’m hoping it’s a 45 day one as it’s the first time I’ve managed to catch a positive opk!

I’m trying not to symptom spot but my boobs have got bigger today even OH noticed it and he never notices anything like that 🤣

Hi ladies! I think this the thread for me 🙂 we’re TTC number 2 and this is cycle 1, our DS is about to turn two and it’s like it’s flicked a switch in me to suddenly want another baby! Trying hard to be chill about it all but it’s just not in my nature if I’m honest. Hope you are all doing well, it’s lovely to have some company with this!

@HattieJJ88 Thank you! Have been tracking with the Clue app & keeping an eye on CM.

Thought I’d ease myself into it before I start with the temp taking, etc. next month I’m a worried I’ll become a bit obsessed otherwise!

@MeltingSnowflake I caved with buying OPKs and a thermometer, first cycle tracking then and I've learnt, we always BD when I noticed EWCM - TMI! Im not having any now ECWCM but I'm having flashy smileys on the OPK already. Hoping it helps this month
